David came out for a garbage disposal that stopped working. After arrival, it only took him 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, which was some plastic that had accidentally fallen into the drain and got the blades stuck. While the disposal started working, David explained the blades seemed dull and the smell coming from the disposal meant it was likely going to need replacing soon. Not to mention the motor was still making some funny noises and was still really noisy. No pressure at all from David, but I decided to have the unit replaced since he was already here. Replacement was done within an hour and he was very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Wonderful and quick service! I had a clog Sunday evening and they arrived at the house in less than an hour. Job took about an hour to complete but they found the issue and took care of it. Will call them again if I encounter any other issues.

The other night, my water heater started suddenly spewing hot water. I went to yelp because I haven't been satisfied with any of my previous plumbers. David has five stars for good reason. He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and quickly fixed the water pressure pipe. He also called the manufacturer to see if I was still under warranty and gave me an estimate in case it turns out I need an additional piece. It's so hard to find a good plumber and I feel very lucky to have found him. Highly recommend.

We needed our main line cleaned out because we woke up to toilets that wouldn't flush. I called, they quoted me a price, and gave me a time frame for their arrival. They arrived a little early (yay!) and were done quickly. David was polite and professional. The price we paid was the same as the quote on the phone. He didn't try to push any other services on us, like other companies often do. If we encounter another plumbing problem, we'll definitely call them again.

We have always had problems with our water heater and our way to resolve the issue was to re-light the pilot, wait 30 minutes or so and then take a shower.
This past Sunday, my wife called out that the shower was cold. Ran outside to the water heater and begun clicking away. This time with no luck.
Called Fixxit Rooter and Plumbing on a Sunday around 11:00 am and was surprised to get a live person on the phone. Was pleased to know that they could stop by within an hour.
Dave was able to get the pilot re-lit.
Came up with a plan to resolve the issue. Provided me with a quote for the repair. Provided options for the repair. We agreed on the method and scheduled a follow visit to finally resolve the issue.

Service was quick at a fair price.
I appreciate the service and professionalism provided Dave and his team.

David was called in by another plumbing company (On Time Rooter and Plumbing) because they didn't have the exact equipment to do the cleaning of our drain line. Props to Cesar and Alberto at On Time for coming out and sharing business with Fixx It. This kind of honest cooperation is exactly what we all want in service professionals. And politicians. Thank goodness we get it now and then. That's why I'm writing this review: vote for the best!

David came to our home and tried to clear out our drain line, but it was impossible. He was leaving and I followed him out and talked with him and said something like ""Hey, I need to give you some money."" He said something like ""Well, maybe $20."" And this was after he tried for almost an hour to snake my lines! Seriously, I had to bring up the matter of money or he would have just left without asking for anything. I did give him more than $20 and he said that he might want to try one more technique: hydrojetting, though he made no guarantees.

David came back the next day and hydrojetting cleared my line. Success! David was very clear this was a temporary fix and I need to replace my drain lines. I know that's true, but no one else even went to the trouble of giving hydrojetting a try. Since David did, I hope I have a year or so to use my bathroom while getting ready for a remodel. I'm very happy with that.

David was honest, articulate, competent, committed, and successful. There is nothing more a customer could ask for.

THEE best plumbers. I had called two other companies who priced us high or were unresponsive after the initial quote. Fixx it sent out Dave, on Memorial Day, and he was Great! No pressure, just honest advice and pricing. We will be calling them from now on.

David Garcia is a wonderful plumber. Knowledgeable, prompt, and very professional. He is personable, willing to answer all of your questions. He successfully snaked our main and bathtub drain which were very backed up. He was smart and careful enough to use the right cutter so that he would not crack our 80 yr old fragile drain lines. Now they whistle like new. He also gave us great advice on a fixture which had a valve problem, suggesting we could resolve the problem on our own.. which we did. David doesn't try to up sell. He just does the work that is necessary at a very fair price. I highly recommend Fixx It Rooter and Plumbing for any plumbing need, big or small. Thanks David for the great service!!
