Needed a quick fix for a tub faucet that broke. Aztec came out quickly and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Would use again in a heartbeat.

We called and they showed up faster than expected which means the job was done earlier in the day. He did a great job and I'm very happy with my experience. Aztec plumbing will my plumber to call if I have any problems. Thanks for helping us out.

We had a line get backed up, we tried drano, plunging, 25' of snaking the drain with no luck. My husband called Aztec and they were here within $20 minutes. The tech not only took AMAZING care of us, but he let us know of different services and promotions going on as he worked so we were aware. He also gave us information on taking care of our pipes without drano. We'll definitely be using them again

I clogged my kitchen sink and garbage disposal with all those Easter egg shells! What a mess! I called Aztec this morning and by noon, Norge arrived to save the day. He was skilled, professional and friendly. Both Norge and Janet, who made the appointment, were terrific. Everything is working well again. No fuss. No muss. And I could even use the my coupon! Thank you! Aztec re-piped my house several years ago. I will continue to be an Aztec customer and recommend them too.

long story short was told by aztec it would be 1700.00 to clear drain. called proteck in port charlotte fl cost was 430.00.

Wayyyy over priced 500 to just change a water heater element, RIDICULOUS! would never call this company again!

DO NOT HIRE!!! Aztec plumbing was the worst experience that I have ever expected when hiring any company in my lifetime. My job was not completed and paid $931 to have one faucet installed (I purchased the faucet on my own so the price does not include that) and a $40 part to fix a leak on my bathroom faucet. My porcelain sink was damaged when the technician was installing my faucet. Received a call for another $830 to complete the job that I already paid for outside of some additional parts. Total joke of a company and the technician was totally clueless and showed up late, was supposed to receive a call at 10AM this morning to complete the job and never heard back. Had to call at 4:30 when I was informed about additional pricing. Call another company or do the project yourself. Service: Install faucet

Aztec used to have my confidence in their professionalism and work ethic, however that all changed months after the re-pipe of my home. We met with Nate after having discovered a leak in our home and he presented a proposal to replace ALL of the copper to the fixtures with the flexible PVC piping (and we needed a water heater that was part of the order but not where our problem lies). The re-pipe seemed to have gone as smoothly as quickly as stated. It was months later when we were remodeling our master bathroom and had to replace COPPER lines to the fixtures. That's when we discovered that not ALL of the copper had been replaced and was advised by a different Aztec technician (for a different leak issue) that to have the copper replaced to the fixtures, well, """"That would've cost extra."""" When Aztec called for the 6 month follow up, I advised them that I never wanted them in my home again after the re-pipe job and a customer service manager was going to call me about it. That call never took place. I had the utmost confidence and respect for Steve and his Staff at Aztec Plumbing until this experience and refuse to ever allow them access to my home - or trust - again. I recommend you get ALL details in writing AND have someone check their work if you decide to task them with a re-pipe job.

First time they came out to redo all the plumbing concerns and toilets in my new home. The plumber was really nice and gave me different options! The second time I had a busted water pipe... safe to say it was a headache. The plumber came out really quick, fast service but when I returned home the water was not on. (I didn't realize I had to turn it back on myself) Went a day without water and the customer service lady was horrible - she said I'll be helped after the appointments. A little ridiculous to say when I paid for work that was not even fixed. Why should I wait ? Are you kidding me? The pipe was still leaking water once it was back on. Safe to say I'd go elsewhere to avoid a headache. Too overpriced for a headache!

$510.00 to replace two valves. Tech was at our home for 40 minutes. Minor material costs. You do the math. I see all of the five star ratings and I actually would have been one to review Aztec in such a manner, at one point. We had Aztec do a job in our condo. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. So, we called them again.....big mistake. The company will claim that they do not """"work by the hour"""" but, """"by the job"""". That's all well and good. However, this """"job"""" was nowhere near the price of $510.00 in labor and/or materials. I own a condo in the Villagio in Estero, but live down in the Florida Keys. My daughter lives at my condominium with her husband. They are both young and just starting out. We had to have the hot and cold water valves replaced behind our washing machine. If you are not familiar with what this job entails, it is a simple procedure with minor materials costs. Yes, the tech did quote the price of $510.00 to my son-in-law before he started the job. Watch out for this technique. My feeling is that, he saw my son-in-law's youth and decided to try to take advantage, and it worked. Further, when I called Aztec to discuss this issue, """"research"""" into the matter, including speaking with the tech, as well as his supervisor, claims the tech was there for """"OVER TWO HOURS"""". This is what the Aztec representative told me. That is a flat-out lie. People, again, here is the issue: when called out, they lied. Flat-out lied about the time they were there. Wow. The tech was there for forty minutes. They were given the opportunity to make this right and yet, decided to dig in and lie. In my opinion, this big company needs to be a better watch dog over its techs and their immediate supervisors if it wishes to maintain a reputation for honesty. God bless the internet. One person being ripped off by a company in a small town would be its death knell. But, in a big, growing area such as Ft. Myers, where the loss of one customer is no big deal, the only way for us little folk to make some kind of impact is to let as many people know their experience as possible.
