Joseph just left and did a great job identifying and fixing our sprinkler issue. Nice guy. Reasonable price to fix. No request to do a yelp review like another reviewer mentioned. I'm doing this on my own because I go to yelp to find good businesses and have had trouble with other sprinkler companies in the past. I recommend these guys.

I had a few things needed done. I needed one pipe capped off after one of the dogs got a hold of it. Also had installed a Rain Machine myself but apparently got a few wires overlapped. The Tech came out, was on time. Fixed all of my small issues and then got the Unit back up and running. I can now see and set anything from my phone for my sprinklers. Austex Thanks!

Do not use this company if you want responsive and quality service. We originally requested our system to be repaired and they sent someone out a few days later - who was really late vs quoted time. Then they said they would have someone contact us regarding making repairs - we ended up having to follow-up with them. After two day of reschedules they finally showed up and ended up not repairing all the sprinklers that were flagged. Now we have a leaked control box and when asked to come fix it they quoted six weeks to get out. Highly suggest you look elsewhere as we already have.

They were great! Had them out to correct some previous work done by another company and to make a number of repairs. They were at my house early and called when on they were on their way. Great work all the way around! Professional and friendly!

Young Alex was my tech to service and repair my sprinklers. He was personable and polite. He carefully tested each zone and found several leaks which he promptly repaired.

My most favorable comment is he has the characteristic of the sevice people I love. He was competent. It can be a rare trait these days!

I called late afternoon last week to schedule an appointment. Whereas their competitor's didn't pick up the phone at all, these folks did. I couldn't be there when Alex came out to add a few sprinkler heads and remedy low water pressure in a zone, but that wasn't a problem for him. He communicated effectively and patiently over the phone. I'm very pleased. Definitely recommend.

I try to choose carefully to find a reputable company and I chose Austex Sprinklers because of the amount of great reviews in Yelp. They did not disappoint! The tech who arrived at my place was Frank M. He was awesome! Very nice to speak with, extremely helpful and educational on a few items. You could tell just be speaking with him that he is a good human. :) It was clear that he had my best interest in mind when we were talking about the related sprinkler issues. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future and I will be sure to tell anyone I know about this company.

I used Austex couple of months ago to fix my sprinkler system. They were very busy at that time but was able to get appointment after 2 weeks. I was helped by Alex and Preston. There are 2 heads not fixed so called again to let them know. Austex sent someone the very next day to address it.
