Seriously the best ever! Ivo was so nice, showed up found out there was no leak and didn't charge anything for doing that. Even paid a wonderful compliment that I was a really good renter. I will always call them when I need plumbing service!

Just left my house in better shape than when he arrived. Toilet and shower were backing up. Not only was he quick and very reasonably priced, but he showed me the problem and how I could fix it myself in the future. Didn't realize that they live just a few blocks away! Bea and Ivo (B&I), a great husband and wife team... he's the plumber:) How could anybody write this guy a bad review- he KNOWS his stuff!

I had to call Ivo again for a backed up sewer (different spot this time). He was there within an hour and it was in the evening around dinner time. (emergency when you have TP in your yard),half hour after he arrived everything was good to go. These damn old houses in midtown really just need a new sewer line put in every one. I'll just call Ivo for that one too.

Ivo is awesome! Very friendly, very fast and I would highly recommend him to anybody with a plumbing problem!

Tip: When you get a time promise from the dispatcher, ask them to keep you updated. We were promised one hour, but Ivo's actual arrive time was nearly two hours.

1. Phone answered right away - not a voice mail or call back.
2. Estimate of $120-140 for a clean-out, estimate freely given on the phone. Why don't more plumbers do that? Once they're at your house, you're stuck.
3. Ivo comes out to do the estimate with no obligation.
4. He fixed the problem, was courteous and explained everything.
5. Cost: $120, at the low end of the estimate.
6. While at the house, Ivo showed us how to fix a slow faucet issue ourselves. No charge.
7. No butt crack to deal with.

I won't even go into the phone experience with nearby Mr. Rooter. Let's just say they work hard living down to their 1.5 star reviews!

Really disappointed! Ivo went out to my rental property and never called me after the appt - I had no idea he actually even went out there until my tenant called me the following day asking for an update with the water heater (As a landlord you know a contractor not updating you within 24 hrs of service call is absurd) SO I HAD TO CALL HIM - I called him and spoke to Bea, she said I needed a new water heater and he would call me that evening....I never heard back from him...called another plumber...it was the thermocoupler....
So, no response to my calls and wrong diagnosis..hmmm...business must be really good....
Ivo - your response was the opposite of what Bea told me, when you called a WEEK later after going out to the property she said I needed a replacement water heater.
I had another plumber go out to the property soon after since no call back is unacceptable and my tenant going without hot water, like wise is unacceptable...why would you tell my tenant the problem when it is my property and I am handling payment and I called you continuously? It was not an HVAC problem, another plumber fixed it, it's called the thermocoupler and control panel...there was no miscommuncation, you NEVER communicated! Instead of taking the time to counter the review, so you can get more business, you should have returned my calls within hours for MY business...you went out to the property tuesday, and I didn't hear from you until the following Monday! As a landlord do you think I can afford to put my tenants up in a hotel since there is no water heater? Ridiculous!!!!!!

My water heater went out 6 years after I moved into my newly renovated house. B & I Plumbing replaced it with an American-made heater that is sure to last me much longer than 6 years. Ivo made the process easy and was very personable. His quote was the cheapest I could find, but his work was amazing. He had the new water heater in right away and cleaned up when he was done. I would gladly call B & I Plumbing if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I had drain problems in our 70 year old house that were slowly getting worse and worse. I tried to flush the clean outs and vents with a hose and snake it as far as I could but wasn't able to make it better. I looked on Yelp and called 3 different plumbers. My wife was afraid of someone taking advantage of her since I wasn't home when they came. When all was said and done she was so thrilled. Ivo cleaned the drain of dog hair and lent from the washing machine and checked several other potential problems without charge. She even asked if we should have the problem area re-plumbed. He said no, just call again if it starts draining slow again.

Ivo was great!!!. I had plumbing issues on a Sunday. He was helpful on the phone, called me right back and was at my house within an hour. When he came, he was extremely nice, friendly, made sure everything was fixed. Great Service!! Will call B& I for all plumbing needs in the future.

in nature and needed to be fixed ASAP! Ivo explained everything he did, and provided us with information on how to prevent further problems. He was very reasonable and did the best job fixing the problem quickly. He is the best plumber
