HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called to let them know that one of their ""plumbers"" came in and looked at our sink, said they would come back the next day, and never showed up. Called to let them know no one showed up and the lady or man on the phone started to speak very rude claiming they were looking at the schedule and they never came in. I never said what day or where i was calling from.. Just horrible.

Requested a quote via yelp and had a response within the hour. They came the next morning on time and fixed my leaky shower faucet and toliet. So fast and friendly. Definitely calling them in the future if I run into any issues.

Many of my sinks and showerheads have low water pressure due to gunk clogging the aerators. Dan came highly recommended by a co-worker who stopped using other plumbers and only use Dan for all plumbing issues. He came on time and looked at 6 sinks and 2 showerheads (each with its own handheld unit). Dan determined that there is a lot of sand (which must come from the water supplier) and cleaned out the aerators. For the one faucet which was tricky to open, instead of scratching or damaging the chrome and charge me for the work, he gave me some tips on how to get to the aerator myself, but would require some patience and wait until the following day to attempt to open the aerator. He also told me to call Grohe directly to have their technician come and fix or replace the showerhead as there was still low pressure even though there was no sediment obstructing (Grohe should have a lifetime warranty, and I would not need to pay). Dan did not charge for this service. He said he was happy to help with such a small job and ask that I will call him for any plumbing needs in the future. I will definitely contact Dan for any future plumbing needs.

This review is long over due. These guys are amazing! I contacted them through Yelp messaging and got an immediate response. The date and time was agreed upon and Dan showed up on the dot. We had a few things we needed done in our home and Dan's quote was reasonable so we got him to start the work. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
We had a sewage back-up a few days later (our house is old!) so we called Dan again.
Their rates are great, arrive on time and their work is excellent!

Hi! Dan just came to fix my plumbing and he is awesome! Bay plumbing gave me an accurate quote through yelp. Totally less expensive than some others. I called and made an appointment yesterday. Dan came perfectly on schedule. We had a lot of fear in picking a plumber due to bad past experiences ( we are an all female family). He was totally professional and fast. He even fixed an additional issue for a minimal fee. Our experience was great and the work is guaranteed. We will definitely use them for any future needs. Thanks Dan!

I had a plumbing problem in my condominium that needed the water shut off to replace a part. When we tried to shut off the water, we found that the shut off valve wasn't working right and would have to be replaced. Condos are set up so that each building shares a shutoff valve and one main shutoff valve for everyone. This all meant a lot of coordination... shutoff notifications for everyone, working around the condo plumber's schedule, and working with my plumber's schedule. Dan and Rozina were great through the whole process. Scheduling with them was the least of my problems. They were flexible and patient with all the schedule changes. It took 2 weeks to set up for the job, and it took Dan less than an hour to finish the repair. I highly recommend them.

Super fast to respond and great service. Plumber came by within 2 hours of yelp message and fixed our outdoor garden pipe. He even went above and beyond to help fixed our shower head! Definitely will use them again!

Absolutely fantastic service.

Had a bad clogged toilet and also wanted a couple slow drains cleared. Got it all done in one trip and less than an hour.

Dan handled the work very well, professionally and felt like there was authentic Integrity (no rip-off motive was felt after work done).

He explained that company is family owned (his Dad runs it) and has been around 10 years. What stood out: Dan was so pleasant to deal with both my wife and I. My wife is very picky and was so pleased. Work was excellent and carefully done, and he even helped us add a small addition to the shower head.

When I initially looked for a plumber, I got a variety of quotes. Some lower than this company but they agreed to a reasonable price when I requested a lower price. Let me say: Their original pricing was not way off so don't let this discourage, as the quality of service is critical too, and I'm very happy.
