Initially, we called to have our cold water line to the washer checked because only hot water came out. David came and fixed our problem, he saw that the connections were crossed when the washer was first installed (my mistake). He then found that the cold water spigot was leaking. Both bibs were really old and he was able to replace them. He took the time to explain so much to me, I appreciated his knowledge.

These guys are the best! We had a really bad kitchen sink get clogged up. We called bad drains and were greeted by a super nice lady who despite getting called on a Sunday, had amazing customer service. They dispatched one of their plumbers who was at our house within an hour. David was an absolute professional and even though the job ran long, he still stood behind their original quote and even passed on a senior discount to my aunt. It's refreshing to find a plumber this professional and with this much integrity! I highly recommend bad drains! Don't even waste your time calling someone Else.

My wax ring was leaking and called on a Friday late to see how much it would cost. Really appreciated talking to a person and when I asked about how much it might cost she told me she would call me right back with a price .. within a few minutes she called back with a price... I was somewhat shocked cause lately customer service has been lacking... we agreed on a time window for the following day... and David G. showed up on time ... again impressive... As he was fixing it he was telling me what he was doing. He cleaned underneath and the ceramic itself... AWESOME ... Finished in a timely manner. Great experience .... THANK YOU !
