I called them on Superbowl Sunday and they fed me a story of ALL their plumbers were working on an emergency gas leak. They scheduled me for first thing on Monday and I NEVER got a call , i received a text today asking if i needed assistance, on Tuesday. This is not the first time this company fed me a story of why they couldn't make it to my house for a service call. Luckily I found a company that realized the emergency I was dealing with due to a stream of water coming out of my bath tub faucet, since California is in a drought, and sent someone right away to fix the problem. I will never call this company for any future problems . I will stick with the company who showed up and who cares about helping people. I had to give them 1 star to post thus review but they deserve zero stars in dealing with my situation.

This is our third time having Barker and Sons to our house. Every time the technicians have entered our home, they are extremely clean, confident and competent. They are thorough and explain every step of their process with pictures for you to see. Pricing is extremely fair for having someone you feel comfortable with and fixes your issues. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!!

Recommended by my brother in law who used them. Called on a Sunday due to leak. Answered the phone and Monday morning they called and texted as promised with update, and got out here first thing in morn. Pleasant and customer friendly. He spotted mistake by our contractor who did a quick fix to a mistake they made. Unfortunately was told we would pretty much have to redo our pan in the shower BUT James and Carlis provided opinions and options. They went above and beyond to help provide a temporary fix for free until we can get our shower redone.

Well, here we are again almost a year later. My bathroom sink had a slow drain and a bad odor coming from it. So I went at it with my Home Depot drain snake but had limited success. After a few hours of swearing and nearly getting the drain snake stuck, I called Barker and sons.
As soon as Jennifer answered my call I knew I was in good hands. I instantly remembered their outstanding customer service and how well they keep in touch and worked around my schedule.
Cody showed up and got to work right away. He was very professional and always kept me updated on his progress. This job turned out to be little more involved but Cody was up to the task and finished the job. Thanks Cody

Scott came out and was prompt, courteous, and very honest! He figured out that I didn't need any repair or replacement for my water valve for my washer/dryer hookup, it just needed to be adjusted. We had a sudden wall leak involving the hot water line which turned out to be within the slab. Our technician Matt did a heroic job in isolating the problem and getting us at least the cold water capability to the house. Now comes the hard work to replumb the house to avoid the slab! Barker & Sons kept us informed as to when the tech would arrive and Matt advised of all the alternatives and what could be done immediately to restore at least partial service. Matt did a thorough job and we are please that he could get us some water service back. Thank you Matt and Tiffany!

I called them and a live person picked up, gave me an estimated time which they kept. The plumber was on time and knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Reasonable rates, I highly recommend them and will call them again when I need a plumber
