They sent a guy over to give me a free estimate for my under the sink shut offs. Free estimates. Well I have 10 shut offs. 2 under the kitchen sink and 3 full baths. He gave me a price of $1360.00 dollars. That's $136.00 a shutoff. Maybe I have stupid on my forehead. But looked and I don't. If I wanted the water lines changes it would be another $300.00. I said I didn't want gold valves. I think they wanted to rip me off. Never will they get my businesses. I could change them myself for $110.00 dollars and that's top of the line valves. So I guess that would be $1250.00 labor. At the most it's a $400.00 job. Wasted my time waiting for them.

We had a leak and needed it fixed fast. I called Aztec and they said there is no """"service charge"""" they will look at the job and price it out. I thought this was great. Someone was dispatched within 2 hours, great service. Jonathan came out and gave an estimate we liked and it was done in less than 2 hours. It would have been faster but our water meter was giving Jonathan trouble, not his fault but the meters fault. Jonathan was great and a nice young man. He told us how to to call to fix the meter. It was well worth what we paid. I would call Aztec again and hope I get Jonathan or someone just as great. We do need some plumbing work, maybe after the social distancing we can have an estimate and maybe hire them again.

yes, i am a fan .....mr baker was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that i did not understand before he started repairs. i would recommend him to any of my friends. he also cleaned up any mess that he had made. thank you mr. baker.

I wanted to change one faucet in the kitchen and two faucets in the bathroom, they wanted over $1,000.00 just for installation of the faucets which I purchased. All three faucets cost me $250.00. I can only imagine if they supplied the faucets what the proposal would have been, I would have to sell them I first born. Aztec is way way way to expensive for me. The person who came to my home was very nice, but doesn't Aztec realize people in Florida are on a fixed income. Unfortunately I won't be doing any kind of business with Aztec anytime soon.

shane davenport was the perfect plumbing expert. very knowledgeable and efficient. the problem is with the company itself. i called to have aztec replace four 1/4 turn shutoffs that they previously installed within the past two years. i was under the mis-understanding that they would stand behind the product that they installed. two of the shutoffs leaked so i wanted them replaced with washer type hose bibs. when i was quoted a price for the replacement it was outrageous. i will never use aztec plumbing again and i suggest that anyone who reads this critique follow my decision. beware of substandard parts and insist on replacement warranties.

this company sucks!! avoid at all costs!!!! paid $7800 then failed inspection from city!!! jason from piping division avoids calls when there is a problem!! santo was sales rep who miss quoted my job by $1800 and just said oh sorry i'm human. had an appointment for today at 8-9 am made by jason himself after finally answered when i used a different phone number to contact him since he was avoiding my calls and i am still waiting two hours later and no word from company. they take all your money after job is done but before city inspects job!! thought i was dealing with a good company,not so much. the only good part was ryan and his crew who did the job! management and owners do noy give a shit once the job is done and they are paid.

The products used to fix my problems cost about $50.00 at Home Depot and the 45 minute service was 746.00. What a RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I am a out of state property owner that had a leak under the kitchen sink, Chris at Aztec responded promptly and diagnosed the issue then repaired it. Service as always was great. Price is typically high, but the service and quality of work is also. Thanks again Chris.

My parents used them and they got ripped off. They caused more damage than what it was and had to hire someone else. When confronted they denied that it was caused by them if I could rate a zero I would.

If you want to be more than double that every other plumber pays than call these guys, flat rate $300 for a small service. The guy spent a total of 10 minutes repairing my leaking tub valve. $300? Do not ever call this company for any service unless you want to donate to the owners retirement fund, what a joke, these people should have no customers. Never call these guys, I got pricing from 3 other random plumbers for less than half the price. What makes a company think price gouging is a good business model??
