Called Aztec as an emergency call, toilet valve was literally spraying water all over my bathroom. Flooded and had to shut off water to my entire house to get it to stop. Had a tech out within 90 minutes who had a fully equipped truck with ALL needed parts (even had toilets, which I declined replacing, though I really could have used a new one.) YES, it was expensive. It was very expensive. But it was an EMERGENCY. I expect to pay premium rates for EMERGENCY plumbing services. I got several repair/replace options and chose the least expensive. I still cried a little Blake was friendly, professional, (even when I cried ) thorough and showed me every single thing he fixed and replaced, and explained why. Before and after. He got the job done quickly and without a ton of mess (it's a messy job, I expected more mess.) Would I spend almost 600$ on a scheduled toilet repair? Obviously not. But this was an EMERGENCY, and I was happy to pay that for him to save my flooring and my sanity. I'd absolutely call again with an emergency plumbing issue.
Wils M.They promised promptness and kept their promise! Nate was very nice and understood my problem. It's Hattie find a good plumber and you can't count on timely arrivals. These guys are awesome!
The products used to fix my problems cost about $50.00 at Home Depot and the 45 minute service was 746.00. What a RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Mindy B.My elderly mom called Aztec plumbing because her bathroom sink was rusting and wanted an estimate. While he was there she asked him to look at faucet in the kitchen sink as the water pressure wasn't 100%. My mom kept saying some plumber was here he fixed the water pressure and she was worried because she never paid him. I was like probably because it was nothing and he is waiting for sink. Boy was I wrong! They ran my moms bank card in her living room for almost $1000 for a new faucet! This wasn't even a problem really! My mom had no idea this was happening! I called and confronted them and they said your mom signed! $1000 for a faucet and her sink never was repaired! An entire SS check for a new faucet when the old one needed to be soaked in vinegar!!!! Please beware this is horrible!!!
Called Aztec to replace shut off valve at the house. They were there for 45 minutes and charged $487 of which $200 was for digging a hole 8 inches deep and 16 inches long. Hourly charges are figured by the GPS of the truck he was here for 45 minutes and I got charged for 2 hours, so if they get there and sit in the truck your getting charged, if they are talking to the neighbors trying to get more work, your getting charged. If they go around the corner and take a nap, your getting charged. It's a shame a local business would take advantage of seniors and scam anyone they want. I do not recommend this company to anyone, beware.
Jim P.Good work, crazy expensive - you'd have to almost try anyone else. On a positive note, very polite and professional. After my only experience I called them again for an estimate on another project. Their price was more than 2X everyone else.
If you want to be more than double that every other plumber pays than call these guys, flat rate $300 for a small service. The guy spent a total of 10 minutes repairing my leaking tub valve. $300? Do not ever call this company for any service unless you want to donate to the owners retirement fund, what a joke, these people should have no customers. Never call these guys, I got pricing from 3 other random plumbers for less than half the price. What makes a company think price gouging is a good business model??
2300.00 Dollars later still having problems .This is the worst of the worst stay away .Do not use there free camera inspection I got a second opinion with a paid inspection and found the video they showed my wasn't even my pipes. Now waiting for a call back from Whitney lol there office manager and the phone never rings . BEWARE they gave me a price for repairs $19,471.00 yes 19 plus k by a kid who looked 21 years old .He did his price from a pickup truck after a 20 minute inspection lol
Diane B.My parents used them and they got ripped off. They caused more damage than what it was and had to hire someone else. When confronted they denied that it was caused by them if I could rate a zero I would.
They sent a guy over to give me a free estimate for my under the sink shut offs. Free estimates. Well I have 10 shut offs. 2 under the kitchen sink and 3 full baths. He gave me a price of $1360.00 dollars. That's $136.00 a shutoff. Maybe I have stupid on my forehead. But looked and I don't. If I wanted the water lines changes it would be another $300.00. I said I didn't want gold valves. I think they wanted to rip me off. Never will they get my businesses. I could change them myself for $110.00 dollars and that's top of the line valves. So I guess that would be $1250.00 labor. At the most it's a $400.00 job. Wasted my time waiting for them.
