PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! My husband and I just renovated our house. We were referred to this company by Home Depot as they were one of the vendors selling their services in the store. The technician Jack came out and gave us quotes of everything that needed to be done. It was quite expensive. We did pay them $79 for what I guess we will never know. We almost pulled the trigger until we noticed on our camera that the technician totally broke our door leading from the garage to our house. Completely knocked out our alarms system. I tried multiple times to get someone on the phone and of course the managers were always busy. We finally got a text saying a manager would be out to see the damage on Christmas Eve day. Of course no one called or showed up. we still needed the work done so I called 3 different HVAC companies to come out and give us quotes. Every single one of them had almost the same scope of work that needed to be done. When I say almost half the amount of work that AZ claimed we needed. AZ claimed we needed brand new coils in the garage and outside. All 3 other companies said the coils were in great shape and very clean. I will be going into Home Depot on Monday to share my experience and show them all the quotes from the other 3 very reputable companies and then show them the quotes from AZ. They need to know the type of company they are allowing to scam their customers. Please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! I almost made the mistake of going with this company because they were at Home Depot.

We had them come to fix our heat and they didn't. Charged us a $100 and the problem remains. Called them the next day and was told it would now be $500. And it will now take a very long time to get the parts according to them.

AZ Air installed our entire HVAC system last year (referred by Costco) and every six months we have had it serviced by them. The most recent service was about a month ago and they said all was fine but last week our practically new furnace stopped working. AZ was quick to send out a tech who discovered our furnace contained a part with a known manufacturers defect and said they'd need to order this new part (which has since been improved). I have called service and customer relations numerous times and NOBODY has called me back once to give us an update on the new part nor have they even checked on us. We have had no heat for over a week now and AZ doesn't seem to care one bit. If they are unable to get the part they should replace our furnace with a new one that does not have a manufacturers defect. We have had to borrow space heaters from neighbors just to get by. AZ never offered anything to us. We spent over $20,000 for this brand new system about a year ago and can't use it. I have left numerous messages for Monique and even spoke to her once and she promised to call back within the hour and never did. This company does not know the meaning of customer service! I have informed Costco of these issues to let them know they should not partner with a company who doesn't provide customer service. Still waiting for a resolution and HEAT.

This company definitely does outstanding work. Jovanni and his core team (which consisted of four people and a couple of others who came by) were amazing. They worked extraordinarily hard for about 12 hours, and they were tidy, friendly, and courteous. AZ is very lucky to have such good staff. Our sales person was David Molina. He is very personable, intelligent, and very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to teach us exactly how HVAC systems work. He showed us the alternative systems without pressuring us to go for one system over another. I did feel some pressure to sign on the spot, but that is how his company (and most of the large HVAC companies in Los Angeles) do business, but he was very nice about it, and (I think) he would have left without protest if I had insisted. Bargaining is expected, and I doubt we got very close to the best possible price, but it was reasonable for an investment that should last 15 to 20 years and David was an excellent rep who continued to be available when the job was being performed. Fast and meticulous work, the equipment is high end, and when the installation needed a few extra tasks, they did not charge for them. All in all, it was a great experience.

Mike was our sales representative he was friendly. We were doing acooling system for our parents, we were not able to put in a full AC system due to lack of space in their attic. Mike gave them other options and was very mindful of my parents age, he was patient and made sure they understood their options and the process of installing the cooling system that met their needs and was suitable for their home. Overall we are very pleased with Mikes presentation the company's workmanship in during the installation of the system. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day.

I'm happy with the equipment and the installation but their customer service is the worst. They don't return calls or emails. I'm trying to get a rebate from the DWP and I need additional information from AZ. I have left multiple messages and emails to the ""team "" and no calls back.

This company is fantastic! They are so responsive and professional a d very reasonably priced. I believe a serviceman-a name was Ahmad. He was beyond expectations with service and so friendly we were at ease immediately, and this was juat a week ago. I use this company for five years for AC and heating and they are every homeowners friend. I guarantee their work to anyone!

I went through Costco to get to our local installer. Dushaun came out to quote the job and was exceptional. I read a couple Yelp reviews that the project consultants could be pushy and that doesn't work for me as I'm sure it doesn't for many, especially when you think Costco and excellent service and products.

Well, Dushaun was all you would want, expect and more! He walked me through what my old systems are doing, new CA and LA County requirements (gov't doesn't make that easy and makes it more expensive; thanks my public officials!), and how the new systems would work. He was very thorough and even gave extra unexpected advice around my current gas line situation.

Thanks to Gabby for the intro call and getting us a kick-butt project consultant.

We are probably a little bit away from doing our heater and will make it through another winter, but we will look to do our AC soon and we will definitely call Dushaun back out. We need to wait for Lennox Slim AC to be produced and we will call them back to install.

We were impressed with the focus and attention to detail demonstrated by the installation crew.
We were expecting the job to take TWO DAYS (as advertised by the Mike Mendoza our sale rep) but the crew finished the job in one long 12-hour shift.
I was particularly impressed with patience Mendoza demonstrated politely and comprehensively answering all of our questions.
Backed by the Costco 'guarantee' and seal of approval, I would confidently recommend AZ to others.
