Pablo came out to my mom's house and viewed some leaks she had in her restrooms. He told her she would have a quote sent to her via email by his wife Theresa. I called Theresa a month later and informed her we had not received a quote, she said Pablo put down it was done verbally. I asked Theresa to talk to Pablo about the quote please...still have not heard back. If they can't get there act together on returning a quote, they are going to mess up in other areas.

Fantastic service! Pablo came to my home after hours, when it was determined we could wait until morning he didn't charge us for coming out. He showed up early the next morning and went above and beyond in helping us with our plumbing problem. He gave us some great tips and advice. He gave us the cheaper daily rate and the price was well worth the great service. We had an issue several years ago and used a difference company. The experience was night and day and I'll be calling this company again if I have any issues.

It was New Year's Eve 2015. I was leaving to work that day and noticed water flowing from a wall that separates my dining room from a third bathroom. Month's earlier, I had received Barcena Plumbing's name as a referral for a different water repair that had gone on the back burner. Without any thought, I combed through my emails and found their phone number for my emergency call. My first surprise was when Pablo appeared at my door on December 31st. He quickly provided referrals for leak detection and restoration after investigating what would become a manifold leak in my slab. Over the course of the holiday, the leak location was identified and repaired immediately. That was my second surprise. Barcena Plumbing was careful to move my furniture, protect and neatly competed all repairs. In fact, the repair process was so clean I could not appreciate it more. Unfortunately, I have had my share of water issues within the 13 years I have owned my home and sorry I did not know about Barcena Plumbing years ago. They will always be my go-to for any plumbing needs. Theresa and Pablo have mastered the art of serving their customers. Their list of referral sources are just as wonderful. Do not hesitate, they are the B-E-S-T!!

Love Barcena Plumbing!!! Steve did a great job getting my new water heater installed quick and for a fair price. I recently sold my home and the buyer's inspector was hung up on the way it was installed. Long story short, Barcena Plumbing could have argued it was installed correctly 6 months prior, but instead, they made sure to prioritize coming back out to my house to make sure it was installed to the inspector's liking free of charge! Teresa was a champion making sure this time-sensitive issue was taken care of immediately and she was pro-active in calling me back after I had reached out to her explaining the situation. Amazing customer service - LOVE this company!!!

Another great experience with Barcena. We have a chronic drain problem, and can always count on their team to solve our problem. This time we actually had to have themcome back two days after their initial service visit as the problem was a bit more involved than we first thought. Pablo himself came out on a Sunday to make good on the service, and now everything drains perfectly, saving us a lot of inconvenience and stress. We appreciate and respect that Barcena Plumbing stands behind their work and does what it takes to make it right.
