They came out to troubleshoot a tankless water heater that was plugged up with debris. They concluded that the water was cold because there was not insulation on the lines, but that is ridiculous because it has worked for over 5 years. After I heard this, I called the manufacturer and got instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue. This took about 10 minutes to do. I learned that they didn't do the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer on the first visit. We called them back out to do the troubleshooting, and they still didn't follow the only explicit instruction the manufacturer gave, which was to pull out the heating elements to clear the blockage. After all this, they had charged me $750 and the water heater still did not work. It seems this plumber did not know how to troubleshoot a tankless system on the first visit, so I shouldn't pay for that. After I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a troubleshooting guide and said to remove the heating elements, they still did not remove the heating elements. This is far below the standard of care for plumbers.

Rollie came out to re-set our toilet.
He did a great job. The toilet is now tight with no movement. He caulked
around the entire base.

I have had good luck with AZ Super Plumber. Our house is getting old now so we are needing more repairs. AZ SP has done very well for us. They have been friendly , professional, Knowledgable and fair. Always wear in what the option are and cost. All service are getting more expensive but AZ SP seems to be aware that is a concern to people and try to give the best info they can.
We just had Corbin check out a bathroom faucet and he explained what it could be before starting and what the options would be for each. He answered all my question and decided to get into it. Luckily this time it was something easy. Easy fix and Corbin showed me all was well again. I appreciate Corbin taking the time to explain things and or course fixing the problem.
I would recommend AZ Super Plumber.

We needed a new hot water heater a this company came out to check it and we got a new Navien heater to replace it. The plumber who sold it charged us over three times for the heater $5,600.00. We have since found them to be much less then that. So we would never recommend the company or use them again. I don' t believe the company will last too much longer for a fact when they take advantage of older people.

I had a tub faucet that was leaking. I called AZ Super Plumber and was happy to hear they could send someone out that same day. Corbin arrived and took care of the problem. He then talked about monthly service plans and gave me a brochure. I called and signed up for one. However I never got the receipt even after waiting several days. I called about this and the girl answering the phone sounded bored and uninterested. I explained the receipt problem and when she checked she had misspelled my email address! I told her this was not my mistake and she casually said she just added an extra letter! The receipt had my signature on it and in this identity theft world that's serious! When I asked if the wrong email was sent or returned as an error she again casually said it came back as an error. Ok if that's true why wasn't I called and asked for my correct email? Plumber was good, but office staff is poor! Not sure if I want to continue monthly service payments! Oh their online reviews make you choose the person you dealt with. Neither Corbin or this girl were choices. Lots of plumbers out there. Not sure about this one!

AZ Super Plumber is an absolute 5 stars. From Daisy in the office, to Anthony our repipe plumber, to William the owner....all class acts that provide the level of customer service that you don't see much now a days.
My house's polybutelane pipes started to spring leaks, and Anthony came out immediately and installed a new hot water heater for us, so our family could get hot water again, then got us in a a couple weeks later to do the full repipe of my house. He did the entire job in 2 days, we had half of the house done the first day, so we could still use our water overnight, and he even threw in an upgraded shower head in my kids bathroom when he asked for one with a handheld.
Their professionalism and truly caring about their customers has earned them, and my parents who have recently moved up here, customers for life. It's rare to find such a great all around quality driven company in the today's world, but AZ Super Plumbers is one of those exceptions. I won't trust anyone else.

Our kitchen sink was noted to be unstable when I was replacing the silicone sealant around the edge. I called and Rolli was sent out to evaluate . The rail support system for the under-mount sink was loose. It was due to a split board in the cabinet support system. The screw attaching the board was poorly placed at an angle rather square and the original board was thin and grooved on one side suggesting it should not have ever been used for a crucial part of the rail support. Rolli did an excellent job of replacing that board resulting a much better support than the initial installation 10 years ago.

Called AZ Super Plumber to replace a water pressure regulator. It is an easy location to work on. Tim gave me a quote of $675. This has been replaced previously and takes less than 30 minutes to do. The exact replacement pressure regulator costs $100 at Amazon. This same company did this previously for me in 2007 for $165. I know prices have gone up, but $575 labor for less than 1 hour of work? Be sure to get other quotes before you use this company. I told them no way!

My husband and I have been using AZ Super Plumber for several years with great results. A few weeks ago, we called when we noticed an issue with our hot water heater. It turned into a hot water leak in our bedroom. Rollie and Matt were able to come in and within a few hours repair the leak.
