We hired Paul to install our new stove, cooktop and dishwasher. He was neat, careful and thorough, and kept us informed in the process.

I had to replace an older Bosch washing machine that was stacked with a still working Bosch dryer. Airport Appliance who I bought the new LG washer from doesn't install stacked machines unless you buy both of them from them. They also couldn't guarantee (understandably actually) that the LG washer and Bosch dryer could be successfully stacked with the Bosch stacking component currently in place.

I reached out to Bay Area Appliance Installation and they said that they could do it - they would bring some extra attachment parts and were confident that as long as both machines were the same size that they could make it work. They had a bit of a wait for installation but it was well worth it. They installed and it was all very smooth.

They also handled that the installation was for our rental property with total ease. No calling me for appt confirmations etc. Not asking our tenants to pay for the services. Was able to pay via Venmo - even better!

All in all - very smooth, very capable. Would absolutely use them again.

My comments are similar to those already posted. This is the second time I have used Bay Area Appliance Installation, both time after others either messed up the job, or couldn't do the job.

This was installing a new downdraft exhaust fan where another one had been. The vent through the floor have to be removed and rebuilt. Paul came out for a site survey and then returned to do the job. He was onetime, did excellent work and charged just what he estimated the job to be. He has a large truck filled with parts making him one of the few contractors I have used who didn't have to leave to go get the right parts.

I highly recommend them and will use them again, before I have to pay someone else to mess it up.

Paul is top notch! Extremely responsive, professional and best of all, he knows what he's doing! Paul & JB arrived on schedule and installed our microwave trim kit in 20 minutes. If I could give Paul and his team 10 stars I could! Well worth waiting for because this is busy season. I had been on a six month frustrating odyssey of installing custom panels (European design) on these Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.

NOTE TO CONTRACTORS: these are the guys you want to hire. Call them first! Here's why: professional response to my contractor; showed up on schedule; understood alignment challenges and offered good advice; finetuned appliance positions as needed; installed custom panels with care and no fuss; finished basics within an hour and a half, then spent time ensuring everything aligned -- following the very tight allowances my architect designed; neatly cleaned up after themselves.

Calm and efficient--no drama, just quietly doing a fantastic job! I was so happy and grateful. Thank you Paul!

We purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy. Unknown to us, BB required a shutoff valve behind the refrigerator prior to installation. Our existing shut off valve was under our kitchen sink and we learned this request from BB was for liability reasons. We were in a no-win situation with BB and decided we needed to arrange our own installation. We contact Bay Area Appliance and they were wonderful -- extremely prompt in returning calls, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our refrigerator installation was flawless. The team was careful and skillful -- and exceeded our expectations. We would certainly use Bay Area Appliance again.
