I have used Bay Area Appliance installation over the years for multiple appliances installations. Paul and his team are efficient and did great job with each appliance installation. They are very careful not to cause any damages to both your appliances and property which I appreciate.
The value add they offer which you don't get elsewhere is they are able to make minor modifications for the install if needed.
They are fair when it comes to pricing.
I'll definitely recommend Bay Area Appliance for anyone who needs appliances installation service.

I purchased a new over the range microwave from Home Depot. Unfortunately, Home Depot cannot install appliances if technicians have to drill into tile/granite.

I contacted Bay Area Appliance and received a response within seconds. Paul scheduled an appointment a few days later, sent me a text detailing the cost estimate we discussed, and sent me another text 2 days prior to installation to confirm our appointment. LOVE THAT!

Paul and his coworker arrived on time. Both were FAST and very knowledgeable. In addition to installing my microwave, I asked Paul to re-mount my old dishwasher, which he was able to do effortlessly as well. The old one was protruding, you can see the old insulation, and it was unsightly. Paul was able to remount the appliance and place it back to its original position. YAY. Saved me from having to buy a brand new dishwasher.

SUGGESTION to homeowners - remove items from the counter since there will be dust if Paul or his coworker have to drill into tile. They vacuumed and wiped down as much as they could, but there was still residue. No biggie.

These guys are good. I love that they send you an updated invoice via text. Highly recommend!

I recently contacted Paul of Bay Area Installation after GE's installers were unable to install my new oven on the day of delivery. The old electric/gas connectors in the back of my cabinet space were in the way.

After reviewing the installation requirements of my new oven, and the cabinet space, Paul suggested easy modifications to the electric/gas connectors. He gave me a detailed estimate of the proposed work, which I thought was fair. On the day of installation, Paul and JB completed the work effortlessly, and in a timely manner. My new oven fits perfectly in the old cabinet space, and it looks wonderful.

Paul and JB were also very careful moving the two ovens so as not to bump into any walls and doors. Before leaving, they set up my new oven to bake at 350 for an hour, to clear out any new oven fumes, and cleaned up the work area, which I really appreciated.

I highly recommend Bay Area Installation.

Our 48 inch built-in SubZero refrigerator was intermittently turning itself on/off. After an appliance repair technician ran some tests he identified the problem was likely an old loose electrical outlet. We emailed Paul at BAAI pictures of our fridge & plug area and got a response within 15 minutes. They were able to come out the next day to roll the refrigerator out, replace the old crappy (yes it was loose!) outlet with a new one. Everything working great now. They were fairly priced, very careful, clean and even leveled up one of the doors that was slightly off. Communication was easy and very efficient! Highly recommend

Called initially to replace range hood motor because i had trouble finding good rated business. Even though they said they install appliances, agreed to review pics and quickly offered a quote and a prompt date. Actually ended up repairing a minor issue at lower cost than quoted.

Airport Appliance recommended Paul from BAAI and we could not be happier with the results. We replaced a GE Monogram refrigerator and GE profile oven with new versions of each but in stainless steel. Even though they should be easy swaps, they required some cabinet trimming to fit. Paul and team had the expertise and tools to do the job perfectly and made it look easy. Well done.
