How do I start? Josh and Jeff came to my business and intended to be in and out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I own Clutches N More an automotive repair shop that is busy and They were kind enough to schedule an appointment outside of normal business hours to complete the hydro jetting of my drains. I had them show up on time and stayed there for 5 hours! My drains were not playing very nice. At the end they held true to their quote and my drains are running smoothly again! I will refer and use again myself! Thanks again Josh and Jeff for going above and beyond expectations to serve me as your customer!

I realized on a Sunday that I had no hot water so I checked the heater and noticed the pilot light wasn't lit. I tried repeatedly to get it back on myself but it was no use. I called first thing Monday morning and this company was able to send someone out to my house ""between 4 and 6 p.m.""
I took the employee, I believe his name was Roger, around back and showed him my hot water heater. He didn't even touch the water heater. Never pushed the igniter. Never bent down to look and see if it was lit. NOTHING. He just said I needed a new one. I told him I had tried relighting it and he said it was so old (2002) that he could order some parts and try and fix it but it would run 3 or 4 hundred dollars. I replied that for that much, I should just get a new one. I asked for a quote and he quoted me $1295. I know nothing about this kind of stuff so I was freaking out. No hot water and no way I could afford $1300!
My boyfriend called his uncle who is a handyman to come over that night and he fixed the entire problem in less than an hour with a $17 part from Lowes. I was incredibly relieved.
Pass on this plumbing company, especially if you are a female...apparently we are not even worth pretending to help.

Called Awesome on Monday night at 6:00. They showed up by 7:00 to take a look at our broken toilet flange and were able to replace it on the spot. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.

I called Josh because my warranty company didn't have anyone available that Saturday. He came right over and fixed the problem I had with my water heaters. He was very professional and went above and beyond with my warranty company to make sure they reimbursed me. It was after hours on a Saturday and he was probably on the phone with them 20 minutes or more. I highly recommend him.

Josh was great! Not only on time, but early! He is friendly, professional, and stands behind his work. Our water heater from 1968 went out and when he left, we have a great new one, lots of hot water, and he left my garage cleaner than when he arrived!
