Called them for a new water heater to fit in a hard to access place. They showed up on time, masked, in clean uniforms, and got right to work in a cheerful and professional manner. Although it was a difficult installation they had it in and checked out in a short time, all the while being careful of my property. They hauled off the old unit and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely call them again.

Was referred by Texas Best when he didn't have any availability until later in the day, instead of leaving me without A/C for the better part of the day, Bay Area showed up within the hour and went through the entire system and showed me that I had just overlooked a simple switch, and then cleaned the unit for me and gave me maintenance tips to keep it running efficiently, checked freon levels as well as the rest of the system. Could have very well made up some bs diagnosis to get money, but instead stayed honest and provided great customer service. Can't thank y'all enough for the service. Would definitely recommend Bay Area to anyone needing A/C service.

Cody and his crew replaced my A/C heating system and ducts this week and I was completely satisfied with the whole process. I had three estimates for the job and they came in thousands of dollars less for comparable systems and installation. Cody even informed us of a CenterPoint rebate the others did not mention. The installation crew were very courteous and professional. It took only 5 1/2 hours to complete the installation. They were very conscious about cleanliness when working in the house and hauled off the entire old system. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had six estimates to replace my entire AC system with and without updating my ducts. Not only did these guys blow everyone else's bid out of the water but they gave me a more efficient system than I originally asked for. I am thrilled with the price, the product and the results. I had issue back in February on our property, a busted galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced. Jeremy came out, gave an estimate and got to work shortly there after. An issue did pop up at the end, but Cody and Jeremy both came out quick to fix it. I believe the cost, work and quality were great. Called this company based on the positive Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Cody provided us with same day service in JULY in south Texas. Even though he had a full day of appointments he saved the day and came by after 5 pm and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. Terrific service and reasonable pricing.
The a/c went out on our rental property and a tech from another company failed to show earlier in the day. Cody saved the day and fixed the problem. He does good work and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
