Bailey Plumbing was recommended to me by a general contractor that I have used and trust. The contractor did not steer me wrong. I have appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of Bailey Plumbing for several years now, most recently for a shower issue and a garbage disposal replacement. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Elijah Monica, in particular, has been superb -- professional, friendly and courteous -- a real asset to the company. I am impressed with how Bailey's stand behind their work too. Good plumbers aren't cheap, but if you want the job done right, with a company that will stand behind their work, call Bailey. They've never hit with me surprise extra fees either. I highly recommend Bailey Plumbing.

We spoke about the incident and I appreciated her listening to me and offering her input. She agreed to reimburse me for the service fee, which I do appreciate.

I had gas line in the wall in my new home I accidentally drilled into it trying to hang a Television. I was able to shut of the gas at the meter. They came out within 2 hours and did a temporary fix so we could have gas overnight for our oven dryer and hot water for our showers. Then they came at 9AM next day and did the full repair. The owner is super knowledgeable and has a great personality. The 2 workers that came for the main repair were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this company.

If I could rate higher I would!!! I can always count on Bailey's plumbing to solve any issues with care and urgency. I've used Bailey plumbing for a few years after calling other companies and I will ALWAYS return to Bailey's. Tim knows his stuff - knew the problem and helped me to order the part I needed as my shower hardware only could use specific parts. Tim had to return twice as I had ordered the incorrect part. He came back and fixed it with no issues... trust me they are the BEST!

our experience could have been a disaster, but our technician was extremely capable. Randy was courteous and respectful, while installing a new water heater. Overall, *****Bailey Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. I made note of this, and will absolutely refer them to friends and family. Buyer beware. I called these guys for a minor gas leak behind my stove. The estimator said it was necessary to cut a 3' diameter hole in the wall to replace a coupling even though it was protruding several inches from the wall and gave me an estimate for $3000. This didn't line up with what the PG&E worker who turned off the gas told me to expect so I called SWAGG plumbing instead. They came out and did the job superbly for less than 1/3 the estimate from Bailey and it was not necessary to cut a hole in the wall at all. Hope you will avoid being grossly overcharged and taken advantage of by avoiding Bailey Plumbing!

Dylan came to hook up our sink after new counters were installed. The design of our plumbing wasn't the easiest to work with but Dylan made it work. He was pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Bailey for future plumbing situations.

Alex and his team were a great help and responded quickly. I had a tankless water heater that wasn't working. They identified the issue immediately and quickly got my hot water back up and running. Alex and all of his team that helped with scheduling, etc were all very professional and friendly. Highly recommend
