Overall, *****Bailey Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. I made note of this, and will absolutely refer them to friends and family. Buyer beware. I called these guys for a minor gas leak behind my stove. The estimator said it was necessary to cut a 3' diameter hole in the wall to replace a coupling even though it was protruding several inches from the wall and gave me an estimate for $3000. This didn't line up with what the PG&E worker who turned off the gas told me to expect so I called SWAGG plumbing instead. They came out and did the job superbly for less than 1/3 the estimate from Bailey and it was not necessary to cut a hole in the wall at all. Hope you will avoid being grossly overcharged and taken advantage of by avoiding Bailey Plumbing!

Dylan came to hook up our sink after new counters were installed. The design of our plumbing wasn't the easiest to work with but Dylan made it work. He was pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Bailey for future plumbing situations.

We had an internal leak in our tankless water heater (which was only 6 years old). Bailey came out to diagnosis the problem. The tech that came out tried his best to lower the cost of the entire diagnosis and problem. Unfortunately it was still a little high. After consulting with other plumbers in the area, we decided not to continue the process with Bailey. We called them to let them know that other plumbers charged us a much lower rate for a consult and Bailey was willing to provide us a refund of what we had paid. Thank you!

Called Bailey over based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The technician they sent out was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After the initial issue wasn't resolved, they determined we had multiple issues under the house that were not expected.

After being given multiple different options, we decided on the best one based on our budget and timeline. The work comes with a warranty, and was well done.

Only concern was the price. I didn't multiple quotes, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but boy plumbing work is expensive!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and our neighbor recommended Bailey Plumbing. Here are pros and cons of the service in my opinion:

Pros: Responded to our request really quickly and in a kind manner. I was not in the house when the plumbers arrived but my husband spoke very highly about their work.They started by quoting us about $500 to unclog the sink. But the drain snake couldn't solve the problem. Then they sent a camera to check and it turns out that our kitchen pipe was badly clogged. According to the camera, there were also some leaks in our bathroom pipes and the sewer. I heard that the plumbers were very nice and professional so he trusted their judgements.

Cons: The price was way too high in my opinion. My husband trusted them and chose one of the five choices they offered us, which was repairing SOME leaks on the sewer (not for the whole house and outside), fixing ONE shower leak (not all of the three bathrooms) and fixing the kitchen drain using ABS with 2 years warranty. Our cost jumped from about $500 to nearly $8K, with no discount at all. The total working hours for this project was 2 hours, from 3pm to 5pm. I fully understand the inflation nowadays. But I still couldn't understand how a 2 hours fixing some leak projects would cost us $8K.

That's to be said, I appreciate their kindness and efficiency. But I think you should request other quotes and compare the prices before agreeing to start the project with them.
