Recommended Customer Reviews
I'm not one to write reviews, but I do rely very heavily on them. However, it is appropriate for me to write this review. I noticed a leak that ended up coming from my toilet. I reached out to Stephen/BPR at 7:00 PM on a Thursday night. Stephen answered my call and was at my house in less than an hour. He fixed the problem, educated me on what caused it and I was able to get a full night of sleep without having to worry/deal with the leak. I can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone who needs help.
Efren R.Never got to use the service. Initially had scheduled a time to come visit and even approved an earlier time if it became convenient to the tech; however, they never showed up due to a hectic schedule. No communication to try and reschedule until asked about the scheduled service appointment. Communication would have been great to mitigate missing work or completing other needs. After inquiring about attempting another visit, I was then told that there would be a trip charge. Well I passed on that fee and the request to provide service because I'd hate to pay for a service appointment and get a no show.
I wish I had called BPR first!
I'm so pleased with this company's service and professionalism.
I've had an issue with my upstairs tub leaking behind the wall and flooding the room below. Two other companies weren't able to get to the root of the problem, but BPR not only found and fixed this problem, but also discovered that my toilet hadn't been sealed properly from its installation a year ago by a different company, so he fixed that too.
The second best part (second to the problem being fixed) is that it cost 1/4 the price the last company quoted me.
I'm no dummy, and although I know plumbers generally aren't cheap, I knew that the last company was trying to take advantage of the situation.
I will be recommending BPR to everyone and am keeping their card on the fridge for any future plumbing problems!
Beau B.Discovered a small leak in our basement coming from the supply line and needed a plumber that day. Called BPR and got same day service. Very fast and explained what the issue was after it was fixed.
It's nice to have a plumber you can rely on when something happens.
My water heater started leaking on Sunday evening. I called the number expecting to leave a VM but he actually answered! The next day he came and diagnosed the problem and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. Not only that my neighbor had an unrelated issue that needed someone to snake out her drain and he went ahead and took care of that too. I'll be using BPR for all my needs from now on!
Jeff B.I had a great experience with BPR - the kind you just have to share with others. I called to have a leaky faucet repaired (or replaced) and also to have a look at a toilet that was leaking. He took one look at the faucet, tightened it with a wrench after removing some tape we had put on, and it was good as new. He could've replaced it and charged me for that, but he just dealt with it and moved on to the second project I'd asked him to do. He instantly earned my trust. He was on time and easy to work with. I love that kind of integrity. Highly recommend.
Rudy T.Stephen was awesome, he's fast and friendly. While he was here, we talked about a future bathroom project and will definitely be doing more work with him in the future. I will also be using his electrician contact for work, as I know they will provide the same amazing quality of work.
Thanks again!
Be sure to get pricing UPFRONT. Pricing was outrageous. Costs were double what I should have paid.
Work appears to be done well but also wasn't any difficult work. Had Stephen out to replace faulty W/D hook-ups and replace a toilet flange. Also, I'd recently realized a bathroom sink was missing the shut-off valve handles. Thought it would be a good idea to have the handles put on the shut off valves so added that work. The job cost much more than I've paid in the past for the same work. Of most concern was being charged $460 to have the shut-off valve handles added to that one bathroom sink, and the hose lines were not even replaced. That's $230/shut-off handle. When I questioned his pricing, I was told it was due to cost of the part. These parts are not expensive, they actually cost around $10 to $15 dollars. I've had the entire shut-off valves and hoses replaced at my San Diego house and cost me 1/3 what this company charged. Can't help but wonder what I would have been charged if I'd asked up front what his cost would be to add the shut-off valve handles. Wish I'd done my due diligence as I normally do. Have confirmed I was way overcharged. Work appears to be done well, but there are many good plumbers that would not come close to charging $460 for shut-off handles to one sink.
I have a new plumber!! Stephen is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and communicative! Found leaks, went to Rampart, replaced toilet, works great, guarantee for 1year, all for very reasonable fee! Whole heartedly recommend! Found out later my neighbor used his services also. He has a good rep! He is customer oriented!
Kelly A.Stephen came out to our place quickly to make a repair. He was on time, friendly and his prices were fair. Thank you!
