We hired Aurora plumbing to check for a natural gas leak. On the plus side, they had availability the next day and showed up on time. The downside is that after testing and finding that we were just missing an inexpensive cap, we were charged $500. For about 30 min of work. Can't figure out if the labor is worth $1000 an hour or if we have the world's most valuable cap....

Two hose bibs (outdoor faucets) needed replacing. I provided the new ones. I was told I needed to pay $420 for replacing each one. $7 a minute (each hose bib would take an hour).
then, when I wasn't stupid enough to be taken advantage of, they wanted to charge me $39 for showing up and telling me they didn't know how to do what I asked, but a ""technician would come and do it.""
Then... they WROTE MY CREDIT CARD INFO INCLUDING VERIFICATION NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DOWN...IN TRIPLICATE... ON A PAPER ""stored in a file""....
at least they have a file of credit card numbers they can abuse whenever they wanthin violation of PCI compliance...
How are these people in business?

Steven took care of us! The service this company provides has not disappointed. They have been to our home multiple times to check our old swamp cooler and install a new one. Pump broke on the new one and they came by bright and early the next day. Very transparent on pricing and everything they will be doing, even gives others options to think about. I would highly recommend APC plumbing to anyone.

We had some recent work provided by your company on 12MAR2021. The total job included the install of (three) owner provided faucets, (one) owner provided disposal reattachment, and six 1/4 turn valves provided and install by APC. The whole completed job took you tech approximately 2.5 hours. My question is, the written bill was not fully itemized for cost of parts, or for hourly break down per task. It had a short description of work with just flat rate costs provided. Our job invoice# is 114085, our if needed I could email you a copy of the actual invoice. Is there a way to receive an itemized copy of parts and hourly costs. Because the total was $1963.00, that's a breakdown of approximately $785 per hours.

I've been using Aurora plumbing for a number of years
for all my plumbing needs. A great company to work with. They always do a great job. Today Carlos worked on replacing a section of old pipes. He was very polite an answered all my questions. He also explained everything he was going to do and the cost before he started work. I have also had a gentleman Steven do several jobs for me. I highly recommend either of them if you desire a good job for a fair price.

I called to have a dripping faucet repaired, I inquired with whoever I was on the phone with about their safety policies due to Covid-19 as there is an 86 year old living in this home, they assured me they take all precautions as safety is a priority. The plumber did show up wearing a mask and he took a look at the faucet, he was here about 15 minutes and he advised he would need to replace the faucet and recommended that I purchase it myself to save money, that was very thoughtful. I agreed as I would need to get 2 faucets at this point because there are double sinks in the bathroom. He came back to install the faucets and it didn't take too long, about an hour and I heard him getting ready to leave so I got up to pay him and found him walking through the house without a mask on (it was laying on the bathroom counter) he said he was taking out the garbage, I assumed meaning the old faucets. Later I saw only the faucets were replaced and not the stoppers that come with the purchase of the faucets so the trash he was taking was stealing the other half of my faucets and lying to me about it. Also I have done some checking on how much it costs to replace a faucet and high end is approximately $445 for a touchless faucet which these were not, these were basic Delta faucets I purchased at Lowe's. All he had to do was come over and install them, he was here about an hour and charged me more than what would be charged for a touchless faucet to be installed including materials. I would not recommend this company as they will lie and steal from you. I have called the company and the plumber directly to return the remainder of the new faucets that he took with him but he has not returned them yet.

I absolutely have to give APC Plumbing an awesome review for their professionalism, friendliness and understanding - please note I have not actually had their help with a plumbing issue. Here's what happened: more or less it was a Saturday afternoon when I had an immediate plumbing issue come up with a leaking bathtub. I called APC and immediately they answered, but unfortunately they didn't have any availability until Monday. However, the man on the phone was super friendly and helpful, so I agreed to an appointment Monday morning in case we couldn't find anyone else to come out. He even placed us on a cancellation list for the weekend in case anything opened up. Fortunately, we were able to get someone else to come get the problem solved that day. Flash forward to Monday, and I had completely forgotten to call and cancel the appointment with APC, and right on time at 820 am (estimated arrival was between 8-9am) a plumber from APC showed up. We apologized profusely and explained the situation and he was nothing but friendly, understanding and professional. He even brought in our trash can from the street side (it had been picked up that morning). He didn't make us feel bad or pressured, and handled the situation with the utmost grace. So huge shout out and again, our apologies, to APC Plumbing, who was reliable, friendly and understanding when we were frazzled and unintentionally rude. We will absolutely be calling them in the future if we are in need of plumbing help again. Thank you!

Rudest plumber I have had. Shows up stated price was wrong that's as quoted and there is an hourly rate after the first hour. I don't recommend this group. When calling and talking to office they said/did nothing. I don't recommend places that change pricing on the spot and add fee's and hourly rates...

My washing machine drain spout would spill water every time I did a load of laundry. One of their plumbers came out on 1/31 and I had to call back when I found more water on the floor under the washer recently , so Dallas came back out today to check the line. It turns out my washing machine was leaking as well and the clean out drain had a crack in it. Thanks to their 30 day guarantee the second trip was free. I really appreciate the information that Dallas provided including looking at my water heater as well as his customer service oriented demeanor. I will call them again if I have other plumbing issues.

What a bunch of thiefs. American Home Shield Warranty Company put a work order for my hot water tank that went on 1-7-19 and 4 sinks and 2 toilets. Chris the technician showed up at 5:40, the window was 1-6pm. His hands filthy dirty, parked on the curb, ran thru the house didnt ask wha to repair first. Repaired the guest bath sink and thought toilet, as soon as he left, the toilet would flush it self every 4 minutes. I called them the next day, nope had to call AHS for a recall. I said they need to add other requests. So, again a week later suppose to be here 1-6pm, Chris called said 7-7:30pm that is unacceptable. Who does that. SO the submitted to AHS a fictitious repair request that guess what equaled the amount of a new hot water tank. I asked for a estimate they said they couldn't do it. I said no one pays for something w/o a break down. They put TNP I asked Brandon what is that. He said a relief valve. I said no way, hot water tanks come with a relief valve, jerks, rip off artists. People need to complain and file class action law suit and contact attorney general office

Hey the Sandra that posted the dog pic, put yr real face on it as BBB has 23 complains about them, there is no way they would be amazing.

Noice after a complaint there is a excellent on, more fraud....
