I scheduled this company to come out and do a system repair and service.
Anthony quickly found a problem then rescheduled my appointment
because he said this repair was not included in his time. When he came back
2-3 days later he was acting like he did not want to be there. He started trying
to find reasons not to finish the job that day and literally started using cuss
words while talking to me. I am used to people cussing but not during
business interactions. I had to convince him to call his office and reschedule his next appointment as he wanted to reschedule me again and cause me to
come back another day.

Anthony finally finished 5 hours later. After he left, I checked over
the repairs he did and found that most of them were done
sloppily. Some sprinkler heads were still in need of adjustment.
After the interactions with this tech, I did not feel comfortable calling them back out.
I will get these adjusted via another route as this company has very bad customer service procedures.
Lastly when I received my invoice, I noticed charges that were not discussed
in advance before the work had been completed.

After 3 weeks of trying to get in touch with a company rep. to resolve the invoice charges and pay, I received a text from the owner Phill Thompson who threatened legal action if the invoice was not paid within 24 hours.
He never tried to call or even email to discuss my concerns, just sent a threatening text.
I would have paid the invoice three weeks earlier had this company had a
proper way of addressing customer issues.

Anthony came out at the appointment time and completed a review and the repairs of my system in one hour!

He was very honest about the cost of replacing parts in the controller versus the cost of a new controller.

We had one sprinkler system valve that was leaking. Anthony came and not only replaced it, he also checked the popup heads and reset the controller. That means when the dry season starts, all I have to do its turn the system on.
I was especially pleased that Anthony answered my questions and patiently explained to me what to do next time a hard freeze is expected. That is a good approach to dealing with a customer--teach them how to do things correctly!
I am again pleased with their service and recommend them for your lawn sprinkler needs.

I contact them to see if they could replace a water pressure pump. The person answering the phone said that they could replace it so I made an appointment with them. As soon as the worker got there, he said he could not do the job. Now they're charging me $150. If I knew they couldn't do the job I would've never made the appointment. That is why I will not recommend this company to anybody.
