Sunil M.Sean replaced a section of our sewer pipe in 2012 that had been damaged by roots from a nearby tree. Great workmanship and reasonable price with the work done on time as scheduled. He even came back to inspect it for free a few months later when a problem was suspected in the sewer but it turned out that the issue was elsewhere.
Sean's team of two workers came out two days after I called to replace our clay, root infested sewer pipe. They carefully moved a few plants out of the way of the two holes they dug, and ran a new pipe through the old one, breaking it up in the process.
They worked around unexpected ground water flowing through one of the holes (our neighborhood has a very high water table), and completed the job in one day.
They then carefully filled and compacted the soil, and replanted the shrubs and decorative grasses that they had removed.
All at a competitive price.
sean and i signed a contract about 30 days ago. for 30 days, he leads me on and keeps telling me that he's getting the permit from the city and that he would start camera work for boring and actual trenching. complete waste of time. no integrity. no response and finally, had to give up. there should be a zero rating that's available for reviews. no business can work with such an unreliable partner.
Julie S.Another day another story bout a deadbeat plumber named Sean . I called him regarding our backed up septic tank , he said he's working and will try to come in evening , then he calls in evening letting me know he can't come but will come tomm around 5 pm on his way back from morganhill , he never showed up no msg no call nada , we kept waiting for ""deadbeat plumber"" , wasted my time , caused hassle , have to find other one to get issue fixed , so adios Sean and crew, no more swimming in shit .
Sean used his camera to confirm we had roots in our clay sewer line and we had our 60 year+ sewer line replaced. They were on time, completed the work with a minimum of disturbance to our large tree and got the needed inspections scheduled and completed. We were happy with the work and the cost estimate.
Andy C.I left a message for quote request in BAT website and got a quick response on Sunday night (10/16) for scheduling Monday afternoon (10/17). However, BAT emailed me a visit confirmation in the late Monday afternoon (3:30pm) and told me to meet up after 30 mins. This is total disrespectful for the customer.
In the end, I gave BAT a call. In the discussion, BAT just complained that he came to my place and my wife refused to show them the problem. However, this is totally a wired comment. I don't think you would show any stranger around the home without any appointment.
Hopefully, my experience is a single event in BAT. I really suggest BAT should change their attitude for customers.
Terence C.Sean did a septic crossover in our property and he did a superb job! We were having back up problems due to septic drain field failure so we decided to hook up to the city sewer. I called 3 companies for estimates and Sean has a fair and reasonable price. The other companies will just try to rob you with overpriced estimates. Sean told us that it will be a 4-6 days job and he finished it in 5 days. He also took care of all the city permits and his work passed on the first inspection so that shows he did a great job. It's been a month now since the job was done and we couldn't be any happier. No more nightmares on swimming on shit! If you want a no nonsense guy, call BAY AREA TRENCHLESS and you will not be disappointed! Thank you Sean and Brandon for a job well done!
I had a lot of concerns about my plumbing, in particular the main sewer line. Sean came out and took a look with his camera and gave me the good news...I do not have a problem. He was prompt kept in touch and gave me an honest opinion which resulted in no job for him but a very satisfied customer in the future. He deserves an A+ for his honesty and integrity.
I had a clay sewer line connecting to the city sewer that was periodically infected by tree roots and causing clogging in the entire house. I got several quotes to replace the sewer using a trenchless technique. Sean's quote was the best and after receiving great review on him from Nextdooor.com I contracted him for the job. Sean arrived as promised, communicated clearly about the scope of the job, got all the required permits from the city, performed the job flawlessly and left the place as clean and neat as he found it. If you need a thenchless sewer care, he is the best and I highly recommend him! --Simon
Wilson Y.Sean gave me a good price, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and stuck to his original quote despite encountering some unexpected things along the way.
A couple of other firms had been here a few days before and told me that I absolutely had to replace the gas lines, and I absolutely had to replace all of the drain lines under my house. Sean crawled under my house to take a look, and he found nothing terribly wrong.
You can trust Sean to not fleece you or take you for a ride.
