Terrible experience with this company. They scheduled with me three different times and left me hanging all three times. When they actually showed up, instead of fixing the A/C they damaged the electric breaker.

I selected AZ plumbing, from home advisor, to unclog a drain on December 13, 2018 for $130.00. They performed the job, however less than a month later they had to unclog the same drain. The tenants have no children that live with them it's just two grown adults that would know NOT to put foreign objects down the drain. So, I am on the phone with the manager Allen (very rude person)...and he tells me the service was past the 30 day warranty and you'll have to pay again. I made the comment """"Come on bro, this doesn't seem fair to charge full price for the same job"""". And, it was within the 30 days! His reply was I ain't your bro!...and you need to pay another 125.00 (five off the initial cost...Whoa!) I told him he didn't need to to get nasty, and he repeated """"I'm just telling you I'm not your bro!"""". So I hung up. He called me back and says we can give you a $50 discount for $75.00. I told him I'll would be willing to give you 50 bucks to redo the job but they insisted that I pay $75. These companies need to work on their craftsmanship AND customer service. And WHO only guarantees their work for 24 hours?? This pushing the blame on the customer is bringing this county down the tubes!!! I didn't serve overseas fighting bad guys to be taken advantage of my the same people I chose to defend!!! Also, their main office is located in Boca Raton, FL , The contractors I used was in Jacksonville, FL This is there Trade: Certified Plumbing Contractor # License #: CFC1426642 I DO NOT recommend this company. This company deserves a -10. American Home Shield sent them out because I was having problems with my kitchen faucet leaking under the sink and I don't need a mold problem on top of it. The guy came out and said it was the wrong faucet for my sink/granite and it won't sit flush on the granite so it needs to be replace (which I already knew, my uncle told me after sending him pictures, just so you know, I purchased the correct faucet prior to az plumbing coming out, hoping they would just install it) They put the order AHS first....... IT WAS DENIED, mind you they never called to tell me this, I had to call them two weeks later. So, I called AHS and spoke with a very nice lady and explained to her what was going on. She said all they need to do is resubmit the order as an """"improper installation"""" and it will be taken care of. Then she asked me to hold an actually called AZ Plumbing and left them a 3 minute message on how to submit the claim so it would be taken care of. Two emails and five days later after NO reply......as usual they won't call you. I called and spoke with the manager Paul, he was rude, unprofessional and proceeded to tell me that it was denied. I told him there was no way it was denied when AHS left him a message on how to submit the claim to get it taken care of because I DON'T NEED A BIGGER PROBLEM WITH MOLD. This manager, Paul was a complete joke. He told me to call AHS and tell them I need a second opinion because he couldn't do anything else as it was denied the 1st time and they won't re-submit the order. HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN FOR BUSINESS. I'm going to do everything in my power to get AHS to drop this company from their contractors list. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IT LOOK AT THEIR 100+ 1 STAR REVIEWS. Basically they take your $75 and have no intention on coming back to fix the problem. Thank goodness for a real stand up company, AHS is sending another contractor out and waived the $75 service fee. How can they sleep at night knowing how horrible they are????? All they had to do was submit the paperwork and install my new faucet.

Negative 100%, DO NOT USE THEM. AHS sent them to me, not only did they not do anything, they gave an incorrect diagnoses to AHS when I asked for a refund. When I called AZ they laughed and hung up on me. I am a local business owner, DO NOT USE THEM, TRUST ME!

I wish I could rate them -10 stars. rude and inexperienced """"plumbers"""". my home warranty AHS contracted them to me. didn't fix a thing and didn't know how to write a report ! if you get this company contracted to you, call and have another company assigned ASAP

This is the most awful company Ive ever had to deal with! My AC is out, I have children with special needs who are prone to seizures in extreme heat. We've been waiting since 8 am and the window is past. You won't answer our calls! DO NOT use this company.

Avoid them! They double charged me and they did a very bad job on my air conditioner. They found my cables nicely concealed but they left them exposed. When I complained and told him that I was not going to pay until they had properly fixed, their technician almost attacked me - he started yelling at me and began to intimidate me. If you are a woman, be careful! This very unprofessional company never bothered to apologize for the double charge and for the behavior of their employee. Furthermore, they charged me even though the job was incomplete.

Company was sent out by American HomeShield for an emergency water heater leak. Tech came out at 12pm, took pictures and stated he would immediately call in the diagnosis to get the approval to install a new unit. Since they close at 5pm, I called a few minutes before and was told by the dispatcher that the tech had not returned from his route. I mentioned the tech was to immediately call in the diagnosis since it was an emergency. Nothing was done until the next morning. The next morning, I received a call from American HomShield that AZ Plumbing submitted the diagnosis and added over $400 in extras considered my responsibility. $195 for a $20 leak pan, and the rest to """"re-pipe"""" to the new water heater. After I agreed, the dispatcher from AZ Plumbing called and said they couldn't do the install because my water heater was 65 gallons. They had no idea what to recommend to the home warranty company for an equivalent sized water heater. I called American HomeShield and had the service ticket transferred to a different plumbing company. I would NOT RECOMMEND AZ Plumbing.

This company is worthless. The tech took 15 mins to tell me I had an issue with my ac unit and the blatantly lies to my warranty company. He didn't inspect the units and I have no idea how he determined the unit is working when in fact it is still not working at all. This company is a waste of time.
