Just used Harry at Bay Plumbing to have a dripping, unturnable faucet fixed. Everything went smoothly from scheduling the appointment, to getting the work done, to receiving some friendly tips on how/where to get a replacement cheaply when the problem crops up again. finding a good plumber can be daunting so i used Yelp 1st. what a surprise find, i call harry & leave a message with my problem. a leaking internal fire sprinkler within the house. he calls back the next day & i explain the problem. he actually calls back. most contractors are so busy they forget customer service.

i'm pretty good with most mechanical projects so he talks me thru it. he says it would run me a 100-150 to fix so he walks me through the project in a precise manner.

it took me a half hour total time moving at a snails pace. i can't think of any contractor ever doing that. he has any of my future plumbing business. thank to yelp & the people who contribute.

We had our leaky tub for a few weeks before I finally decided to call a plumber. I used Yelp to find Harry at Bay Plumbing and I was totally happy with the results. I wasn't in a rush, and would have to come home from work to meet up for the fix. Harry kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He shut off our water, navigating our messy garage, and fixed the problem promptly. His price was completely reasonable, the faucet doesn't drip, and he didn't mind that my dog supervised the repair. I totally recommend him.

I had a few plumbing projects around the house that I'd procrastinated long enough. After finding Bay Plumbing on Yelp, I called Harry to come out and take a look. Harry was on time and finished my three projects (running faucet, running toilet, and frozen stopper in the tub) in 90 minutes. His prices seemed reasonable (have to admit I didn't get any other quotes), and he was extremely tidy and professional. I called him back for another project the following week. Great work!

Harry installed a water filter for me. He was prompt, reliable, charged exactly what he'd quoted, installed the filter quickly, gave me a quick lesson in how to change the filters, and done! The only thing I would have done differently would be to have consulted him before I ordered the filter, because we talked a bit about the filter he has in his house and he's very knowledgable, would have saved me a lot of time fiddling around on the internet looking for one. Big sigh of relief that now I know a good plumber.

I needed a faucet replaced and called a couple of the other highly listed services here. The first one couldn't get my name straight after asking me for it 4x and then he said he'd call back in an hour, and never did. The second one never called back after I left a message. Bay plumbing called back and were out the following day. They did a great job and were very meticulous. I will use them again!

Harry is one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time. I asked him to install a new kitchen faucet and water filtration system in my home. When I first called and left a message he returned my call promptly and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. After comparing him to some other plumbers (including Bel-Carlos whom I have used before) I called him back. I was able to schedule an appt. the next day. Always courteous (addressing me as Mr. ____) he even called me to say he was running a few minutes late to our appointment. He did the job with neatness, skill and professionalism. He is the owner of the company and it's always good to deal directly with an owner. He will be my first choice for future needs.
