He arrived, was more interested to learn about the age and warranty status of the water heater than the actual problem ... told me that ordering/replacing the defective burner in the water heater will take a couple of days but they could install a new heater today ... told him to talk to the owner of the house to get the approval ... went to this truck ... did a phone call ... and left without any further conversation with me! Wow, what a bad service. ... At least, he could have told me that the owner did not agree to the proposal and decided to work with another contractor ... would have been totally ok for me ... If I would work with our customers in such a way, we would be out of business asap.

I have to say this is one of the most profession and customer service orientated businesses. From the start Nicole who answered the phone had the answers I needed and was quick to find me an appointment. Her patients and service were above excellent. When David showed before the scheduled time, he was very professional, honest and straight to the point. David is by far one of the best I have come across when dealing with plumbers. Bailey Plumbing repaired a leak in my copper water main. They came out quickly, gave me a quote for the work to replace the main and scheduled the repair work promptly. They always showed up on time (or even early) and were very professional at all times. They kept me updated as the work went along. I was impressed also that they avoided as many plants as possible when digging the trench and gave me options for one trench that needed to go through concrete.

Because the work was complete just before a big storm, the trenches couldn't be filled in right away, but they were careful to cover up the dirt with tarps. When they came out to fill in the trenches, they did an excellent job. They had cut an irrigation line during the work, so they replaced it and made sure all the plants had drip lines to the new line. They even gave me a bag of extra connectors and drip line in case I wanted to add to what they had done. They power washed the driveway were the dirt piles were. They left the site looking better than before.

I've used Bailey Plumbing to replace a hot water heater, snake a main line, and now to install a gas line to the fireplace. They are experts in their field, work wonderfully as a team, and are very clean and respectful. Joe explained the scope of each job clearly and offered fair and reasonable prices. Joe Bailey came out and after I described the non-emergency issues I was having, he looked & verified what was needed. I received a professional, fair priced estimate a couple of days later.

John and Elijah came out today and completed the replacement of the failing PRV, replaced all the rusted out plumbing under the kitchen sink, and installed a new faucet. Since the old PRV had been causing hammer, Elijah even went under the house to make sure nothing was leaking.

I can't say enough how friendly, professional and safe Joe and his team were in my home. John and Elijah wore masks and booties throughout the job and sanitized everything afterwards. They left my kitchen cleaner than when they began. I highly recommend Bailey Plumbing for any plumbing installs, upgrades or repairs - large or small.

I had a badly blocked Kitchen drain pipe. After multiple failed attempts attempts at clearing it myself, decided to call a professional. I made contact through Angie's List. The first call I received was from a different Plumbing Company ( based in Fremont-covered the Bay Area) The second call I got was from James Bailey (Bailey Plumbing-Morgan Hill/Gilroy). I wanted to support local business and James was very professional and honest with all my questions. Spoke about his brother Joe, who actually does the field work, in a real BIG way. Sent a message to Bailey and got a quick response from Joseph the owner with a reasonable quote, a couple options on water heater brands and an opening for install the next day. Team came out, did a great job on the install, cleaned everything up and were gone all in an afternoon. Great experience overall.

Review of Bailey Plumbing in San Jose: That was the most professional and efficient plumbing service team I've encountered. The first plumbers I contacted (The Plumbing Guys) never showed up for my appointments, so I gave Bailey Plumbing a try. Right from the appointment setting, I was thoroughly impressed with their technology using automated emails and text messages. Joe gave me a reasonable and fair quote to fix our leaking toilet. He ordered the part and John was able to replace and install the part the next day. Both Joe and John were very professional and courteous from beginning the the end.
