You couldn't ask for a better tech to service your furnace. Chris took the time to answer all my quesions and offered some great money saving tips to help with the budget. I was disappointed with the late arrival for the service. I had an appointment between 8-10 AM. I received a call around 9 telling me they had problems with a truck and someone would be here between 10-11. At 11:50 he arrived coming from another job. I know stuff happens and it wasn't through any fault of Chris, but I was told they only insure the first arrival of the day and I was the first scheduled appointment. So I guess they'll have to change that commitment!

If there is ever an industry that can take advantage of a consumer, this is it. I mean - what does the average consumer know about HVACs? Bardi didn't leave me with the feeling I just got taken. The dispatcher went out of his way to get someone to me today. The rep that showed was polite, patient and went out of his way to explain the issue to me along with making other sensible recommendations. Most important - the problem was fixed and fixed quickly. I am extremely pleased with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family/friends.
