I've been using the Plumbing Store for years (at least 5) - always great service and awesome personnel.

I've had toilets reseated, leaks fixed and recently a new Hot Water Heater - William G did a fantastic job. The quality of parts really shows.

Can't recommend high enough.

Just had some plumbing work done for my sink drain and disposal and Bill did a great job of reworking the pipes and improving the efficiency of the drains.
I was going to try to do the work myself but my wife told me to call a plumber and since I had previous experience with The Plumbing Store they were my first and only call.
I would have never been able to do what Bill did and I appreciate his work effort greatly.

I have never received this type of service in the past...
This morning I called asking if there was any information regarding an appointment we had last month (July). Brielle obtained the original order but she returned my call and sent me an email with all of the information I had requested, even the website where I could obtain additional information.
Great customer service from the staff and the field.

The service call in July that was completed by Joe, was just a good. He was on time, very friendly and informative and answered any questions that we had. He was also very neat and clean as he completed his work...

They were a great company to do business with. They showed up on time, had little booties to keep the floor clean and all the parts needed on the truck. I found a second issue while they were there and they stayed longer and got it fixed. Great customer service, thanks Joe and Brieo was great on the phone.

My experience with The Plumbing Store was exceedingly poor.
In my situation I found The Plumbing Store to be inordinately expensive; the staff lacking integrity in dealing with me; in my case the workmanship to be shoddy; and the costly new products they installed to be of inferior quality which failed within two weeks.
It was necessary to call another plumber to undo the damage and replace the new fixtures that The Plumbing Store had just installed.
This was a very expensive lesson for me and I would suggest that anyone looking for competent, reliable and ethical service providers to first check with the Yavapai County Contractors Association in order to get their recommendations.

Love these guys! Had an emergency Saturday morning (leaking water heater) and they kept in touch as their emergency service person was busy on another job. He called before he came (as promised), was tidy and quick in replacing what was necessary, checked the water pressure when finished as he thought that was a cause of some of our problems, and couldn't have been nicer. Didn't upsell me as so many services do! What a nice change. Love William (plumber) and Brielle the emergency contact. Good service, good prices, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

William arrived on time and was very professional. Our new garbage disposal was installed with care and the area was left in good order. We are very happy with William and The Plumbing Store, and highly recommend them!

VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Called with no hot water and problems with previous repair. Refused to give pricing over phone.

Plumber found leak in hose, turned the water off and removed roots which had grown into the house. He also shop vacced the standing water. He recommended replacing the year-old hot water heater. He plugged in my fan to accelerate evaporation,

I asked him to fix the hose no fewer than five times, which he did not. No repairs were made and I still did not have hot water. He did not check on a previous PS repair which had become problematic. He did spend quite a bit of time in his truck on the phone.

I was charged $101! He did not even repair the leaking hose!

Needless to say, I could not afford to have The Plumbing Store finish the job. I had to pay some one else to repair the hose and light the pilot.

Had water pressure issues and a broken outdoor faucet. Paul, from the Plumbing Store, came out and fixed both issues successfully. He was punctual, professional and courteous. I would definitely call The Plumbing Store in the future as needed and will recommend them, and Paul, to anyone looking for honest and reliable plumbing services in Prescott.
