My downstairs shower was leaking over the weekend and I wanted someone who could come quick to take a look and repair. I called at 8:50 am and someone was on their way by 9:15! They also forward you info and a picture as a safety measure which I appreciate. The service man was very kind and professional. Although the problem ended up being a tile problem and not plumbing he gave me recommendations on who to call and how to fix.

So, another pipe busted in my house. We have been avoiding the inevitable the entire 21 yr old house needs to be repiped after adding a new efficient pump and reverse osmosis system this summer. Today, just arriving home, tired unpacking from a series of business and personal trips with 5 kids, was not the ideal way to add considering such an endeavor. Ben came out, and seeing it was a rough way to begin our return home with water bursting into two major rooms of our home, personalized the visit with humor and helped me see the bright side of the situation. I wish it was a less expensive remodel to the home, but hopefully it solves our issue long term to avoid further destruction to our belongings and redirection of our days' planned ventures. I had work done by these guys today. I was pleased with the service and quality of work but their prices are outrageous. My quote to replace shut-off valve and a few inches of 1"""" PCC carrying water to the house was $450.00 which included a $35.00 discount. I had to have water for the house so I agreed to the quote reluctantly. The work was easily completed in less than 20 minutes as the plumbing fixtures are on outside of house and were easily accessed. Despite this when I received my receipt I found I was being charged a fee of $185.00 """"difficult access surcharge"""". When I asked the tec why I was being charged this he changed his story twice and then said the main office required him to add the fee. If you absolutely need a plumber and cannot find any other options go with Aztec but hang on to your wallet.

My neighbor called to retrieve a valuable flushed down the toilet. The guy quoted her $359 to Take the toilet off. Really? She refused and he came back with $159. Cmon, way to take advantage of a senior citizen. Does he pocket the difference and not tell his company? I called and they said every technician can quote what they want. BIG! BIG a ripoff. Let get serious Aztec, be honest and straightforward. Stop hosing the consumer.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and removed our old cabinets replacing them with new ones. Along the way Aztec reinstalled our plumbing to our kitchen sink, reinstalled the dishwasher and added a new garbage disposal. In addition we replaced three bathroom vanities in our home and Aztec also reinstalled all new plumbing to the new fixtures. Shane was our service rep and he was very professional and he completed the work all in a timely manner. Everything went as expected and we are quite happy. A year earlier when we purchased our home I immediately had Aztec replace the very old hot water heater and on the same day we received a quote they were able to replace the hot water heater on the same day. I would definitely recommend their services when you have a plumbing project.
