I'm relatively new to the S Florida area and was a little apprehensive hiring a plumbing company after hearing some sketchy stories from some of my neighbors. I'm happy to report that AZ Plumbing and """"Edwin"""" (the technician) were fantastic! Communication is good, they're punctual and Edwin was very tidy and wore a PPE mask the whole time he was here. I'll be calling them again soon to install a new kitchen faucet that I had to order. Give them a try! I think you'll be super happy!

Our garbage disposer stop working and AZ Air conditioning plumbing sent Steven the technician to our rescue. Steven was timely, professional and personable and provided us with superior customer service. He took care of the issues and provided me with instructions on take care if it if it happen again in the near future. If this company can hire staff like Steven I would definitely recommend them to others.

So this company will pay $25 for a five star review. Here is my one star review. The guys who came over to fix my clogged toilet came and got the job done in like 5 minutes. I told them about my toilet clogging up every now and then for about a few months and I would have to use the plunger to get rid of the clog. They looked at the toilet and looked at the tank and found that the tank had been only halfway full. They filled up the tank, used the toilet plunger to get rid of the clog and told me that the issue was because the tank was not all the way filled. They graciously filled it and told me that the toilet was fixed. About a week later we are having the same problem. I tried to contact them but they haven't responded so I guess I should let you all know that this business deserves a negative 5 star for their poor customer service. That is all. Very bad experience and problem with AC was misdiagnosed as a leak and they wanted me to cut access in my wall. Waited 9 days without AC while I sorted this out with my home warranty company . Problem was the capacitor and a fuse which another company fixed in 15 minutes. First day Technician showed up and then left without telling me when they did not have the insurance paperwork for my condo Assoc . Waited 2 hours thinking he was still working. They cancelled apts would not return calls. Worst experience I have had with a contractor since moving to FL.

And they took the time to schedule an appointment that was convenient for for us. I highly recommend their service for all of your needs.
