David came out to investigate a mysterious gas leak. The problem could have turned into a major construction project but David carefully listened to everything I had to say, investigated all possible problem areas, and smartly identified the problem without too much fuss or guesswork. He was friendly, professional, and a great technician. I would recommend Bad Drains Plumbing to anyone. They saved me a prolonged experience without gas!!!

These guys are top-notch!
We live in a condo and our double kitchen sink was backing up, with water slowly rising. We initially contacted the HOA plumber, but he refused to work on our issue because our drain lines weren't to ""code."" He charged us for coming out to do literally nothing, AND he changed the price on his quote to us twice for making the drain lines to code. A true opportunist.

We told him to go to hell and we called Bad Drains Plumbing.

We called on a Sunday, and David came out same day. He not only put our drain lines to code, but he also addressed the issue that was causing the back up.

Thank God for good honest people out there.

I needed an extra spigot installed on the north side of my house (all my plumbing was on the south side of the house) so that I can efficiently water my garden on the north side. I contacted Bad Drains Plumbing on a late Thursday night via Yelp, got a response within minutes, and booked an appointment the following morning for a quote.
David came on time for the quote (which was very reasonable) and started/completed the job the very next day!
The whole job went completely smoothly. The whole crew was extremely polite and efficient and I am so happy with the final result!
I wholeheartedly recommend Bad Drains Plumbing. I think I just found my go to plumber for future needs!

I can't say enough good things about bad drains plumbing. I called five people before them, half of them didn't answer their phones, and the other half didn't have any availability for days, but bad drains wanted to know about my problem right away and was already helping me troubleshoot over the phone. We were able to exchange photos and determine the source of the problem over the phone, which gave me great confidence that I had the right team. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day and confirmed an appointment for the following morning at 7 AM. They arrived at 7 AM sharp, ready to work, very polite and professional. The problem was solved within minutes and the payment options were flexible (Venmo and a cash tip). Both the dispatcher and the plumber were super courteous and professional the whole time, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The price was also the same as quoted on the phone--no funny business. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a company like this that answers their phone with an actual knowledgeable and friendly dispatcher, who gets to the root of the problem immediately and commits to what they'll do, and --most importantly--does what they say... All at a very reasonable price with a smile. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!!

They were available for an estimate the same day I contacted them. They were within their time frame. They actually had time to install a new toilet that afternoon and were there 1 minute before their 1 hour time frame. David was very professional and polite.
