Prompt response but extraordinarily expensive quote as noted by others.

I called them out to look at our natural gas water heater which had stopped working and they came out in an hour so that was quick. There's an up front $40 trip charge - which is fine given gasoline and labor costs.
After trying to light the pilot and some discussion, it was either $675 to *start* to take the heater apart to repair it or $4200 to replace a 50 gallon tank water heater. They convinced me that any repair wasn't worth the cost since the heater was at or near the end of its expected life anyway. That was maybe worth the trip charge.
BUT the $4200 to replace the water heater is about double the going rate. (A new water heater is $1100 at Home Despot and plus 4 hours at $250/hour.) I ended up with another quote for $2400 on my first call for a second quote. I can understand a little higher but 1.8x is gouging.

*ALWAYS* get a second quote!!

Amazing professionalism and quick response for a broken, leaking disposal. Everything from the initial call, inquiry conversation and on site work was done like family! I needed a plumber to replace a leaking exterior manifold. JJ came out the same day and confirmed it he could replace it. I mentioned I had heard water rushing for no apparent reason and JJ offered to inspect the crawlspace for any issues. While the inspection was free, he did turn up a problem: a mixture of copper and galvanized steel pipes under the house causing corrosion similar to the original problem. He and his team (Nacho, Badillo, and Diego) were able to take on the job that day. They replaced all of the steel with Type M copper and new fittings and valves where old ones had seized. While not cheap, my wife and I were very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and skill of these plumbers.

Bailey Plumbing began with a very simple and reliable scheduling process. I knew when the plumbers would arrive and they were on time. J J and Omar did the required work quickly and extremely professionally.
One of our garbage disposals was leaking and needed to be replaced as it was more than 20 years old. I decided to do the other disposal because it too was showing its age.
We also had a poorly installed back flow prevention valve. The emergency shut off valve to our home was very old and very difficult to reach so we had it replaced. To extend the life of our water heater we installed an expansion tank. All this work was done very efficiently and has been warranted for 7 years.
We didn't get estimates so I can't say if the price was the best possible. The work was clearly well and carefully done which gives it top value.

Wow, J.J., Jorge, and Omar, knocked it out of the park, did all the gas lines, tub drain, condensation pipe from air conditioner, several valves, and a few other things., all in 2 days. They were very enthusiastic, happy, kind, and joyful to be around. Great job, thanks, Rod

They gave me an estimate on Thursday. They said they would call me on Friday to schedule for the following Monday or Tuesday to do the job. I never heard from them and I called them late Monday afternoon. Then they told me there was a problem with the estimate and cannot do the job. He could have called me Friday and told me. Instead he wasted my time. Maybe i should charge them the same $40 they charged me for wasting my time.
