Absolutely fantastic service! A bad clog prevented the water from going down both in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Called at 7:30AM, David Solis and Eric came in at 11 (10-12 time frame) the same day and fixed and cleaned everything in less than 1 hour. They were super kind, professional, and explained to me what was happening. They had masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They even fixed the leaky pipe under my kitchen sink. The bill was fair. Exceptional service, truly! While I hope I never need plumbing services any time soon, if ever needed, I know where to ask! Also, shoutout to the lovely lady who picks up the phone and set you up with a team :)

We replaced copper pipes under the house and had a regulator valve installed. Various outdated and faulty plumbing was updated in the bathroom, a gas line was capped so wall vent could be removed, a leaky gas line for dryer was replaced. He corrected a poorly installed tub faucet. And while replacing plumbing in the crawlspace he also removed ancient plumbing pipes that had been abandoned under the house. David Garcia was professional and informative and gave us a good estimate. He answered all my questions to help me understand the status and process for repairing the plumbing. He picked up supplies within 24 hours for certain repairs. The work was completed on schedule and he met with the inspector. I am completely satisfied with the work and would recommend.

Mike did the repairs thoughtfully, explaining the process. It has been a while and we've been problem free. I would use BDP again without second thought. Mike is great.
