Hands down the best service. Kevin and Ryan came in the same day I clogged up then kitchen sinks that started to overflow. Kevin even looked at another issue I was worried about with no questions. It was quick and easy and highly professional. What another prior plumber couldn't fix or explain, Kevin did both. HIGHLY recommend.

Called them when we had a gas leak .
They quoted us $4,500 to run a new line from house to meter .
We spoke to a second plumber , he said totally not necessary to run a new line . He replaced the exterior gas line that had been damaged by lawnmower & weed eater .
1/4 of $4,500 .
Gas co did come & check for leaks n turned gas back on .

I lost a diamond stud earring down the bathtub drain and the search was on for someone who might be able to find and retrieve it. Y'all, Augerpros are my new heroes! Jerry sent Brian and Blake out and they were amazing! Jerry even stopped by too! It was a very tedious and time consuming job but in the end we were all thrilled that "Operation Diamond Search and Rescue" was a SUCCESS! Great job by Keith. Much more work than I originally anticipated, nonetheless Keith was very professional in completing the toilet flange repair. A little more $ than I expected however given the amount of time and work needed it was well worth it. I very much am grateful for his patience as well as his "can do" attitude as the flange needed to be cut out and then replaced, with a better quality one. Very pleased.

We acted proactively in replacing our existing water heater. It was 14 years old and very energy and cost inefficient. We requested a few quotes, and Augerpros was our choice! Brendan came out one afternoon and assessed the existing situation. He was very open and transparent with his findings. He presented things in an organized fashion and answered confidently in all questions we threw out. He then gave us options available for replacements and some add ons we were curious about. After little deliberation, we called back later with some quick follow up questions and asked to schedule the job. By Noon the next day, the job was completed and delivered as promised. We are now more energy efficient, up to code, and happier with our water heater situation! The entire process (started via Yelp) was seamless and honestly flawless. I had a very, very good experience with Master Plumber Chance Robertson about 6 months ago, and recently, after my 2nd experience with them, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jerry. Now I understand where all the 5 star reviews come from. He is clearly more interested in his customers than his bottom line, which is a very rare thing today. He trains his people in this way, too, and lives to do good on earth, to please others and works to serve God, not man. He exudes integrity as a good Christian who walks the walk, and not just talks the talk. He shows this integrity in his actions to put customers first and will bend over backwards to please a customer's needs or concerns. My first job was for my 96 year old mother, and Chance Robertson couldn't have done any better, been more friendly, thorough, respectful, professional or reasonable. He took care of her as if she was his own mother. I was floored that such people still existed in the industry. Then, in dire straits with a blocked shower that kept 2 toilets and showers from draining in my own home, and during one of his busiest days in a week of record freezing temps again, Jerry flipped his schedules around to accommodate my needs by having his Master Plumber Brian and his helper Blake come to my rescue the same day to get my toilets and shower working again. They are both exceptional people and are like a dog with a bone when working a problem. I'm also disabled and under monthly Anesthesiologist care for the past 21 years on the highest pain medication allowed daily after being run over by a drunk driver, and he doesn't fully know the difficulty that this problem causes me. But, he does this for all his customers. I would highly recommend these people for any of your plumbing needs as you will not go wrong or be disappointed. Jerry will always make it right. He has some of the best plumbers I've ever met, and all their work has been top notch. You can see this in review after review wherever you go to read reviews on them. What I especially like is that all of them appear to operate under good Christian principles, with high integrity for doing the job right and leaving the customer happy. They cleaned up well after themselves and wore protective gear on their feet while in my home. For this reason, I highly recommend AugerPros for any needs. You will get the best possible service for a price that is likely lower than any others you might call. Many thanks to my new friend, Jerry, and his many skilled people! You made my Christmas list!

Augerpros Plumbing, and specifically Kevin and Ryan, did an awesome job on my water heater replacement. Since I've only been in this house two years, they helped to identify some existing code violations with the exhaust pipe and thoroughly explained the updates that were needed to make everything right. They did a fantastic job on the install and the overall final result with the code updates is a work of art. I am very pleased with the result and could not have asked for two better people to work with and to work on my home. Kevin and Ryan were both very professional, timely, personable and their work was top notch. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Augerpros uses a superhero for their logo, and honestly they have been one for me.

I had a horrible plumbing nightmare appear when I had multiple plumbing companies have differing hydrostatic testing reports following a foundation lift. I call it a nightmare, because one companies owner even got in an argument with me when I mentioned what might be the cause of the discrepancy.

At this point, I needed a third opinion and Augerpros sent their "pipewhisperer" Kory to help me.

Kory went the extra mile in trying to hunt down the supposed leak, explain the findings to us and help us understand our options along the way.

Fortunately on that repair, they discovered a small issue in our clean outs was the source of the discrepancies and got us fixed up and saved us from thousands in costly exploratory leak finding. They also provided a great explanation as to how the other plumbing companies were getting different results, and their paperwork satisfied our foundation company so that I did not have to deal with their less than pleasant plumbing partner any more.

That earned them 5 stars alone... but not less than a month later, I found myself suffering a major service line leak!

They sent Kory again and he quickly found the issue and with his apprentice Tommy they got started on the work the next day, even with it being Christmas week they got us online and stopped the yard from flooding.

I appreciate how communicative Auger is, and how Kory and Tommy both tolerate our excess of questions and request for information. I appreciate also that the minimized the time we had to be on site during the testing and repairs and worked around our busy schedules!
