I called B&I twice for service - once to check on a broken water heater and once to check on a possible leak in one of the bedrooms. Ivo has over 20 years of professional plumbing experience so he was not only very knowledgeable, but very honest as well. I ended up not needing any actual plumbing service bc it just made more sense to buy a new water heater and there were no leaks in the bedroom but I asked what I owe him for coming out to look at the issue, and he didn't charge anything. No service fee. This guy is awesome.

Last weekend, I had a party at my home with over 100 people attending. Someone flushed a Feminine napkin ( a big one, apparently) down the toilet rather than putting it into the trash and it backed up my entire sewer line. None of the bathrooms would work and water came up from all the lines in my home. I was beside myself and started calling around to find an emergency plumber to come deal with the problem. Ivo was the ONLY plumber who called me back and came out immediately. He was here for about 2 hours and snaked the line all the way to the street for $140.00!! For an emergency call on a weekend, I fully expected it to be 3 times that amount-- He was professional and thorough and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs!

I had a clogged up kitchen sink and decided to give B & I Plumbing a try, mainly because of the number of positive reviews on yelp. I'm glad I did as they were honest about the clogged up kitchen sink. They couldn't do anything to clean out the pipes but they did recommend a product called Rooto Pro Drain Opener which one can find at Home Depot. It worked brilliantly as it was able to clean out the clogged up sink in a short period of time. Their advice was solid and their service charge of $30.00 was reasonable.

After 12 days with a sewer line that was partially blocked, 4 invoices from a large regional plumbing company and over $1750 literally down the drain, I finally called B & I (and two other companies) to get estimates for the repair work, assuming that we had a collapsed line, per the other two large company assessments via their cameras.
Ivo took a look and felt that our problem was not that large and that he felt he could clear the line.
Sure enough, he was able the clear the line all of root intrusion the way to the main and all for a mere $120!
Just say NO to large plumbing companies.

Thanks to the fact that Chris recommended this service, as well as all the fab yelp reviews, I now have a great dependable plumber to call!

After getting our kitchen partway remodeled, we had problems hooking up the new faucet due to non-matching pipes and hoses.
I called B&I plumbing and Ivo was at my house within a matter of hours. He was able to quickly fix the problem and finished the hook up within an hour, for much less than the others I called who couldn't make it out for days.
After he left, we noticed a small drip in the cold water line. I called and got voice mail, left a message then texted Ivo. He called back immediately and was out a short time later to fix the problem. I then later received a follow up call in response to my earlier voice mail, just to ensure that I had been able to reach Ivo and got my problem solved.
Great customer service!!

Ivo also gave us an estimate on some other work we'd like to have done in the future. You can be sure that this is the company I will go with once I'm ready to tackle the next project.

I called B&I plumbing this morning to arrange for an estimate for a tankless H20 heater for space considerations more than current need. The woman on the phone was very friendly and immediately admitted that I would need to talk with Ivo regarding some factors he would need to know. She could have bs'd me, but was open and then immediately helped get into contact with Ivo. First contact: honesty, friendly, and great customer service.

Ivo contacted me within a few minutes, asked me how old my home was, types of pipes. He then recommended against a tankless for my home as I have galvanized pipes. He explained his reasoning and need to upgrade to copper piping and improved gas line in order for max efficiency and to reduce the risk of problems with a tankless heater in the future. He never said I couldn't do it, but the cost to do it was not worth it in his opinion. Second contact: honesty and integrity.

Greatly appreciated the honest advice today from Ivo and his staff that while it did not land them work today, I will seek out their help in the future for other plumbing issues.

I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodel and discovered I had less than 20 hours to move a gas line. B&I was the first plumber I found on Yelp, but when I called, I reached their voice mail. While I was dialing the next plumber, B&I called me back from my caller id, apologized for not answering the first time, and sent Ivo to my house within the hour. He moved my gas line quickly, and while he was there, spotted a water issue that was going to complicate the next phase of the remodel. Ivo fixed the water problem quickly with a smile and left me feeling greatly relieved at the solutions he provided. I am definitely calling him back at the end of this job to hook up our new appliances. In fact, I'm never calling anybody else again. Ivo is my plumber. Period.

I always find it interesting that a non-Yelp sponsor will end up with links from Yelp sponsored competitors on the top of their pages, but I digress.

Called B&I and got a voice mail. I had moved into a new place and the waterline to the refrigerator wasn't working, not a huge rush for me. I was content to wait for a call back. Ivo called back less than a half an hour later. Found out that from where he was based, he was only about 10 minutes away and would stop over on his return trip back.

It took him 15 minutes to discover that the valve had been knocked out by the previous owners when they moved their refrigerator out, that caused a blockage in the water line. He installed a new one. Not only was he finished within 40 minutes, he charged me very reasonably. Good work, responsive, and very reasonable rates.

Fast, efficient, and fare. ivo came through to remove and install a water heater for me today. B was extremely helpful while laying out my options. Couldn't be more satisfied with this company I'm sure to use again in the future

I thought he did the honest thing by recommend me restoration company to come fix the water leak, But he recommended the worst emergency restoration company! after getting ripped off from them, I found out that he gets commission from them, and he didn't want to deal with me anyway. the lady on the phone was very rude too.
