My plumber never showed up and I wasn't able to get an answer for what was happening until after my appointment window was over. Also didn't call me back with info when they said they would. Finally, they offered me another appointment many hours after my initial one. Extremely frustrating. Will never call this service again.

Had slow draining showers in both bathrooms so I figured there was a clog in a mainline somewhere. Kyle came out the same day and snaked both bathrooms, checked the mainline from the house to the city line. He appeared to have solved the problem. He was friendly, professional, attentive to my questions, etc. Next day, the backup started again. Jeff came and looked closer, tried to determine the cause. Turned out to be a more major problem and they were able to fix it. Kyle and a couple of other guys worked the day before and after Christmas, showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get it done right. Would hire them again.

I called on their $49 drain cleaning special ($49 through cleanout or $99 if other access) late last night and made an appointment for the next day. Josh came by during the scheduled window with notice a little before he was here. He was professional and courteous, he even put booties on before I asked. Although we didn't qualify for the $49 special since we couldn't use our frozen shut cleanout (reasonable since it's 40 years since it was used and he did try it diligently), we still got a good price $99 to unclog the drain from the bathroom under the sink. Josh went above and beyond by going under the house which isn't easy to make sure the snake didn't cause a hole in our old pipes and also when I asked for an estimate to unclog a tub we never use as well as fix the faucet handle on that tub. He was able to fix it reasonably well while diagnosing the problems. He could have tried to pull a trick and make it seem like a big job, but he didn't, very honest. I like their up front fees, no upsell or extras. I will definately recommend them and will myself use them again.

Don't waste your time on this guys. They gave me a quote for drain cleaning of $39 and said max $99. When their guy came, he said $475. If I could give them no stars I would. Called another company and drain cleaning ( 75 ft ) was $65, same work Avant wanted to do but for $475

We had a cracked PVC pipe underground in our front yard. Avant was quick to respond via Yelp and connected me with Pedro, one of their plumbers. The leak wasn't catastrophic, but Pedro still agreed to come out on weekend evening to asses the issue.

Pedro arrived the next morning (a bit later than we agreed to, but we had no urgent plans) to fix the pipe. He got the work done in quick time and also alerted us to some problem spots that could be an issue down the line.

I got some quotes ahead of the work and found Avant's pricing to be fair and within range of the others.

All in, I'd definitely hire them again. But obviously hope to not need their services any time soon.

Avant Rooter promised to show up within a window for emergency services and didn't call, and didn't show up. When I called they asked if they could reschedule, I said that wasn't acceptable. They promised to call me back but never did. Don't depend on them!

I was able to schedule an appointment with them yesterday, they were on time and and honest. They unclogged the sink and fixed a leaky handle that will be getting replaced soon. One of their name's was Ahmad, I don't remember the other guy's name but they were both great!

We had a great experience with Ahmad! He was kind, friendly, and respectful. He offered to use boot covers through our apartment and took the time to educate us and explain everything. Everyone I spoke with at this company is kind, timely, and helpful. Yani and Miriam went above and beyond on a holiday to help me get an appointment quickly! Definitely recommend!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the responsiveness, thoroughness, and efficiency of Avant Rooter. We suspected a leak, and within a day, over the holidays no less, we were able to get something on the books.

Ahmad came to our home and inspected everything in an extremely professional manner. With any plumbing or leak detection needs, I could not recommend Avant Rooter any more.

Anthony was a tremendous help. I had a leakage issue in my downstairs bathroom, and Anthony was able to determine the leak was coming from a leaky faucet in my laundry area. He recommended I put a hose cap on it until I had my washer installed. I was extremely happy with the service especially since he didn't charge me anything! I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone
