Josh was great! Not only on time, but early! He is friendly, professional, and stands behind his work. Our water heater from 1968 went out and when he left, we have a great new one, lots of hot water, and he left my garage cleaner than when he arrived! I will definitely call him for any other plumbing needs we may have! And you should, too!!!

Awesome Lawson's is an outstanding plumber. We called at about 8:15 on a Monday morning, and by 10:00 a plumber by the name of Rick was at our home out in the country. Our kitchen sink needed lots of help.

You see our house is older, and the plumbing under the sink was ""rigged"" at best. Rick removed all the old stuff, and put things back together for us correctly. Rick was friendly and very knowledgeable at his trade. Unlike other plumbers we have used in the past, Rick came with all his own tools, flashlight, etc..

Rick went out to his van to complete the paperwork, and ask me to run the water to insure we had no leaks. He had already tested for leaks, but it's a nice touch wanting me to be 100% satisfied before having me sign the invoice.

Rick was out, and I was doing dishes by 10:45. Awesome Lawson's is a plumber I will use again, and recommend to anyone.

Call them at your own risk. Overcharged and didn't actually fix a thing. Ask around and find a plumber that people say they trust and have confidence in that they wouldn't think of taking advantage of customers.

Though they were fast and got the problem done they were rude and short to my husband when they had to wait a few minutes for owner to come pay them. Told my husband to never call them for service again... Ok we wont!

Very impressed! I called three different plumbers before I got to this one. I left messages for all of them, but Awesome was the only one to call me back. They sent a guy by the name of Dave, who was professional and to the point. Gave me a reasonable estimate, did the work, and was on his way in no time. I will definitely call again!!

I wish I could give no stars. Very disappointed with this company. I called them to come out to get an estimate on remodeling the bathtub and sink, they came out and took the measurements and told me he would send me an email with a quote the next day. We'll at 10am I had not received an email yet so I called to let him know. He told me he would email again..... Still have not got it, but I was thinking if it was my business I would of called to make sure the email was received or at least made sure that I wrote it down correctly. Call me crazy but that probably would of helped. We'll I still have not received the ""second email"" either so I had my boyfriend call him back and give him his email address and what a surprise he never got an email either so at this point I will not call him back to ask again. Obviously they are well off that they don't need my business.

Called AWESOME LAWSON'S about 12:30p because of a sewer back up....talked to Josh said someone would be out 2-3pm waited waited no one showed up called back at 4PM...again spoke with Josh said ""he is on his way now"" waited waited waited no one showed up called back at 5:15p again spoke with Josh said he didn't know what was going on the guy should have been there he thought the guy was here already working.....advised him no one showed ...he then said to call the city out they might be able to fix it ......Thanks AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lawson's Plumbing is the best!

They have installed many items in our home, and each time they were very professional and courteous. They do excellent work.

And just when we didn't think they could get any better, this happens...we had an awful plumbing emergency that could have absolutely ruined an upstairs bathroom and the bathroom below it. We called Lawson's, Dave came out right away, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed everything.

They take their customer service very seriously.
