We used them in Houston under a different name-AZ Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We do NOT recommend them! Our home warranty ins sent them out to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. While my husband stood there & watched, Scott with AZ Plumbing broke the faucet, said he needed to take a photo the faucet & would be back in a wk with the parts to repair it. The plumber went outside sent a pic to our home warranty ins co, which denied the claim saying we took faucet apart & it was missing parts, so they couldn't justify repair. The only part that was removed was the screw on the handle.My husband took the handle screw out & said, i don't know how to fix it, call ins co. AZ broke the valve & lied to our ins co, telling them they have a photo of the sink taken apart & missing parts. Ins co said they can't warranty anything taken apart. We spoke with a supervisor who sent another plumber to investigate AZ Plumbing's false claim that parts were missing & they confirmed AZ Plumbing broke the valve, there were no missing parts, AZ lied & our home warranty ins co warranted the work with another reputable plumbing co. I called Simon the owner & received a rude, unwilling to help response. I told him his plumber lied & they should fix it. He said, even if he did lie, your ins co denied the claim & they are a huge, multimillion dollar business & we are a small co. I told them they are not that small, being in 3 states so they shouldn't mind me leaving a review on yelp about their customer service.

WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Please go somewhere else, I got stuck with AZ PLUMBING through American Home Shield who is just as responsible. They will try every trick in the book before they resolve your problem. I asked them to fix my water heater and they sent somebody out to look at it who diagnosed to be perfectly fine only to have my garage flood due to the water heater which they took no responsibility for. All in all I ended up having to go through the same scamming company and paid extra fees because certain things weren't under the INSURANCE. AZ PLUMBING WHO CAME OUT AGIN TO DIAGNOSE THE SAME PROBLEM, CHARGED ME AGIN TO COME OUT AND FINALLY CHANGED MY WATER HEATER AFTER MONTHS OF HELL.

Terrible. They tore our lanai screen when clearing a pipe, and the tech said he'd give us $100 off or come fix it when he's back from vacation... in like 9 days. It's a huge hole. I'd give them negative stars for charging a total of $425 to clear a pipe and break our lanai. Don't leave a place worse than you found it with a poor plan to fix it! I wasn't there, and my poor husband was trying to be overly patient. I just don't appreciate this though because the owner should have called immediately to make this right. Instead they left me on hold until their office closed for the day. Amazing. Shame on you guys. I will never recommend you.

I had a horrible experience with AZ REMODELING & PLUMBING, INC-FT LAUDERDALE (561) 981-8666. They were sent by American Homeshield. When the repair man from AZ Remodeling and Plumbing came to my house, he looked at the faucet and the handle which had fallen off. He said it would need to be replaced, and that he wasn't sure what kind of faucet American Home Shield would order. Mine is high end. He also said that they may just authorize new parts. I said Fine. He then said that before they came back to install, that we should clean out the bottom of the cabinet, so they could do the faucet installation. I said no problem. After ten days of waiting, we tried to get in touch with American Home Shield for status, to no avail. We then called AZ Remodeling. The person who answered the phone said let me look at the repairman's notes. He then proceeded to say that the faucet wasn't covered because we pulled it too hard. Then he said it wasn't covered because it was installed too tightly. Well, which was it? Did we pull too hard, or was it installed too tightly. And if those things were true, they why didn't the repair man tell me and give me the cost to order the parts and actually complete the repair. Obviously, American Home Shield contractors make more money when they do not have to replace items or send people back to your home. I get that. While I disagree that the faucet isn't covered, I would have accepted it had I been told that to my face. To bald face lie to me and make me wait ten days before calling another repair person, and ordering a new faucet is infuriating. This was my first experience with American Home Shield, and I was left livid. Wasting my money is one thing. Lying to me and wasing my time is far worse. We have limited time in this life, and I can never get the time back that I have had to waste on this issue. I received three notices to give AZ plumbing a five star rating after the repairman left. I gave them a 5 star rating. This kind of tomfoolery is obviously a company trait. I doubt they would have bombarded me with 5 star requests had they told me to my face that the repair wasn't covered. I was under the impression that if a part wasn't covered, I would at least be given the opportunity to pay out of pocket and complete the repair. This company gave me no option but to have a bad taste in my mouth for them. Please think twice before using AZ Remodeling and Plumbing. And if you have a contract with American Home Shield, please let them know that this company behaved in a dishonest manner.

This is the most unprofessional company ever! They acted like they showed up to my house, but clearly went to the wrong house, then instead of apologizing tried to continue to say they came to the correct house and no one was home. I described the color door I have which is blue, however the technician said I have a red door. It took me over an hour to get a call back from the company after I kept calling to check the status of my driver (which was already over an hour late according to the email the company sent with his eta.) apparently the company is trying to still Bill me for not being home. Walked down the street and found out they went to a neighbors house! Clearly this is a red door and not a blue door! Terrible service!

One of their technicians came to my house to replace an outside spicket and after several attempts, broke the pipe inside the wall. When I called to tell the tech that water was flowing outside from inside the wall, he told me he wasn't coming back and to call another company to fix it which I did. I sent AZ the invoice from the other company for the pipe repair and it has become impossible to speak to management or get anyone to address the invoice - clearly trying to dodge their responsibility. I've been leaving messages for a week. They show on their website they have BBB status but when you search for them, they show as not being credited with several complaints.

I was extremely disappointed with this company!! I will never have them do anything in my home. Next year we are Remodeling 2 Bathrooms and will not call them. There was no communication they didn't respond to our Warranty Company for fixing our plumbing issues after waiting 10 days for a part. When I called there was no attempt to try and get the part needed sooner then 10 days which was a very long time to be without my bathroom sink. They did fix the bathroom sink but had us waiting from 8am to 1 pm no show no call. I tried reaching out by text and the response was what are we coming for? So I had to explain the two sink problems all over again which is very unprofessional. They said someone would be out in the morning between 8-9am again no show. So I called the Warranty Service. Finally they arrived in the afternoon fixed one problem however, Instead of someone letting us know they couldn't do the job sink our kitchen. They had us waiting for 10 days for nothing. So we had to ask The Warranty Service to find another Plumbing Company in which they did. The Second Plumbing Company called and text us right away with a 3 hour window for arrival. This was a nightmare I would never recommend this Plumbing Company they are not customer oriented and very unprofessional there was so much confusion in communication with the second sink problem they wanted us to call and get another work order number instead of them calling our Warranty Service. If I could give them a Zero if I could.

We were assigned this team through our home warranty contract. Steve, the technician on the initial call, was thorough and professional but he had to order a part and come back. Since then, however, every single encounter has been inconsistent at best and a crap-house mess at worst. They never called On 6/22, they called to say our service tech was knocking on my front door - they were not, as I was working on my porch and no one at all showed up. They also NEVER CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT on that day. I rescheduled for 6/23, then we got a call saying the tech was injured and need ed the ER and they rescheduled for today, June 27, between 1 and 6pm. It's now 6:30 and no call, no show. If none stars was an option, I'd give them that.
