We had an estimate from this company as we got referral from costco for installation of gas furnace. The presentation was good and everything seemed nice and they offered financing option so we told the presenter to give us a couple of days to think about it. The company representative guy took all my information for the financing the same day. After I discussed with my husband, we decided it was overpriced and we couldn't afford it so we told him not to proceed. However, I got a new credit card approved from this company approximately a week after I cancelled the deal. I don't know how this company is working. I never gave them my permission to get me another credit card for financing.

I was leaving Costco and happened to see a display for central air and I signed up for a FREE estimate. AZ is the contractor they send out.
The sales rep Jermaine came to my house and was so charming and well informed. He wasn't heavy handed in his sales pitch which i greatly appreciated. He was just confident that he could give me a good deal and great service. Excellent communication, quotes and explanation of exactly what i was going to be getting into before signing anything.
The crew showed up on time and worked all day to install everything. It was a rather big job and it took the crew of 3 twelve hours to complete it. But they worked hard and made sure that everything was protected and took the time to show me how everything worked.
I'm so glad I went with AZ! The service and the equipment were beyond excellent. They really took all the hassle out of the process. I highly recommend!

P.S. I had gotten quotes from competitors before and they were going to charge me a few thousand more for a base system. When I went with AZ I paid a couple thousand less and got a top of the line system. GREAT VALUE!

Purchased my unit from Costco. AZ Air Conditioning is the company that Costco contracts with for installation. A very pleasant experience. I appreciated the sales rep Ilan's communication and bottom lining to not waste my time. He explained everything clearly to me and I felt confident that I was making the right decision. The installation people showed up on time, were polite and friendly and completed the job quickly. The customer service rep contacted me the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I trust that if there are any issues they will resolve quickly. They have been around for a long time and know if needed they will be there. Truly one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a while. I highly recommend them.

My thermostat is off yet my ac is blasting cold air with a unit that az air installed. I've called multiple times over the last several hours as I have a toddler and a pregnant wife. It's now 130 in the morning and all the lady can say is she will keep trying to reach the technician. This is unacceptable and beyond disappointing. My house is freezing and I can't get help.

We had purchased an AC and heat system through Costco, and Ric's team through AZ Air and Heat, arrived today sharply at 8:00 am, ready to work. I was introduced to everyone on the team that would be in and out of my house all day. I was expecting the amount of work to take days, yet they pulled it off in one. They began by thoughtfully covering everything in sight with plastic to protect our furniture. Then they began by removing our house's old 1950s furnace and installing a technologically advanced system. Throughout the day, Ric made sure I was aware of everything being done to my house necessary for the installation. Air and heat is distributed evenly throughout our house and we couldn't be more thrilled. Honestly you saved us!

I got central air through Costco and this company is the contractor. Very good communication, quotes and explanation of things before signing. On the appointed day the crew of 6-8 arrived promptly at 8:30 am, each crew member worked different areas of the home and by 4 pm the central air installation was complete and working. Protective plastic sheeting laid everywhere and work areas were vacuumed to make sure no dust or stuff remained.The technician installed the wifi thermostat and explained it's working to me. The whole thing was done very professionally. All post installation important points were explained to me after installation too.

I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism and efficiency.The central air is simply superb!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Who did this company pay off to erase all the negative reviews!
AZ ripped me off for over $500.00
They sent their C team over to install a mini split ductless system in my garage and it drained into the wall instead of outside because the installer
didn't know what he was doing, They came out 5 different times to fix and charged me 80 bucks each time. Eventually they fixed the problem but didn't fix drywall or paint that they f___ed up. Use anyone except AZ!!!!!!
Total BOZOS not to mention thieves!!!
