I called this morning and they were able to get me in today's schedule. They sent Jason, who was super polite, ruining early, so he called to see if I was ready. He arrived and was nice and also clean, we had just had our carpets cleaned, that was important as I've had other trades in that have had dirty or oily shoes. Jason was able to quickly diagnose our leak and fix it and clean up after himself. He also did a great job explaining the plumbing problem, and showing us where the last plumber had fixed it incorrectly.

Jason is our new plumber!!

Absolutely great experience from a fussy home owner. Called on MLK day with a request for a new Navien tankless hot water heater. Our American Electric Honeywell controller on a tank heater was replaced 3 times in 8 years. Pure crap! Dan was SUPERB! They installed the heater in 4 hours at a fair price, cleaned up afterwards, and the install is very professional.

We had our water heater leaked on Saturday and called around but no one is available to see it on the same day, luckily we found AZ preferred plumbing. Marat answered the phone and came over within few hours. They came by and looked at it and it turned out it was totally broken and need to be replaced. They gave me the quote and since they have it in stock in their truck, I went ahead and replace it. They did the job quick, efficient and very well done. They even willing to stop by a few days later to show me how to properly drain/flush it. I highly recommended them for water heater replacement.

These guys are AWESOME. I Called for a quote over the phone and Marat was the one to answer my call. He gave me a final price over the phone for my small issue (which was the most affordable among 8 or so plumbers I had called) they came TWO DAYS before my scheduled appointment due to an opening they had which was great. They completed the job and cleaned the entire area in under an hour and were incredibly nice and professional. This is the same company as ASAP Plumbing and I will use them for every plumbing job in the future. Honest. Reliable and integrity. That's what I like to see in a business. After my tile installer couldn't put the toilet back on without it leaking he told me I needed to call a plumber. I called another company at 8am and was told someone would be there between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed someone as soon as possible because the toilet was dripping water constantly. At 1:10pm they called and said they were another 45 minutes away. I had to pick up tile for the contractor to install in the morning and the supplier closed at 3:30pm. I asked if they could come after I picked up the tile. They said NO PROBLEM. I asked again can you guarantee that this will get fixed tonight? Again, they responded no problem. They were now supposed to be here between 3pm and 5pm. At 5:15pm I got a call saying they didn't think they'd be able to make it today. WHAT!!! I have a toilet dripping and I don't want to be up all night dumping the water out of the pan so I don't have a flood. So I hit the internet and started searching for plumbers. Some say they have 24 hour service, but they don't answer the phone, or they really aren't available. I also wanted a company with good reviews for good work and good pricing. I called AZ Preferred Plumbing at about 5:30pm. They answered the phone immediately and told me someone would be here within 45 minutes. They were here in about 30 minutes. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I'm glad I have a plumber now that I can trust. Thanks!
