Ivo came out within a few hours to fix my clogged sink. Finally told me that he needed to cut a hole through the outside wall. I expected disaster and it costing a fortune, but he gave me a reasonable estimate, came out promptly the next morning, cut and patched the hole neatly, and my kitchen drains work well for the first time in the 30 years that I've lived in my 1936 East Sacramento home. I recommend him without hesitation. He really knows how these old houses were built and how to fix the problems.

The owner Ivo just wrapped up the rough in on my bath and laundry room addition in East Sacramento. He was very professional, courteous, easy to work with and reasonable. The addition had a number of complexities but Ivo handled it all perfectly and on time. B&I's work passed inspection with flying colors. I also used Ivo to replace my water heater and we are in the process of re piping the house from galvanized pipe to copper.

The ceiling in my downstairs bathroom started leaking all over the place - through the ceiling, through the door frame, etc. I looked over several plumbers on Yelp and gave B&I a call. Ivo was over within two hours to examine the whole problem. Leak is fixed and I now know more about plumbing thanks to Ivo letting me hang around him and ask questions. Price was great and well worth it. I recommend B & I for sure.

I read the reviews and liked what I saw. I too, have a shower leak. This is what happens when you hire amatuers. Ivo was nicer than anyone here has stated. He knows what he's doing and is very polite. He can ask a question without insulting which means a lot to me. I'm adding B & I to my website also.

Like others have written before me, these guys are the best. I had a leak in the bathroom and it appeared to coming from out of the wall. We hired another plumber to assess it, and were told the water was coming from the tub/shower even though there was no evidence for that. We hired Ivo at B&I for a second opinion and he correctly diagnosed the issue. It is now fixed. He was fast, friendly, and very competent.
I will never call another plumber. Highly recommended.

Ivo came right out and saved the day at our new home. We have two showers, both broken at our new home. Ivo found parts to repair both (to save us money), did not charge us a penny until they were completely fixed and worked tirelessly. I will always use B&I. Thank you Ivo from Stella and I!!!!

Ivo was awesome! He came on a Sunday, didn't charge us extra, was very knowledgeable, and fixed everything we needed done. He was friendly, professional, and put us at ease that he would take care of everything and he did! We will call him for all our plumbing needs from now on. Hands down, the best!

I will never use another plumber again now that I have found B & I! Had a clog and they showed up within an hour on a Sunday. Completely trustworthy, Ivo resolved the problem quickly and explained the how and why of his approach. He is very knowledgable across the board and even spent extra time helping me figure out how the sewer and drain lines flow in my old crazy East Sac bungalow. I've already texted his number to everybody I know! I've lived in Sac my whole life and have tried 10 different plumbers including ones with major advertising - Ivo is amazing. Does tons of commercial work, too... Will never call anyone else.
