Cody and his crew replaced my A/C heating system and ducts this week and I was completely satisfied with the whole process. I had three estimates for the job and they came in thousands of dollars less for comparable systems and installation. Cody even informed us of a CenterPoint rebate the others did not mention. The installation crew were very courteous and professional. It took only 5 1/2 hours to complete the installation. They were very conscious about cleanliness when working in the house and hauled off the entire old system. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had six estimates to replace my entire AC system with and without updating my ducts. Not only did these guys blow everyone else's bid out of the water but they gave me a more efficient system than I originally asked for. I am thrilled with the price, the product and the results. They explained everything very plainly, I gave them a detailed comparison list of everything I wanted and they broke everything down to my request.
The installers were professional and efficient, did not leave a mess behind. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had issue back in February on our property, a busted galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced. Jeremy came out, gave an estimate and got to work shortly there after. An issue did pop up at the end, but Cody and Jeremy both came out quick to fix it. I believe the cost, work and quality were great. This is a very honest company that I would recommend to anyone w/ a plumbing job.

Called this company based on the positive Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Cody provided us with same day service in JULY in south Texas. Even though he had a full day of appointments he saved the day and came by after 5 pm and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. Terrific service and reasonable pricing.
The a/c went out on our rental property and a tech from another company failed to show earlier in the day. Cody saved the day and fixed the problem. He does good work and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Upstairs AC went out last night. Who u gona call? Well I looked up the top 10 AC guys servicing our area and they were right at the top. Spoke with Cody at 7 this AM. He was very nice and was able to schedule me for this afternoon. Jeremy was the one who did my repairs. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my unit that was out and he serviced my down stairs unit. I am so happy to find these guys. They are also licensed plumbers. They have both been very professional and courteous. Cody with Bay Area AC was great. My husband made an appointment for Friday, but Cody stopped by today, Wednesday, on his way home from another job. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us honest recommendations and did not push when those recommendations were not taken.

He fixed our problem rather quickly and we are already seeing a change in the AC system. We will definitely be using him again if we need to.
