Today, I had Rick P as my tech, and he was amazing with helping me detect a slab leak and how to go about getting it repaired by my HOA. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs

I had to call out Barker & Sons for the second time in 10 days. They came out previously and fixed a clogged drain in my kitchen. Then my toilet upstairs started to leak. Both times Barker & Sons were incredibly responsive. They got me on the schedule right away and Matt came out, he did an excellent job explaining everything including the costs. Luckily for me it just needed a new gasket and to be reset. I would absolutely recommend Barker & Sons to anyone needing a plumber. They are a great company with excellent customer service. everyone there is very friendly. if you need a plumber, I would not hesitate to call Barker & Sons.

Our water heater broke so we contacted our home warranty to come replace it. Service provider was dispatched the next day to evaluate the project. After 10 minutes he proceeded to tell me that we need $500 to $800 dollars worth of prep work BEFORE they would even consider installing a new water heater, which would take at least a week for approval, pick up and installation. I'm snot sure what they thought we would do for a week without hot water in our house but I didn't wait to find out. I googled emergency plumbers and Barker & Sons were the first (and only) company I contacted. From initial contact through installation of our new water heater, they were friendly, compassionate and complete professionals. Piotr was an outstanding technician. Extremely professional, friendly and treated our home with respect while completing the job! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

We contacted Barker and Sons Plumbing for a leak repair. They sent out James Kelley and I cannot say enough about the quality of service he provided and felt the pricing was very fair. The team was courteous and professional with their communication and their service. They helped clean and degrease our main kitchen drain line all the way to the main. They even ran a video camera down the line to be sure the line was clear. I would recommend them highly.

I had an issue withthe toilets being blocked in our home, which is on a septic system, where trees surround the septic. Logical reasoning says trees responsible, right?
Through their expertise, they started closer to the house because of the way the toilets acted. They used a camera & found the blockage in the pipe closer to the toilet. Once it was discovered, other problems found and the $99 went to $500, but that was understandable in the circumstances. They were professional, polite, showed camera pictures, explained everything as they went along, were careful inside and out & cleaned up after they were done.

I appreciate that the company was able to send out a tech rather quickly. Samuel arrived and assessed the job. He gave me a price to unclog a shower/tub that seemed very high. I've had the same job done twice, and it cost significantly less money. Samuel knocked a few bucks off the price and I agreed to gave the work done. What was I going to do?

Samuel was great. Efficient, clean, a good communicator. I appreciate his work and the overall ease of the whole process, from phone call to completion.

Still, the price was much higher than I've paid before. I will probably not return to this company.

I had a plumbing clog in my sewer line. The technician came out and attempted to get it out. With no success a senior tech showed up, they both worked hard and located the clog but could not get it out. I then went to home depot and rented a power drain snake with an auger tip and dislodged the clog myself. I sure wish i saved the $238 and not called them. Maybe they can fix a minor issue but I will not be using them again.
