Kevin Houser came to fix my kitchen sink garbage disposer. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue on the same day. He was friendly and answered all my questions and gave suggestions on the sink remounting as well. He went above and beyond and replaced the pipe connecting to the sink drain. On June 18, 2024, the drain line for my clothes washing machine was backing up water. My husband called a plumber and they came the next day. We were charged a total of $2,748 to snake the line (which my husband had done at least 4 times), Hydrojet the line, and finally inserted a camera through the line which clearly showed what appeared to be a chunk of tile was causing the blockage. After all that, the washing machine drain line was still backing up, so we were then scheduled for a robotic procedure the next day for $3201 additional charge!

Later that evening, distraught by being charged $6,000, my husband decided to try to clear the drain line himself by creating an attachment to the snake he had used previously, but we didn't know if it worked. We decided to get a second opinion and looked on Yelp, and connected with AugerPros. I was lucky that their plumber was in the area just finishing another job and was able to stop by. Plumber Brenden West visually confirmed that the blockage was cleared by my husband and only charged us a service fee, and nothing for the camera confirmation. If you want an intelligent, honest and fair company call AugerPros. Within about 2 hours of calling AugerPros we were so relieved to know that this issue was resolved!! Thank you Kaitlynne (the very efficient and helpful phone rep & scheduler), Brenden West, and his assistant. We will be calling AuguerPros for any future plumber needs. A++ service. TY!

Overpriced for hose bib replacement was $400. Don't recommend using them and will not be calling back
