We had Randy & he was awesome!! We had a complicated issue with our insta hot not cooperating with our faucet handle. Randy called for extra support from Elijah & Alex. They worked so hard until 8pm going back and forth to Home Depot until they got it to work! Every one of them were so kind and relentless. Bailey Plumbing always answers the phone with a very friendly greeting. Schedules me as quickly as possible followed by a text reminding me of the date and time. They follow up with a picture and brief profile of the technician coming. Yesterday Randy came to fix a leaking hot water heater, today he came to fix a broken toilet. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I had no doubt he was going to take care of everything professionally and honestly. Highly recommend

I had a plumbing issue with two of my bathroom faucets, I called Bailey plumbing to take a look at my issue and they scheduled a site visit within in minutes of my call for a time at my convenience. They arrived within the service window they gave me between 2pm and 4pm the next day and kept me informed via text when the Tech was arriving at my home. They came in and diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable quote and had the problem corrected within 2 hours that afternoon. The workers wore booties while in my home and cleaned the work area after the job was completed they even took all of the packing material from the new faucet parts. If you have a plumbing issue in your home do not hesitate to call Bailey Plumbing you will be happy you did

JJ was very helpful with the repair on my toilet. He replaced my fill valve and toilet supply connector after a thorough inspection. He also changed my flapper free of charge. And he was even nice enough to fix my fence gate latch after noticing it was broken! I couldn't thank him more for his hard work and generosity. 100% recommend!

Predatory practices: I had a broken water main. The tech came out and quoted me $14700(yes that is fourteen thousand dollars!) to replace the whole system. The break was exposed and a small repair. When I refused he started walking down to an eventual 1800, but then there be no warranty, and I'd have to wait for 3 hours to turn the water on (by which time he be gone and I'd be screwed if the repair didn't work). When I balked at his new price he gave me a long lecture on how he is ""Essential"" and more important than me...needless I refused his services. Got the job done with another plumber for $500, and no attitude. Please avoid predators like this.

I have appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of Bailey Plumbing for several years now, most recently for a shower issue and a garbage disposal replacement. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Elijah Monica, in particular, has been superb -- professional, friendly and courteous -- a real asset to the company. I am impressed with how Bailey's stand behind their work too. Good plumbers aren't cheap, but if you want the job done right, with a company that will stand behind their work, call Bailey. They've never hit with me surprise extra fees either. I highly recommend Bailey Plumbing.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review. After posting, I received a phone call from Nicole (office manager) who was apologetic for not responding sooner to a previous email I had sent. We spoke about the incident and I appreciated her listening to me and offering her input. She agreed to reimburse me for the service fee, which I do appreciate.

I had gas line in the wall in my new home I accidentally drilled into it trying to hang a Television. I was able to shut of the gas at the meter. They came out within 2 hours and did a temporary fix so we could have gas overnight for our oven dryer and hot water for our showers. Then they came at 9AM next day and did the full repair. The owner is super knowledgeable and has a great personality. The 2 workers that came for the main repair were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this company.
