Austex Sprinklers was great. Josh came out to install our rain water irrigation system; he was patient in answering our questions, and was professional and friendly. He made sure to check in with us periodically to ensure we would be happy with the system. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Austex. We hired Austex to help us with our drainage issues. The first time around the work was done well, but needed some tweaking a month later (we needed to see the drainage system in action after a heavy rain). Within a few days of contacting Phil, he sent Luciano and Joseph back to my home to fix the issues. They were polite, explained thoroughly what they did, and left my property in better shape than it was before they arrived. When we have the resources for a sprinkler system they will be the first company I will call for a quote. Thanks guys!

The whole team was great, but Josh and Ramon in particular were professional and on top of things. Josh was fantastic about confirming the project plan with me, going over the site, and managing communication with the team. Ramon clearly knew his craft and kept on top of the details with the team as the installation progressed. The whole team did a wonderful job, and I was so pleased that Austex was able to make it all happen on the weekend I was booked to fly back into town, despite the crazy weather recently. Awesome service, great communication, and a fair price. Couldn't ask for more from a service company. Had them come out to my new place and inspect / tune up my irrigation system. They fixed issues I knew I had, discovered a couple new ones, and got it all corrected. Highly recommend and will use again.

I really like this company and I am very picky! Anthony has come out three times. Every time I have been very impressed. Very professional, respectful, knowledgable and well dressed. The main office is very organized with appointments. This probably isn't the cheapest route but seriously, you get what you pay for. They do have fair pricing. I will continue to use their services. Highly recommend. Don't let the estimates scare you. You pay by the hour and they prorate.
