DO NOT HIRE!!! Aztec plumbing was the worst experience that I have ever expected when hiring any company in my lifetime. My job was not completed and paid $931 to have one faucet installed (I purchased the faucet on my own so the price does not include that) and a $40 part to fix a leak on my bathroom faucet. My porcelain sink was damaged when the technician was installing my faucet. Received a call for another $830 to complete the job that I already paid for outside of some additional parts. Total joke of a company and the technician was totally clueless and showed up late, was supposed to receive a call at 10AM this morning to complete the job and never heard back. Had to call at 4:30 when I was informed about additional pricing. Call another company or do the project yourself. Service: Install faucet

We requested a quote to hook up to city water (CC) and our estimator was extremely rude when he arrived to our house. He pretty much told us we were wasting his time. If that is how they are trained to talk to customers, I wouldn't let anyone from this company step foot in my house.

You guys charged my 74 year old landlord 900.00 to repair 2 hose bibs . Way more than what it should of cost. I would never tell anyone to call you guys. # Thieves.

Fantastic experience as always! Couldn't be happier! Will certainly continue using them. I have had several different technicians for different issues and they have all been great. I would strongly recommend Mitchell Smith!

Back in 2018, Aztec came to the rescue and performed a full re-pipe on the house we were renting; working with our landlord and us to make sure that we were not inconvenienced (see my review from 2018). When we were having issues (at the same house) this month (unrelated to the scope of work performed), Aztec came through with not only rectifying the issue in a timely fashion, but also by working with us on the price. On a personal note, Whitney rose to the occasion during what was otherwise a very difficult time for us, resolving this problem swiftly and smoothly. The staff at Aztec Definitely made us smile

A leak into the unit below me was too quickly diagnosed without proper investigation. Very upset at a charge of $376 to reseat toilet. Maybe a 20 minute job. Did not solve problem and next suggestion was to tear out shower floor. Again, no further investigation. There was a negative response when I called and no help in reducing price. Would be extremely careful if you use this company. DO NOT recommend.

This is ridiculous. Talk about high pressure shark sales. I will never use this company again and will be spreading the word. I called for plastic fittings to be replaced in the toilet tank, a drain snaked and a pipe glued and I got these astronomical proposals. $2200!!?? Just to clear a drain that still worked just draining slow was $500!?? Tech said everything needed replacement rather than repair!!! I had someone else come to repair all issues for minimal cost. Unbelievable!! Understand a company has to make money but ripping off people like this is shameful.

Had to call Aztec this morning after trying to replace a shower mixer cartridge and I cracked a pipe. Aztec sent Adam, our tech, who was very professional, personable, and had us back in business within 3 hours of placing the initial phone call to them. Price wasn't """"cheap"""" but you get what you pay for. It's done, done hassle free, and well worth it. I should've called them initially!

The people answering the phone are professional and courteous. The technician showed up within the quoted timeframe. I like that they sent a photo and he wore his mask. After that it was an epic fail. I had purchased two new flush kits for the commodes prior to having them come out. The commodes had been running. Unfortunately one of them also started backing up. Thus the reason I called for a """"professional"""". The first plumber came and stated that he would gladly use the parts I purchased and that he felt that would also remedy the back up issues because the tank wasn't fully filling therefore the flush want sufficient to clear the commode. I asked him to snake the line anyhow to be sure. He insisted that didn't need to be done. He charged me $159 to put in the flush kits and left saying all was well. The very next day the toilet was backing up again. I called and asked for another plumber that would actually snake the line. He came and again was on time within the window quoted. He did snake the lines and when he called me (this is a rental property) he said that for some reason there was still water running through even through the commodes were off. (Maybe that would make you think to go look at the flush kit installation?) instead he shut off the water to the back house on the property and left it at that. Well as it turned out universal flush kits are actually not universal. The ones I had purchased were for a 2 inch opening and these particular commodes had 3 inch flapper opening. You would think a """"professional plumber"""" would have seen and known that was not going to fix our problems. The 2nd plumber also said both toilets need to be replaced and provided a quote for only $1500 to do that work! Anyhow since these two plumbers left I had to order the correct parts and put them in. Viola! The commodes are working fine now! I cannot recommend using this company and honesty feel like I should be refunded. It's too bad because this started out as a positive experience.

3 stars for professional, being prompt, and responsiveness NEGATIVE 2 STARS FOR ALMOST $500 FOR A NEW & REPLACEMENT GARBAGE DISPOSAL that took less than an hour and cost $100 for the disposal, but I wasn't down there and needed it done.
