Honestly, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless there is a problem - but these guys were great. Devan was great at explaining the problem and options. Definitely felt like they weren't trying to pile things onto the bill. Kaye was awesome as well. Praying I never need to call a plumber again- but if I do, it will be these guys.

I found Augerpros Plumbing through Yelp and was extremely satisfied with the service! Kaye responded quickly and was friendly when setting up the appointments I needed. Devan fixed my toilet and was very professional! He explained my options in terms I could understand and there was no pressure to make any decisions on service options. I really appreciate that Augerpros sends you a photo of your technician before they arrive so you know exactly who to expect. I will definitely use Augerpros for my future plumbing needs!

I've had Augerpros come out on two different occasions for very different issues. They took care of business quickly and effectively both times. One of the situations required an investigation visit, and they didn't even charge for that. I'll definitely be calling them again, and I have another project in mind to make some of our water-handling more efficient (and less prone to problems). In addition to handling our problems well, communication was great all around.

These guys were great. I called on a Friday afternoon and they had a team out Saturday morning. Turned out that it was a simple fix. But, they were totally honestly when they could have gouged me. When you find an honest company these days, you want to recommend them.

I will give them 2 stars just for showing up promptly to bid on a couple of items. But they did not get the job, because they were so far overpriced I could not fathom using them. 4 items were bid at $910. The time before that, they bid $1500 to run a gas line for my natural gas grill. Then, I would of had to hire a carpenter to redo the dry wall and there is no telling what that would of run. After 2 tries, I will have to find someone else in the future. We just can't be paying that kind of money for anyone to do a small repair. Maybe they can get that kind of money on commercial jobs. I would not suggest calling them for a residential job though. Just Youtube and do it yourself or keep trying until you find someone with down to earth pricing.

They were able to come out on the same day we called, and then actually arrived ahead of schedule and confirmed via phone call to make sure that would be okay.
The technicians were informative, fast, and courteous. They replaced to water valves in our master bathroom and also inspected our water heater since we're interested in going tankless in the future.
Overall, we're very happy with the quality of service and will be calling on them again for future plumbing needs.

First of all, Kaye was bomb in getting me set up. 2 techs came out ahead of schedule and unclogged the toilet. It was expensive $149 BUT they honored the 10% off for yelp check in eventhough it actually wouldn't let me check in. Will definitely use again. Kaye gets a raise lol. Thank you for great customer service as I feel it's a lost art these days.
