Another great experience with Barcena. We have a chronic drain problem, and can always count on their team to solve our problem. This time we actually had to have themcome back two days after their initial service visit as the problem was a bit more involved than we first thought. Pablo himself came out on a Sunday to make good on the service, and now everything drains perfectly, saving us a lot of inconvenience and stress. We appreciate and respect that Barcena Plumbing stands behind their work and does what it takes to make it right.

I called three plumbers and they called me back first. They came out in a reasonable time and did what we wanted for a decent price. There was a misunderstanding when they put in our shower faucet and set it for scold protection since we have kids. I didn't know it ,and was disappointed when I went to take a shower and had lukewarm water. When I called about it they sent someone out that same day to fix it for me. We will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend Barcena Plumbing. I recently had my water heater flushed and they did a great job. Steve was our technician and he was very nice and professional. I spoke with Teresa to set everything up and she was very helpful. They even called when he was on his way. Their pricing was affordable and the service was terrific. Once again Barcena Plumbing comes to the rescue. After our sink stopped up on a Friday evening when we had a house full of guests, Steve graciously walked me through my options over the phone. We opted for him to come out the next day and even though we couldn't be home, he not only fixed the drain, but somehow increased the water pressure from the faucet. My wife is so happy!

We had the best experience with this company! We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling from our upstairs bathtub. We thought it would cost a lot of money to have to open up the ceiling, figure out where it was coming from and fix it. We were so surprised at how reasonably priced the entire experience was. They only charged us about $150 for the whole thing. The guy was so incredibly friendly and helpful and spent a long time trying to get it fixed. Once it appeared to be fixed he went on his way. It turned out to still be leaking a couple days later so we called back and he came back out and figured out what the problem was. He then had to run to the hardware store to buy the part, but got it fixed quick. The best part was he only charged us for the part he bought at the hardware store, he didn't charge us for visiting again or for having to make several trips. He remembered us and our issue immediately and sounded genuinely concerned that he hadn't fixed it the first time. Seriously the best experience we could have hoped for. We will only use this company in the future.
