Where do I begin? I can't possibly thank Marat and Cody at AZ Preferred Plumbing enough for saving us from a horrible experience with our home warranty company! We had our hot water heater quit and begin to catch itself on fire and needed a replacement ASAP. Our warranty company referred us to another plumbing company (see my other review) and they attempted to demand payment for items we didn't have and wouldn't return our requests to correct. Our warranty company was also a sad excuse for assistance and after a week of no water we were at the end of our rope. I finally called AZ Preferred Plumbing because of their great reviews and Marat and Cody listened to our situation and then went above and beyond to get out and take care of things right away! They answered their phones, stayed after hours to do the work, made us a priority in their schedule, and allowed us to get back on track. They were the perfect example of what a small business should be - exceptional at caring for their customers! We will be clients for life and hope if you're reading this that you'll hire them as well! You won't be disappointed. Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing! We will never forget your kindness during such a challenging time!!

I called 8 different plumbers, AZ preferred returned my call within 30 minutes and the technician (Cody) showed up about ninety minutes later. He was friendly and polite, and got the job done. He explained the problem and the process. Their price was exactly where I expected it to be; and no cleanup was necessary. I will direct my business to them again, guaranteed.

AZ Preferred Plumbing is a quick and knowledge company. We had a hot water sink pipe broken in our house during the night. We called them at 6am and they were here in hour taking care of our problems and navigated us step by step for other needs. Best costumer service we have deal with!! Highly recommend.

They did a great job for me! I called in the morning; Nick came out at the scheduled time and fixed my leaky toilet in about an hour. He told me how much it would cost up front and stuck to that price. I hope I don't have anymore plumbing issues, but I'll call Az Preferred if I do.

We had an issue where they overcharged me to disconnect my water softener and attach two copper elbows! They have since contacted me and made adjustments to the charge.

I called my Home Warranty company to arrange for a plumber to fix a water leak. AZ Preferred was called to come out. They looked at the situation and said they won't be able to fix it since there may be water damage. They said they were calling the warranty company to see if this was covered. They then they left. I expected to here from the warranty company but didn't so I called them. They said AZ Preferred never even tried calling them so obviously they are liars. Then the warranty company sent them out again when they finally tried to fix it. My brother was here and said they had problems lighting the hot water heater and seemed like they were struggling. I was out of town and when I came back it obviously was never even lit. It worked before they touched it. We called them back to come out just to light it and they immediately got very defensive and plain rude. All we wanted was for them to light it and make things right. Nope!! Not these unprofessionals. BAD and would NEVER recommend. Their good reviews are bogus, guaranteed!!!! I'm reporting them too.

AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC are the best plumbers in town! I had a huge issue with my pipes. I mean everywhere!! I was stressed and didn't know what to do. I called and Marat picked up quickly. He directed me what to do and came first thing! They immediately diagnosed it and fixed the problem. Marat and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They came in and got the job done quick. I have found my forever plumbers! Will be using for my home and all my rentals going forward. Great work Marat and Paul!

I noticed our water heater had been leaking - not sure when it started - and our home warranty company set us up with AZ Preferred Plumbing. As I was having company coming from California the next day, I needed immediate help... Maret and Pavel arrived before I expected them.. and were so professional and fast at dismantling the water heater and setting up a new one at night... They also contacted the Restoration company to come later that night between 7-9 to get the insurance claim started as the drywall, insulation tested as 100% wet... I can't thank Maret and Pavel enough. Both super nice and great to work with... I had hot water an hour after they left that night (10-8-18) I was so happy, as I was concerned my guests would be coming to a house with no water heater..I will use AZ Preferred Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.. Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing.. and thank you Maret and Pavel.

Az Preferred (Murat and Pavel) came out and performed service on a few items that needed it. They got it all done in a very timely manner and was extremely professional. I spoke with Murat most of the time. In addition, he answers ALL phone calls (and returns calls when he said he will) and is an excellent communicator. They showed up when they said they would and was extremely candid about what was needed. Az Preferred does an honest job and does not overcharge or try to up-sell the customer on needless items. I will use them in the future on my personal and rental properties. It is hard to find service folks that have integrity. Az Preferred will remain at the top of my contact list for all my plumbing needs! Kudos to Preferred! Thank you!
