That was some of the best customer service I have ever received! They were on time, very friendly, provided prompt service, and even loved on my doggies! They stayed true to their name ""AFFORDABLE Plumbing"". They even fixed my toilet paper holder on the wall as a bonus! I would highly recommend them.

I had an appt with a well known company and ended up cancelling because they were 90 minutes late after their 2 hour window. I chose this company because of one google review. I left a message, within 10 minutes Barney called me and set up an appt for 7:30 this morning (my choice), 7:20 he shows up does his magic and by 7:40 he had been paid (@ a $75.00 savings from the other company). My drain is cleared and not a drop of water on my floor!!!!!!!!!! This is a owner operated local small business, I will use him again when needed!

I had a toilet that would not flush. I tried everything I knew to fix it, ie: plunger, wire auger, etc. Nothing worked. I called Barney yesterday and he said he could get out today. Today Barney come out and after less than an hour, he had my plumbing line cleaned out and all is working now. I had actually considered replacing the Kohler toilet, but now it is not necessary.
I live in the country on a septic system and was worried something might be wrong there, but Barney said it was a ""difficult"" stoppage in the line. He was right and after almost an hour he got it unplugged. For the service call and work, he charged $225.00, which I thought was very reasonable for the effort he put out. Barney was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and successful!! A new toilet would have cost almost $300.00 and would not have fixed the problem. I will not hesitate to call Barney's again in the future!! thanks

I don't know if Barney showed up personally to my sisters house on 11/05/2014 in Vacaville, but whoever it was hacked off the old closet flange all jagged and non professional charged her $200.00 and was there less than 40 minutes don't let his fancy plumbing van fool you this company is a rip off, I just replaced the closet flange and particle board for free. I have a copy of the invoice for proof.
""What a Hack"" if you want to dispute the accusation feel free to call me.

If anyone is looking for an awesome company to deal with well this is the one and only for me. I called another company called Same Day Service that gave me 3 estimates and were around $1,200.00 to $2,850.00 oh and by the way I had to pay for the estimate $49.00 I was so blown out of the water and did not know what
do. Thank God I called a friend that gave me Barney's phone number at Affordable plumbing he so friendly he came out right away and looked at the blockage he could not beleive the estimate and what this company was trying to do to me. he fixed it within 15 to 20 minutes and cost $175.00 I will never go anywhere else. thank you so much Barney you don't even know what you really did for me you saved me thank you again. This is the second time using this company. The first experience (a few years ago) was pleasant, so when the pilot light went out on my water heater and would not stay lit when I tried to get it going again I called them again. One thing I can say about the service, Barney came out within the hour, and he did get the water heater pilot to stay lit. I also had him repair a hose bib in the backyard that needed an extension and repair. So the 2 stars are for the fact that he did fix the things I needed repaired. However, ""AFFORDABLE?"" I don't print money in the basement either so his affordable and my affordable are 2 different things. Charged $125.00 to vacuum my water heater closet. (yes that's apparently all that was wrong...who knew) Charged $200.00 to repair and extend the hose bib. Both tasks taking less than an hour to complete. That's $325.00 an hour!!! I'm sorry but in my world that is not what I would advertise as affordable!! We also did not find him to be friendly at all! Which is odd because I don't remember that from the first time I used him. Oh I must add to be fair; he did take off $5.00 because we paid in cash....thanks Barney. This home owner will not be calling this ""AFFORDABLE"" plumber again! That is until I get that printing press in the basement working............

This was my first time using their services and I must say I was impressed. He didn't give me a definite time frame of when he would be arriving but he showed up within a half hour. He finished in under an hour and charged me a reasonable amount compared to other places I contacted.

I really dread calling a plummer for simple things we can usually do ourselves. My husband's injured shoulder prevented him from being able to change our kitchen faucet and we let it go for the longest time. Our sewer drains have been running slow so I had to call the plummer, and I figured I might as well get a quote to do the kitchen faucet as well.
I called them at 9:30, It is now just before noon and both jobs are already done.
Two people came, the owner and a young gentleman, they were very friendly and professional. I felt at ease right away, I do not like being home alone when service people come to my house due to a prior bad experience.
Wow, what awesome service. I put their business magnet on my fridge and will not hesitate to call them again.
Very reasonable prices.
