Boris responded to my Yelp inquiry right away. He was responsive and answered all of my questions before I decided to work with his company. He scheduled my water heater replacement the following day and arrived on time. He completed my project in the time window that he estimated. His work was high quality and he left the work area clean.

He was slightly more expensive than a couple of the other quotes that I received, but his work was high quality and prompt. I would hire him again.

Amazingly fast response. Boris arrived within 10 minutes of calling. And within 30 minutes he cleared our clogged garden drain which had been overflowing with rain into our garage. All on New Years Eve afternoon. Highly recommended.

We had a plugged toilet which I could not get to drain on my own, so called Bay Area Plumbing and spoke to Boris. We had used him in the past for another plumbing issue and liked the service and found his work good and pricing fair.

Boris showed up slightly earlier than his estimated arrival time which was good. With one swirl of the mini snake down the toilet he freed up the drain and we were in business. All was good until came payment time, which I was really surprised at. He charged us $150 for about 3 minutes of work and was on his way. I do understand overhead costs, his time etc., but being a repeat customer I was quite surprised it wasn't in the $75-$100 range. Sorry but I felt taken advantage of and ripped off.

I called emergency service when the hot water heater in my unit was discovered to have been leaking, they immediately sent a couple of very able plumbers to remove and replace my faulty hot water heater. The whole time since calling only took 3.5 hours. Highly recommend.

Boris rocks! I've used him multiple times, & he's always super responsive & reliable. Even when his scheduler said he wasn't available until tomorrow, he called me back in 5 minutes & was here in another 10 to fix an emergency leak. (The only reason I wouldn't give him a 5-star reco would to keep him a secret, because if you all call him, he'll become so popular he's not as available when I need him, but that would be mean....)

Super efficient, very reasonable price, we always call him for any issues. Our whole condo uses him now. Protip: Best communication is via Yelp. Messaged him on Yelp and he responded instantly. On another occasion I didn't get an immediate response to a phone message. In that case it wasn't an emergency so I didn't followup right away either, so wouldn't draw a conclusion from that. But then when I messaged via Yelp it was amazingly fast and he came the same morning, so that's what I do from now on.

Boris had done work for us before and always is the consummate plumber. He is always prompt and very astute at diagnosing problems. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet. It was a space challenge under the sink due to the sink installation. So, it wasn't easy physically. I appreciated he completed the job so quickly even with the MacGyver efforts. Never complains and is very professional, strong work ethnic and honest. I think he is so good that I will use him for more work that isn't an emergency. Boris gives plumbers a good name!
