Don't use this company!!! They are a contracted installer for Sears and they no showed twice on scheduled appointments for which I took days off to be at home for. When contacted about the appointments, they lied saying that they called me several times. In this day of caller id, don't you think I can check that? Needless to say, I got a refund and am taking my business elsewhere because of them!

I selected AZ plumbing, from home advisor, to unclog a drain on December 13, 2018 for $130.00. They performed the job, however less than a month later they had to unclog the same drain. The tenants have no children that live with them it's just two grown adults that would know NOT to put foreign objects down the drain. So, I am on the phone with the manager Allen (very rude person)...and he tells me the service was past the 30 day warranty and you'll have to pay again. I made the comment """"Come on bro, this doesn't seem fair to charge full price for the same job"""". And, it was within the 30 days! His reply was I ain't your bro!...and you need to pay another 125.00 (five off the initial cost...Whoa!) I told him he didn't need to to get nasty, and he repeated """"I'm just telling you I'm not your bro!"""". So I hung up. He called me back and says we can give you a $50 discount for $75.00. I told him I'll would be willing to give you 50 bucks to redo the job but they insisted that I pay $75. These companies need to work on their craftsmanship AND customer service. And WHO only guarantees their work for 24 hours?? This pushing the blame on the customer is bringing this county down the tubes!!! I didn't serve overseas fighting bad guys to be taken advantage of my the same people I chose to defend!!! Also, their main office is located in Boca Raton, FL , The contractors I used was in Jacksonville, FL This is there Trade: Certified Plumbing Contractor # License #: CFC1426642 I DO NOT recommend this company. Don't waste your time.... #Iain'tYO'BRO!

Three years ago, my water heater stopped working. I called my home warranty company, First American Homebuyers, and they sent AZ Plumbing to my home to check it out. The tech discovered a leak and replaced the entire water heater. Two days ago, the water heater quit working again. This time a half inch of water was sitting in the drip pan and the pilot wouldn't light. I had another plumbing company come assess the situation because AZ Plumbing didn't answer the phone when I called them. This tech reported a ruptured tank and said it would have to be replaced but since it was only 3 years old, it should still be covered under warranty. So I called the manufacturer's warranty line and confirmed that a replacement was indeed covered by the warranty. I was told by the representative that the replacement could be installed by any company I chose (not necessarily the company who did the initial install). I called AZ Plumbing since the job they did the first time was satisfactory. I don't know who the lady was that i talked to when I called, but she was an idiot. I explained to her that AZ Plumbing had installed the water heater 3 years ago, a plumber confirmed a leak, and it needed to be replaced and was under warranty. Would they come replace it? She requested my name and address and the work order number from the old invoice. I gave her all the information I had but she couldn't locate my information. So she asked if I would send her a copy so she could look it up. At this point I asked her why she needed this info because the install 3 years ago was irrelevant to the current issue. It made no difference who did the install back then because it would still be covered under warranty no matter who replaced it. She insisted she needed a copy because the old invoice """"wasn't in their system"""" and """"maybe another company installed it."""" (Never mind that I got the number to call them straight off their own invoice.) IRRELEVANT. After 20 minutes of discussing this, she insisting it was their policy to have this information, and me explaining to her that she really didn't because if I had called another company to replace the warrantied heater (per the manufacturer's own representative), the other company wouldn't have the old invoice on file, nor would they need it. Finally I asked to speak to someone else because she clearly wasn't """"getting it."""" I don't know how long I stayed on hold, but it was too long so I hung up and called back...twice....and both times I remained on hold for several minutes without having talked to anyone. So I called the other number listed on the invoice. This time I talked to Jo (I'm guessing based on the email she gave me.) Jo insisted also that they needed that invoice. I went through the explanation again that the old invoice was irrelevant and asked her to please explain why I had to go to the trouble of sending her a copy of the invoice that they either lost or purged when they didn't even need it anyway. Her response was that if they wanted to get paid for the replacement they would need the old invoice. At this point, I wanted to bang my head against a wall. Instead, I agreed to email her a copy of the stupid invoice that had nothing to do with my current water heater issue. I asked her what the next step would be. She assured me they would call me back the same day. I emailed her the invoice at 11:27 am and it's now 1:40 am and I never received a call back. Thanks a lot for nothing, AZ Plumbing. I give you an F in customer service and an F in common sense. Ridiculous.

Same thing here. Got them through First American Home Warranty Service to fix my AC( not cooling). Got no choice, was expecting will be good. But too sad, the guy was bad. Don't even explain well (because I'm foreigner my English is not that excellent) so I need to make sure everything is work properly so he don't need to come back fix it again. Well, that guy give me a bad look after I asked 2nd question. He said he will check to see everything ok but he lied. He took 5 minutes and finish the work which made me surprise (because I had same problem last time, the guy took almost 3 hours to get it work again. So 5 minutes made me think Really? That fast?) he told me wait couple minutes and ask for money, I said lets wait to see if it work. Then he gives me a BAD attitude and said its work fine and I gotta to go. WTF? I will never ever get them again. I will give 0 star if I can.

Late, Stoned, and faucet is leaking now. I've only used this awful plumbing company because my home warranty company, American Home Shield, contracts them. (I'm getting a new warranty company) I was given an appointment window of 8am-1pm. Technician arrived at 4pm. AZ made no attempt to notify me of the delay. I had to call dispatch twice. Automated phone system put me on hold for several minutes then disconnected call. Next call also put me on hold, then connected me to the wrong dispatch center. The text notifying me that the technical was on the way arrived after the work was finished. Faucet worked fine for about 2 weeks. Now it is leaking. I will hire a good plumber next time.

Do not waste your precious time nor money with AZ Remodeling & Plumbing. We have had two horrible experiences with their service representatives. One rep came to our home for a stoppage that was affecting our toilet. He told us we needed to buy a new toilet, and that our problem would be solved. That didn't sound right, so I contacted another company who came out the following day and cleared the stoppage in under ten minutes. Our toilet is fine. They've also set up appointments with us and then canceled them without letting us know. I've waited at home for their technicians, only to find out they never intended on showing up, and didn't bother to communicate. They will try to work ways around your home warranty to collect your service fees, and not provide adequate service. I am sorely disappointed. You have been warned.

Great service installed new disposal that he went and got at Home Depot then found a hose leaking from the dishwasher to disposal and got his company to contact electrician company to check out hose that afternoon The hose part has to be ordered but as soon as part comes in and the electrician installs it I can use my sink and dishwasher again

I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a company in my life. They changed my window of time on the same day and then cancelled my appointment claiming that I did not answer their multiple calls to me. I said I had one missed call and that I would send a screen shot of my phone showing them the one time they called. Their response was uncalled for. I gave them a second chance, they replaced the faucet with one that was half the size of the original one. Needless to say, I would never recommend or use this company again.

Daniel from AZ REMODELING AND PLUMBING was on time and courteous. I even received a phone call advising when the tech would be at our house.

We were recommended to this A/C Company by our home warranty company, American Home Shield -- first, they could get the part for our A/C unit in 4-5 days when that time had passed, then it changed to another 7 - 10 days. When we attempted to place the order with them ... unbeknownst to American Home Shield AZ required that the entire bill be paid upfront and they charged a 5% """"transaction fee"""" with NO REFUNDS. This company is a scam outfit ... just like all of the other reviews said. I only wish that I had checked on them before we waited 6 days without A/C. We will not have this company do any work at our house and we canceled our home warranty policy with American Home Shield. American Home Shield should pay closer attention to who they have representing them to do the labor.
