Don't bother with this group. Had an appointment set for several days and they call me after they're supposed to be there to tell me they're not coming at all and need to reschedule. I said I'll reschedule with another company... Their claim of a 4 hour response time is not accurate either. Lucky I got something with in 24 hours.

I've been meaning to write this but haven't until there was a true update. As Phil indicated, we talked and he proposed a discounted quote for my job based on my initial experience. Austex completed the job and has been out a couple times since to do some repairs I messed up. I would say to anyone to use them for sprinkler repair.

I contacted them after the rain we recently had.
Water has been collecting of our sloped driveway for some time now. This recent rain finally prompted me to finally do something about it.

I contacted Austex based on their tremendous positive reviews. I have to say now, I know why they all 5 stars, they deserve it!

Contacted them through Yelp. They reached me back the next day by email and phone. Two other companies I contacted took longer.

They were able to have someone come out the same week.

Josh came out, on time at 8am, actually early by 10 minutes to look at our service needs. He instantly made us comfortable with his kind demeanor and expertise.

They sent us a quote two days later. Offered us a work discount which helped us confirm the project through them.

Scheduling the project was easy. Was able to get it going the following week.

Josh and Anthony did a GREAT job installing a drain and routing pipe to defer water away from the driveway. They took meticulous care to make it look clean, seamless and like they were never there. Awesome!

Josh called me the next day to make sure I was pleased with the work and install. I gave him the high praise he deserved and told him I would recommend them to anyone who could use their services!

Great company. Great people. Highly recommend!

Ok, take this review with a grain of salt . I never dealt with Austex Sprinklers.
But... I might have. Pretty good job, a couple of acres. I called three times, three days - no response.

I think that is kind of lame. What happens when I have a problem.

But hey - give them a call, you may get lucky.

Working with Austex Sprinklers went as well as it could. I contacted several companies for sprinkler installation and didn't even get a call back. However, Austex came over when expected and gave me a bid as they promised. I accepted and I was given a date for sprinkler installation. The day came and everything was done perfectly all in one day. The whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. I highly recommend.

I am so happy with this company. Their field tech, Trevor Adams, came out to our home to review and help fix a sprinkler system that is already in place. He spent 2 hour thoroughly going over every single aspect of the system with me. He moved things around and told me what he wouldn't and would fix. There were multiple things that I thought needed to be fixed and he just twisted something or indicated it really wasn't worth the money to fix. I really appreciated his honesty and his willingness to answer all of my questions. So far, so good with this company.

Just had Austex Sprinklers re-visit an install to determine if dead grass was a coverage issue or something else. Communication was first-rate: emails to schedule the service, phone call 1/2 hour out from the appointment, and Justin even showed up early to get things going before the heat of the day. Turns out our problem was/is brown patch and while the coverage may have contributed to it, it's more complicated to remedy than just adjusting sprinkler heads. I got some great advice, along with the sprinkler adjustment, and feel as good as always to recommend Austex to everyone. Service is a key facet of any install, and so far the service has been top-notch.

I drove a metal stake through one of my sprinkler supply lines. After botching the repair myself, I called Austex. Trevor arrived on-time and repaired the line in a quarter of the time it took me to do it. He also spent time educating me on my system, including the nuances of my control panel, even though I thought I knew everything about it already. He was great - I definitely got my money's worth. FANTASTIC customer service.
