Once I finally got a Barker and Sons plumber to show up, Scott M. did a great job. He explained repairs and costs clearly. It took about 3 hours for him to install shower faucet package. It included new handle, internal plumbing, showerhead, and faucet spout. I was very pleased with the completed job. The only issue was with getting their plumber to come. I called 11:50am on Wednesday and was told I was on the schedule. They called back at 5:00pm And asked me to reschedule for Saturday. I said Thursday afternoon was better for me and they agreed. Scott showed up at 5:00pm and looked at my plumbing issue. He said that it was a 2-3-hour job and could he come back Friday morning around 9:00am. I accepted the time and he arrived at 8:45am Friday as promised. Once you get a Barker and Sons plumber there, they do a great job. You just need to have a lot of patients while you wait for their plumber to finely show up. They do not give you time windows of 3 or 4 hours. They will only call you 1/2 hour before a plumber arrives. That call could come at any time that entire day. They need to work on their appointment system.

I will be using Barker and Sons & Rooter Plumbing for any repair/replacement. They go above and beyond in their customer service. Extremely professional from booking to consultation to repair. Carlos gave us a consultation and fixed our situation with quite literally a flip of a lever. He saw the problem when many other plumbing companies thought the issue would lead to a full water heater replacement, costing over thousands. Our consultation costed $39, but was waived as they had to reschedule our appointment to a later date. Carlos also gave us a review on our current water heater and estimated other plumbing situations that we wanted to address in the future. They don't do anything to charge without your permission. Carlos was transparent and informative. We are relieved and glad we went with Barker and Sons.

My water heater stopped working this morning. I called Barker and Sons and got a live person to take my call right away. They took my information and within half an hour a technician was dispatched. Technician arrived promptly, very knowledgeable and offered a wide range of options to fix the problem. I will definitely recommend Barker and Sons!

From the time I first called to when the job was completed 90 minutes later, Barker and Sons Plumbing is excellent. Scott arrived 30 minutes after I called to have a shower cartridge replaced. I tried it myself a day earlier and damaged it, and Scott was able to remove and replace my cartridge quickly and with good workmanship. I had the replacement part handy so that saved time and costs. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs!

Great service. Carlos was very patient and knowledgeable. He was conservative too. He checked everywhere before suggesting cutting dry wall open. Then he found out the water stain comes from roof area being broken, not even from plumbing, so he did not even need to cut the drywall open. He was honest too, did not oversell anything and did not even charge me anything for the consultation.

Honestly such great quality service! They are quick and responsive. Sam and Anthony came and truly helped to assess the situation and explained thoroughly the issues and solutions. They also came out day of due to a plumbing emergency and I am so so grateful for their help!

Kitchen sink was backing up. Peter D came out in the evening. At first the clog wasn't cooperating as we do have older pipes, but with Peter's patience and persistence, he was able to fix the problem. Hydro jetting wasn't really an option in this case because our outdoor trap is painted shut, so he did it the old fashioned way by using a snake. I'm glad it worked out that way because the other way would've been more costly. Just glad Peter got it done and although it was somewhat pricey, he saved us some money in the process. That is always appreciated.

I'm a DIY guy and almost never call for professional help, but today I got myself in a bind and needed quick and professional help before my mistake ruined a new wood floor. Barker & Sons' chat system helped me to quickly make an appointment for the same evening and Carlos P. showed up and saved the day.

Carlos was exactly what I hope for on the rare occasion I call for a pro. He was a great communicator and extremely professional. The solution to my problem was way over my head and he handled it like a veteran. He even gave me some great advice and a little help to finish my project.

I hated to have to call the cavalry to bail me out today but at least I really know I got my money's worth and more with Carlos and Barker & Sons. And the next time I need help with plumbing, I know exactly who I'll call.

I had a water heater installed by Barker & Sons a little over 2weeks ago. ($900)! The problem wasn't with the installation, it was with the water heater itself. Due to having a solid door on the water heater closet, an interior screen was clogged due to lack
of ventilation. I can't help but wonder ""why"" I wasn't ""warned"" of the possible "" problem"" with the solid door when the installation was done???? I doubt they just found out that the newer water heaters needed ventilation??!!! In 2 weeks I had a clogged screen to be cleaned to the tune of $388!!! Carlos identified and fixed the problem! I need to alter the closet door so there is better ventilation (another expense!)
