the technician was on time friendly and professional. however I was a bit surprised that he left all of the trash and debris all over the floor for me to clean! at the end of the day he did solve my problem so I will say the service was good.

If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. The technician who came out lied about what was wrong with my garbage disposal. He said that there was a foreign object in the unit and my claim was rejected. I had an independent plumber come out and all he did was drain the unit and vacuumed it out and now it works perfectly.

Horrible - just horrible - Said they complete a job and the AHS closed out the service call. I do not understand why they are still using this company with the type of reviews that are being posted. They do the same MO to everyone but AHS still uses them. Make that make sense to me

Great service installed new disposal that he went and got at Home Depot then found a hose leaking from the dishwasher to disposal and got his company to contact electrician company to check out hose that afternoon The hose part has to be ordered but as soon as part comes in and the electrician installs it I can use my sink and dishwasher again

Our garbage disposal wouldn't turn on .. I tried all the options to find the problem I called my warranty company and they set me up to have AZ air condition / plumbing come to check out the problem . Jon one of the technicians / plumber found the issue and fixed the problem quickly . He schooled me on what to do if anything happens again or give them a call within 30 days . Very pleased with how proficient and professional he was . I'm a happy person now ... Thank you Jon

I've used AZ plumbing through my home warranty company. They promptly assign a technician always arrive on time with a text to let you know your technician is on the way. They are very knowledgeable and fixed my disposal it was just a jam. I've had them repair my AC unit when it got clogged and also repaired a toilet. Very good

We had one of our toilets unable to flush. The AZ Plumbing tech had an 8a-Noon window of time to show up to our home. The great news he arrived just after 10am and had our toilet fixed within just a few minutes!! AZ must have the """"magic touch"""",. The plumbing technician even called to give us an approximate arrival time which we ALWAYS appreciate! We will use this company again for any of our plumbing needs that should arise.
