Beware of Avant. Had a clogged sewer line and called them. Friendly guys, cleared the drain with good 1st time response and pricing, but after that the experience went downhill fast. Had them come out a 2nd time and per their recommendation used hydro jet service. It was expensive but within 2 weeks the line was clogged again. After agreeing to stand by their work and come out for no charge to clear the line, they changed their mind a day later. Their new ""after the fact"" service...no warranty for sewer line cleaning, new price was $259 (5x the original price for a basic clean out). TOTAL RIP-OFF! We called someone else, easily finding a normal deal.

I found Avant Rooter through Yelp and I am so glad I did. They made making an appointment fast and easy. They were communicative throughout the process with when I could expect my technician to arrive. They provided me with a quote that was clear and ended up being spot on.

I had the luck of working with Raul Reyes today. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable and solved all my issues. He also took the time to explain why he was doing what he was doing and what it would cost before he did it. He laid out several options. I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge. He was clean when coming inside and took the time to make sure he left the area even tidier than when he came in.

Will definitely be calling Avant Rooter next time and asking for Raul.

Everyone from Avant Rooter are fabulous.
Not only are they friendly but very professional. Ivar came to look at our backup problem but he wasn't able to come in so Evan came instead. Evan did the job instantly and cleaned up the mess as he was going along. He even stayed to see if there was water leakage. To be honest I was little worried when Ivar couldn't make it but Evan was as nice as Ivar. I highly recommend Avant Rooter. I called several places but Avant Rooter was most affordable and I'm very satisfied with there service. Thank you Avant Rooter!

Our kitchen sink completely clogged, and Avant Rooter were able to send a technician within a few hours on the same day. The technician's name was Miguel. He was very professional and punctual. He explained all the costs up front so there was no hidden fee. He did a good job removing the clog, explaining what was going on during the work, keeping the site clean, as well as cleaning up afterwards. Over all, we are very satisfied.

Great customer service, excellent response and communication, very professional. We had a series of issues that started while we were cleaning and renovating our guest house for new renters. The shutoff valves for the main house and the guest house were old and frozen. The valves for the kitchen sink couldn't be replaced unit the shut off valves were replaced. Avant contacted me immediately on a Sunday, and sent Miguel out.
Miguel and his supervisor arrived on time diagnosed the problem quickly and scheduled the repairs for the next day.
All repairs were explained and the quote was fair.
Miguel showed up on time and started work immediately. A few other issues came up during the job and were handled quickly, easily.
I will definitely use Avant again.

I contacted Avant Rooter around 3pm and they immediately gave me a fair quote and scheduled someone for early the next morning. Every other company I contacted had a much longer wait time and wouldn't give an estimate without an in person consult - I had a clogged kitchen drain. Miguel came right on time and efficiently fixed the issue as well as identifying and repairing a previously existing leak.

Called Avant, and they were able to get a plumber come out for a free estimate the next day. After getting 2 other estimates, I called on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Monday (they also gave an option to schedule the weekend at no additional cost but I wasn't available). Daniel (plumber) was very professional and gave great explanations and responses to our questions. He replaced some pipes that were leaking under the sink. Quoted price was much less than the other 2 highly rated plumbers on yelp in our area. Will definitely keep in mind for future plumbing needs.
