I had issue back in February on our property, a busted galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced. Jeremy came out, gave an estimate and got to work shortly there after. An issue did pop up at the end, but Cody and Jeremy both came out quick to fix it. I believe the cost, work and quality were great. This is a very honest company that I would recommend to anyone w/ a plumbing job.

Called this company based on the positive Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Cody provided us with same day service in JULY in south Texas. Even though he had a full day of appointments he saved the day and came by after 5 pm and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. Terrific service and reasonable pricing.
The a/c went out on our rental property and a tech from another company failed to show earlier in the day. Cody saved the day and fixed the problem. He does good work and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Upstairs AC went out last night. Who u gona call? Well I looked up the top 10 AC guys servicing our area and they were right at the top. Spoke with Cody at 7 this AM. He was very nice and was able to schedule me for this afternoon. Jeremy was the one who did my repairs. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my unit that was out and he serviced my down stairs unit. I am so happy to find these guys. They are also licensed plumbers. They have both been very professional and courteous. Cody with Bay Area AC was great. My husband made an appointment for Friday, but Cody stopped by today, Wednesday, on his way home from another job. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us honest recommendations and did not push when those recommendations were not taken.

He fixed our problem rather quickly and we are already seeing a change in the AC system. We will definitely be using him again if we need to.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cody from Bay Area ac, heating and plumbing. We called Cody on a Wednesday to get an estimate on replacing our AC System because it was barely working. Cody offered to come out within 1 hour to give us an estimate. He was completely honest, on time and forthright during the entire process. We have been dealing with our home warranty company and they would not do anything to help us. Cody's honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air during our frustration with 100+ temperatures. We ended up deciding to buy a new system and he even called us later the night of the install to make sure we were happy and that the AC was cooling. He also came out the day of our estimate to fill the freon in our old system so we would be cooler until he could do the replacement. I recommend this company 100%. He knows how to run a company and will not let you down. Thanks for everything Cody. You have been a blessing.

When you're new to an area and you have a problem, you're confronted with a major dilemma: who ya gonna' call?!
We're in a brand new development so no one around us has needed AC, heating, or plumbing help - until this weekend, when our AC began working intermittently. Bay Area AC, Heating, and Plumbing was recommended by another site, but because we were so pleased with the work and the prices, we wanted to leave a review on both. Cody was accommodating in the times he could make the service call, he arrived promptly, was able to diagnose the problem, determined that the AC was still under warranty, fixed the issue, did a check on other potential problem areas, and was on his way. This is the way it's supposed to go -- but, unfortunately, in this day and age, with service calls you can often feel ripped-off, rather than you've gotten your money's worth. We felt we got what we paid for - and more!

We looked for Cody at his previous place of business. He had done a great job for my mom right after her husband died. No one at that number answered. After a google search we finally found him at Bay Area. We're so glad we did. My mom needed him to take care of a water heater problem. He had a full schedule that day but he still fit us in late in the evening after he finished his other clients. He was right on schedule, knew the problem, and took care of it quickly and efficiently. He had to wait for the water heater to drain so he offered to clean the bathtub drain while we were waiting. We were glad we were able to find him again and would hire him again.
