I have a home warranty with AHS. AZ was the provider that was responsible for the repair. They came out and started that they needed to snake a vent line and wanted to charge an additional $395 When I contacted AHS they stated that the vent snake was included in my warranty. AZ Air conditioning and plumbing left without completing any services but still charged for the service call

I used this company through a warranty and they came out but my issue resurfaced 4-5 hours later. I called the next morning which was within the 24 hour window and no one has returned to fix my issue and it's one week later.

Horrible company when it comes to promptness and customer service. We needed a hot water heater replaced and used our home warranty process. They assigned AZ Plumbing to us. They canceled 3 times and in doing so, we actually had to seek the help of another plumber at our expense. The third time they cancelled it was approximately 3 hours before they were to be there. Their ability to take credit/debit card payment is hindered by the fact that you have to sign an authorization form, send it back, and send a picture of your ID. Total hassle. The only other option is to go get a money order or cashier check. What??? The work got done eventually, and the technician was fine. However, we ended up having to call another plumber back the same day because we had no hot water pressure. Turns out the tech from AZ did not open the valve all the way. I would not recommend this company. I also would not recommend American Home Warranty company as they were NO help to us when dealing with AZ plumbing. Also, we had to pay $600 out of our pocket as our portion. We asked for an itemized list of the items being charged for. In all, we could have bought all those items at Home Depot for 100 bucks. Total rip off!
