Exceptional service start to finish. Before installing our GE Profile oven and microwave, Paul and his team hauled off our old oven and modified our cabinet for the new oven to fit. Paul noticed a problem with the old junction box and was able to correct it. He divided the installation into two visits to allow us to paint the cabinet frame before the new oven went in.

We are extremely happy with the results and will in fact have Paul and BAAI back as soon as our new cooktop arrives! Highly recommend!

Paul and his team installed all our kitchen appliances (Thermador column fridge and freezer, 48"" range, dishwasher, and lastly our ventilation hood). They are experienced and courteous. It was easy to make the appointment with Paul and they had a great system to email or text you the price of the job beforehand. Paul would also text a few days before your scheduled install appointment to confirm, which is great! I would definitely recommend them for a professional installation. They did a great job.

We hired Bay Area Appliance Installation for three kitchen appliance replacements - dishwasher, built in cooktop to range conversion and range hood install.
Paul was great to work with and very responsive. He gave estimates on arrival times and dates. He was on time and finished work on time.
With the cooktop to range conversion he was also able to install additional flooring below the new range so it was level with the rest of kitchen. He also cut the granite to almost level and looks great! If you are doing this conversion be prepared to clean up later since there will be a lot of dust!
He was able to accommodate the range hood install on the same day as the range install even though it was scheduled for another day.
The dishwasher replacement was fairly quick and neat. Only gotcha was that their estimate was higher than others I checked but glad we did.
Overall we had a great experience in hiring them and would hire again for anything else.

Paul and his partner were such a relief after so many failed attempts to hire someone to come and install our range microwave.

He returned my call/voicemail the same day and quickly set up an appointment for the following day. The price was clear and reasonable.

After making the appointment, I got a text with the details and the morning of, I received another text when they were 30 min away. I also got a phone call 10 minutes before they arrived.

They were quick and efficient and tidy. I highly recommend their service and would definitely hire them again if I needed any appliances installed.

My Thermador microwave oven gave out, but that size model is no longer being built. Since it was part of an oven/microwave built in, I needed to replace it with another model microwave with the same dimensions-- which I researched an bought online. I called BAAI and they set up a date and time, texted me the estimate, and reminded me as the installation date approached. After they pulled out my old microwave, we all realize that the replacement unit wasn't perfectly aligned with the original brackets and trim, however, on the spot they came up with a plan and executed it, leaving me with what appears to be the perfect match for my original Thermidor oven below the microwave. Original trim was reinstalled, and they inserted black baffles around the gaps that existed, so the stainless steel pops out and looks completely intentional. Wow! I couldn't be happier. They were quick, cleaned up completely after themselves, and left within an hour and a half of arrival. Excellent work, very professional team. I would use them again in a snap.

Paul was able to schedule me the week after I called (a big relief after waiting months for my new GE double ovens!) and the team did a great job of installing them and getting me up and working! They even had to cut out a slightly bigger hole in my column, which they then helped me with by providing before and after pics with serial numbers to claim my rebate from GE.

They were promptly on-time in the morning, very neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves, and pretty much did everything you would want them to do. Hurray! Thank you, Paul and team!

BAAI was a pleasure to work with from the start. They had experience with the lesser known electrolux oven product and talked thru the many specifics of installation with me before I even hired them.

They always picked up phone for scheduling and rescheduling and for other technical questions. Paul and his colleague were on time and did a successful and attractive installation despite tight spaces for electrical and the fact that the cabinetry was not perfectly square.

Paul was able to scheduled me an installation appointment in a quick time. I was told my installation, microwave with trim kit, will be too big and might required cabinetry adjustment in order for it too fit. Paul and his crew came in and told me they can do it without cutting the existing cabinetry, which was a surprise for us. They completed the installation within a short period of time, and we are very satisfied with the result!

I normally do not write a review unless I am impressed! Paul and JB did a good job from the initial inspection to point out areas that my GC needs to fix before the installation to the installation day. The installation day was seamless from scheduling to the actual visit. They came prepared with all the needed parts and were very careful when unpacking and installing. I have a wolf range top and they did a thorough job in leveling it to the same level as my countertop, which looks great! They also packed all the trash and took them away. From the very beginning, I know I made the right decision to go with bay area appliance installation. If you have bought high-end appliances, stop looking for installers because you are already at the right place! Cannot recommend them more.
