Bailey plumbing installed a tankless water heater which they had with them, probably it didn't work previously for someone & they dumped it on me and now it's not working, so they bought from PNE supplier who in turn bought from Navien, originally I believe PNE rejected to take it back, so they dumped it on me saying it's new and works great, it is under warranty but to make it work with Navien support, this Bailey will again charge for their time, for all the work they do, they desperately keep looking to charge hefty on the customers irrespective of whether they help the customer or screw up the work, the guy David never responds on time when things fail, he doesn't care about customer satisfaction, and the owners of the company will come to talk to you in huge anger if you pin point their foul work, perhaps when things doesn't work that David guy will immediately go on a vacation so that he can totally avoid you.
For every dam thing they will try to charge you in thousands, they are 5 to 10 times more expensive than others, just avoid these guys forever, and wait until you find someone modest.

We hired Bailey to do a complete re-pipe of our drain system, which was very old and cast-iron.

Joe and his crew were very professional and handled everything in a most timely manner, from first contact to the piping, to finishing up the cosmetic aspects. The work was all well-done, and permitted. I literally had to do nothing, Joe and his crew took care of everything. The pricing was reasonable as well.

I just can't say enough about how good my experience was - I'm the kind of guy who doesn't at my age want to chase my tail around, and you'll get none of that here in my view. I would do business with Joe Bailey again in an instant. He's an excellent communicator, excellent plumber, and I couldn't help but notice how well his crew all got along. These folks enjoy working together, and it shows in their attitude, and in the finished product. I can't help but be pleased with the work, and doing business with such a straightforward and honest guy.

Bailey Plumbing has become very expensive. They quote exorbitant prices. I got the under sink RO system installed for $995 and for filter replacement with parts they quoted me $300, that is about 30% cost of installation. This is rip off for returning customers. You are better choosing someone else for under sink RO system

I would not not use Bailey Plumbing for sewer lateral inspections. We used them recently, they charged $200 more than other providers to do the inspection. They didn't deliver the inspection video for 2 weeks and they failed the inspection. They kindly offerred to ""repair the sewer line"" for $4000+. I'm getting the repair done elsewhere by a licensed comnpany for $1000.

Quick response! Complete scam. Charged me 129.00 to come out change a faucet. This would go toward cost. Got it and told us 786.00. We had the faucet. Told them no thanks after 5 minutes here and they got to keep the 129.00

Bailey Plumbing has worked on quite a few things around our home- they have great plumbing knowledge, are very responsive, same day availability and fair priced.

Use a service that doesn't charge a diagnostic fee. When you have a sink clog, it's pretty easy to determine u have a sink clog (once u rule out disposal issues for the kitchen). I was told the $89 diagnostic fee would go towards the job but then they quoted me $312 to do the job. . . That's right . . . $312 to spend 30 minutes clearing a drain (comes out to $624 an hour for the mathematically challenged). You can go to Home Depot and purchase an electric 50 ft 1/2 inch line drain snake for less than $400 . . . use it twice or share it with a neighbor and you have more than recouped your cost. This pricing is ridic to say the least.

Guy who came out was a good guy but had to decline . . . I'm still in shock re: the price offered.

I contacted this company via Yelp for a simple faucet replacement. Responsiveness was a problem and when I finally got them to engage, they required I pay in advance to set up an appointment. Actual message from the company: ""I can get you set up in our system and send the invoice to be paid through email. Once we receive this payment, your appointment window will be locked in. This does get credited towards any work that we do for you.""

Wait, you want me to send you money before I even have an appointment set and before anyone shows up at my house? You must be kidding.

Was recommended by a friend. They charge 89 dollars to come out to do an estimate, total waste of money. Their prices are almost 3x everyone else's. Know that all these guys that comes out are commissioned based. I called several companies and baileys was the highest.
