I had a leaking yard faucet, which was sending water into my bedroom. The pipe was rusted through from being under dirt for goodness knows how long, so I was pretty sure it couldn't be threaded in order to cap it. I had a sick feeling that I was going to have to re-pipe the whole house just to kill the stupid thing. David came and squeezed into my tiny, filthy crawl-space (truly the stuff of nightmares) found the pipe and capped it, quickly, at a reasonable price, and on a Sunday. He truly is my hero!

We had a bandana go down our tub drain. Yeah. I know what you are thinking. Who the hell wears bandanas still and how in thee blue hell did it go down your tub drain? I have a 73 year old father who demands on covering his bald with bandanas and this dude managed to get it down the tub drain. Anyway, we snaked our drain and managed to push it further down. I should also mention our house is from 1926 and what maintenance that was ever done on the home were many friends who did my parents favors. Well here we are, it's up to me and my sister to now repair what all the years of ""handy work"" that is falling apart. We were so stressed about this problem and even more so when water
started coming up from the tub train AND our kitchen sink drain.
Soooo I went to yelp. I was terrified because I don't know the first thing about plumbing obviously.
David answered me so quick and he was at my door this morning ready to help. I told him what happened and he went right to work. He came out and told me he wouldn't be able to snake it fully but that he can go under the house and cut the pipe. I thought omg this is going to be so expensive. He quoted me and I was so shocked. It was so affordable and he was so polite and he walked me through everything. Within an hour, he had the problem solved. There it was. The little camo bandana out and our pipe cleared! He even took video of another small leak we had and told me how much that would be to fix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you so much David!!!!!

Prompt replies, timely arrival, and good service! David arrived at the expected, scheduled time and got to work unclogging our drain. He was clear about what he was going to do, and patiently explained the process. David further helped us identify the problem with our pipes, and went over the specifics. David came out for a garbage disposal that stopped working. After arrival, it only took him 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, which was some plastic that had accidentally fallen into the drain and got the blades stuck. While the disposal started working, David explained the blades seemed dull and the smell coming from the disposal meant it was likely going to need replacing soon. Not to mention the motor was still making some funny noises and was still really noisy. No pressure at all from David, but I decided to have the unit replaced since he was already here. Replacement was done within an hour and he was very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Wonderful and quick service! I had a clog Sunday evening and they arrived at the house in less than an hour. Job took about an hour to complete but they found the issue and took care of it. Will call them again if I encounter any other issues.

The other night, my water heater started suddenly spewing hot water. I went to yelp because I haven't been satisfied with any of my previous plumbers. David has five stars for good reason. He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and quickly fixed the water pressure pipe. He also called the manufacturer to see if I was still under warranty and gave me an estimate in case it turns out I need an additional piece. It's so hard to find a good plumber and I feel very lucky to have found him. Highly recommend.

We needed our main line cleaned out because we woke up to toilets that wouldn't flush. I called, they quoted me a price, and gave me a time frame for their arrival. They arrived a little early (yay!) and were done quickly. David was polite and professional. The price we paid was the same as the quote on the phone. He didn't try to push any other services on us, like other companies often do. If we encounter another plumbing problem, we'll definitely call them again.

We have always had problems with our water heater and our way to resolve the issue was to re-light the pilot, wait 30 minutes or so and then take a shower.
This past Sunday, my wife called out that the shower was cold. Ran outside to the water heater and begun clicking away. This time with no luck.
Called Fixxit Rooter and Plumbing on a Sunday around 11:00 am and was surprised to get a live person on the phone. Was pleased to know that they could stop by within an hour.
Dave was able to get the pilot re-lit.
Came up with a plan to resolve the issue. Provided me with a quote for the repair. Provided options for the repair. We agreed on the method and scheduled a follow visit to finally resolve the issue.

Service was quick at a fair price.
I appreciate the service and professionalism provided Dave and his team.
