At the age of 10, Biff Mahn started his journey in the plumbing business. He started by holding flashlights for the team and sometimes crawling into tight spots that the bigger workers couldn't access. Though he didn't earn any money at first, he gained invaluable experience. He started earning a wage during high school, working summers as a plumber's apprentice. He has continued with the business ever since.
