Quick and responsive, but even better integrity. We started hearing a drip in our ceiling after taking a shower, so called BPR to fix the drain in our master shower. Stephen was reluctant to cut into our ceiling since there was no signs yet of the leak in the ceiling. I was sure there was a leak and insisted he investigate. He relented, cut a small 4x4 hole and he was 100% correct--no leak, no water whatsoever. Not sure what the sound we were hearing was, but he was right. No need for any plumbing work on this visit, but his judgment was spot-on. He is now on my short-list of trustworthy plumbers.

Super quick and knowledgeable. Although, on the pricier side for plumbing. Replacing a simple cartridge was $250, and then removing the tub spout from a tub was another $250. Although the tech was very quick. I would hire them again, but due to the high prices, only in the event I can't get something working myself.

Stephen at BPR Service LLC, was very responsive to my initial call. I wanted to upgrade my sink from a double bowl to a single bowl and replace the faucet and garbage disposal as well. On the day of the installation,  Stephen call me asking if it would be OK to come earlier than he had promised.  He is very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. His work is very organized and coordinated. The whole plumbing assembly need to be redone and Stephen did it efficiently and even save me some extra space under the sink. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Steve was able to come out the very next morning from when I called. He called when he was on his way and was prompt at arrival. He showed up with his own booties for his shoes (which so many don't do and I usually provide them myself to vendors). Steve came out for water hammer and replaced the pressure valve (PRV) effectively and efficiently and with a one year warranty! Was very impressed overall and will definitely use them again and recommend to neighbors and friends.

Our outdoor faucet wouldn't turn off after my husband tried to fix it. Stephen did have to make a hole in the ceiling of our basement but it is small and fixable. He was friendly, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He made good suggestions. We were pleasantly surprised about his reasonable rates . I would definitely call him again in the future.

Stephen is awesome. My go-to guy. Have used him on three different projects (swamp cooler line burst, water pressure issue, replacing a water line/vacuum seal). Quick responses, never tries to upsell, easy to work with. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We needed some parts replaced on our hot water heater. We contacted many contractors before finding Stephen most want to charge 75 - 100 just to come and tell you what is wrong but not how much it will cost and they will only forgive that service call if you use them it feels like a trap. He was much more reasonably priced and willing to come over quickly. Thank you for being fast and honest.
