We got a number of estimates to replace a sewer lateral on a house we own. Sean was the only person that looked for ways to save us money and he provided different estimates depending on the condition of the sewer after he started working on it.

Other companies gave us a worst-case or open ended estimate, all of which were far higher than what the job ended up costing working with Sean's company.

The work was done quickly and our property left in good shape. I will certainly be calling Sean when we need more outdoor plumbing work completed. Thanks!

My dad has used Sean over the years to replace 2 sewer lines at 2 different houses and recommended him. I'm thrilled I followed his suggestion as Sean and his team: Brandon and Dominic were wonderful.

I got bids from 4 other trench free local companies, and the range in price was wide... Sean's was the most affordable, but, most importantly, he came, reviewed the area under the house, and said he'd be able to replace the 100 year old clay lateral sewer line and put in 2 new clean outs --all without having to drill through and damage the brick patio covering part of the area exiting the house/foundation. None of the others were able to offer that up -- all said the brick patio needed to be cut into -- leaving a 4x4 ugly concrete pad with no brick replacement.

I was here while Sean's team did the work, and in 2 days it was all done -- just as promised, efficiently and carefully with the signed off permit provided. You can barely tell anything was disrupted. The lawn was put back, one bush carefully replanted, and everything left perfectly clean.
In talking with Sean, I learned he and his partner were the early inventors of the trenchless method and his expertise/experience is clearly what you'll get.

I wish all my home repairs could be solved by a resource as wonderful as Bay Area Trenchless.

Sean is great! He replaced the pipe in our front yard after it broke. He was on time and professional. It took him no time at all and the best part was he didn't have to destroy our landscaping. He was able to shoot the pipe underground and after they were done it didn't even look like they were there. Sean replaced a section of our sewer pipe in 2012 that had been damaged by roots from a nearby tree. Great workmanship and reasonable price with the work done on time as scheduled. He even came back to inspect it for free a few months later when a problem was suspected in the sewer but it turned out that the issue was elsewhere.

Sean's team of two workers came out two days after I called to replace our clay, root infested sewer pipe. They carefully moved a few plants out of the way of the two holes they dug, and ran a new pipe through the old one, breaking it up in the process.

They worked around unexpected ground water flowing through one of the holes (our neighborhood has a very high water table), and completed the job in one day.

They then carefully filled and compacted the soil, and replanted the shrubs and decorative grasses that they had removed.

All at a competitive price.

sean and i signed a contract about 30 days ago. for 30 days, he leads me on and keeps telling me that he's getting the permit from the city and that he would start camera work for boring and actual trenching. complete waste of time. no integrity. no response and finally, had to give up. there should be a zero rating that's available for reviews. no business can work with such an unreliable partner.
