Biff Mahn entered the plumbing field at just 10 years old. He began by assisting the crew with flashlights and occasionally fitting into cramped areas that the larger workers couldn't reach. While he didn't receive a paycheck initially, he acquired priceless knowledge. During high school, he began earning a paycheck, spending summers as a plumber's apprentice. He has remained with the company ever since.
