I called Bay Rooter & Plumbing to unclog my sink. I have called several other places as well but they were charging way higher than them. Dan came the same day I called and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. After he fixed my sink, I showed him other problems in my two bathrooms and he gave me a price without any pressure whatsoever.
So I went ahead and had him do the job.

I like his honesty, professionalism and work. I am very, very pleased with the overall experience. I highly recommend this company and kudos to Dan for a job well done!

Plumber (Dan) arrived within an hour of the call, and took charge quickly, looking at the drainage problem and found a couple of problems. In an hour, he opened up a deep blockage in the insinkerator and replaced a corroded T joint. Good work and thank you.

Paid the bill with a cheque a few days later.

About one year ago, Dan was sent to my home by my home warranty company. I was very impressed with his work. Two weeks ago when I had bath drain problem, I called Bay Rooter & Plumbing directly asking him to come. He came on time and used his power drain snake. When it cannot go through like my own manual drain snake, he gave me many good suggestions and didn't even charge me for his trip. I never meet someone who is so honest.

These guys are awesome! Fidelity home warranty sent them once a long time ago to replace my water heater which happened perfectly in a jiffy. Ever since anything plumbing related I ask for them. One time when they were on vacation I ended up with somebody else and it was a nightmare. The guy they have sent each time and has been wonderful is Daniel.

I had a broken water pipe under my driveway and live in San Rafael. One plumbing company wanted to run the pipe up into and over the top of my garage the other plumbing companies wanted me to start by spending $300 to have a trench-less guy come scope the pipe before they'd come out. (why if it's broken, is PVC and they were going to have to replace it)?
Found Israel on a Sunday morning, he answered his phone. Monday he was here and went to work with a plan to keep the pipe on the ground. At 6PM he had finished cutting through the bottom of my driveway installed a new copper pipe to replace the broken PVC one, cemented the 4"" seam he had removed,and laid the grass back down. He was efficient, left the place like he found it, (minus the broken water pipe) and courteous. I would recommend him highly to anyone who has a broken pipe or smaller plumbing needs.

I had a lot of small plumbing jobs to be done. I just kept adding more as he was doing the others. He worked hard and fast and did terrific clean work. The fee wasn't outrageous. From the person who answers the phone to the man, Dan in my case, that did the work, it was a terrific experience. I highly recommend this company.

Dan is a honest and great plumber! !! He came over to fix our washer drain and sink drain a couple of months ago through our home insurance. I was impressed with his work and detailed explanations.
As a result I called him in again for the dish washer outlet; he came and gave me options and explained why what I currently have is the best option requiring only a fix and not something new. Very happy with the service I got and the fee.

We had a kitchen sink clog that we just couldn't get to drain with nearly $70 of Draino and Liquid Plumber. Based on the reviews, we called Bay Rooter. They were out to our house promptly. We were told that the clog was caused by grease and only hot water helps. They snaked the grease clog out and repaired a broken pipe for $195. The service was honest and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
