Awesome service, came in to replace the water valve that was leaking. I don't want to mess around with do-it-yourself plumbing. Came in an hour after my call, and replaced everything. ALSO, a few months ago, the same service was used for shower valve that broke off with age. The special part was ordered and installed in less than an hour. Boris was very prompt on replying to my request at 9:30pm and continued with the conversation the next morning. Scheduled to come out to remove clog behind the washing machine at noon but came out at 9:30am because he had an opening. So quick! Would use him again.

The other plumber I called the day before still hasn't replied back after I emailed his request for a video of the problem.

Started the day with clogged kitchen sink and water leaking into lower cabinet. Called BAP, and was originally told that the plumber would come by later in the afternoon. That was ok, ""better later than never"". Nice dispatcher called me back to say the plumber had finished a job early, so he'd be over shortly.

Boris K showed up promptly, checked out the problem, tried the easiest pipe tightening fix, which unfortunately didn't work due to clogged pipe. So he ran the ""snake"" all the way to building main line, cleared out the long-worsening clog, tighted all pipe connections with new hardware and cleaned up the whole work area. All in less than 45 mins. Price was fair and reasonable. Thanks Boris & Bay Area Plumbing!

Boris was prompt, efficient and honest. I had a huge leak and bunch leak alerts from the city. He helped find the leak sources (toilets) and discussed possible options because I have European toilets with non-standard parts. I ended up researching and ordering parts but he came back when he promised to finish the work. Very happy with him. Hopefully the leak is resolved and I can update you all.

Absolutely fantastic. My toilet started leaking at the base and I needed someone soon. Super responsive when I messaged through Yelp--I think it was only about 15 minutes! Made an appointment for the next day. Came on time, fixed everything beautifully for a very reasonable price. If I have any more plumbing needs, will definitely use them again. A+!

Have had Boris come over twice now and he has always been on-time, professional, and great to work with. Once he came to fix a water heater that stopped working and he diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part quickly. The second job was a more complicated replacement of a valve for the water main, Boris fixed the immediate problem at night on short notice, and then scheduled a follow-up after he had the right parts. He re-cut the pipe and replaced the valve seamlessly, and then replaced an outdoor faucet that was dripping since he was on-site too. Invoiced me exactly what he quoted, I'd recommend Bay Area Plumbing and will use them again in the future!
