Recently we had Aztec plumbing do some work for us we had a broken pipe under slab. Decided instead of fixing that, because of age of house, we opt to replumb the whole house. They were wonderful to work with , on time, very professional. Replumbing the house is a nerve racking experience, but they took that away. We would highly recommend them.

We had A.J.Sorzano with Aztec Plumbing put in a new water heater today and not only did he do a great job but was also a pleasure to have in our home. He fully explained and presented each option for our needs. I would highly recommend Aztec. The experience was fantastic. All around this company has great customer service.

I had them come out for a quote to repipe my mobile home. First off the quote was $4,000.00 MORE than from another plumbing company from my area, PLUS I had him look at my shower handle, as it just kept spinning, he said it would be $480 to fix that!!!! My friend came over, removed the cap on the handle, tightened it with a screw driver........it works fine now!! I suggest any WOMAN that is getting a quote to be sure & tell them that your husband is working, I don't have a husband, so I think he thought I was STUPID!!!! Needless to say I WILL NOT BE USING THEM!!!!! Why can't Companies be honest & try NOT to over charge???? You WILL NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS & You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

We had a toilet,issue which Antonio fixed without a problem. He was there when promised, finished in a reasonable time. And got the job done. I appreciated the prompt service. Plumbing jobs are expensive, so one must expect to pay more than you want to, but a job well done is worth it and Aztec does the job. Thanks.

Consumers Beware: My wife called Aztec Plumbing & Drains to replace a faulty Badger 5 Garbage Disposal. The technician came to our home and removed and installed the new unit. My wife has no idea what a job like this should cost so when she was given an estimate of $615.00 she had no idea. I was at work and unable to receive phone calls, so she felt stuck between wanting a fair deal and having a functioning garbage disposal. Needless to say, I was not happy when hearing of this dishonest, over priced service. For that price you could purchase three new Badger 5 disposals and pay for two service calls to install them. A job that should have coast $300.00 TOPS (and that's being generous) cost $615.00. This company claims they offer HONEST PRICING. That's FALSE! Their Mission Statement states they strive to be the Best at Customer Satisfaction. That claim is still to be seen as I am waiting for a call back from a manager to discuss the dishonest, overpricing of yesterdays service call.

**WARNING** Our experience with Aztec Plumbing was very disappointing. We contracted them to replace the piping in our home; however, they included an expensive service which wasn't necessary. When they arrived to do the work they were shorthanded which required them to come back on another day. They set a day, but then changed it to another, which caused us to be without our Kitchen sink and dishwasher for ELEVEN days. When they finally returned to finish the plumbing part of the work, the technicians realized we had been overcharged, but the company didn't adjust the job amount. When we attempted to question this, the General Manager then charged the credit card we provided as a deposit for over $7,000 WITHOUT our authorization. Aztec then abandoned the job without repairing the walls, leaving holes throughout the house for months. Eventually, we had to hire a drywall contractor to do the repairs. We filed a regulatory complaint against Aztec, which has been forwarded for a decision to refer the matter for prosecution. This was Aztec's response to our offer to resolve the matter. ... this is an active investigation with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, we feel at this time that letting the investigative process play out is the best course of action given the serious nature of the below allegations. Aztec has done a lot of advertising for their services. This is the other side of the story.

Excellent service, same day service the technician Kipp was amazing! He went over everything with me and made me feel very comfortable. He cleaned up as he went. I love that they charge by the job and not the hour. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

3 stars for professional, being prompt, and responsiveness NEGATIVE 2 STARS FOR ALMOST $500 FOR A NEW & REPLACEMENT GARBAGE DISPOSAL that took less than an hour and cost $100 for the disposal, but I wasn't down there and needed it done.

Our water pressure regulator for sprung a leak. They charged $523 for a new valve that retails for under $200, and $600 for 3 hours labor. Total rip-off, but it was a Friday and I think they figured they could take advantage of situation. The work was done properly, otherwise I'd be looking to give them zero stars.

Courteous and efficient service. My kitchen sink was leaking as I was preparing for the holiday cooking marathon. Aztec was here within 2 hours. They fixed the problem quickly and I was back in the kitchen.
