Dave and his Sidekick were amazing. They showed up within a hour as promised and were Very professional. The two man team got straight to work and did not leave until the problem was fixed. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done, in the amount of time they were here. They will be our first call from now on. Great work!!

Seriously! AS GOOD AS IT GETS! My Hubby and I just purchased a house back in September. This Saturday we ran into a major plumping issue. Our kitchen, shower, tub, and toilet backed up. No flow what so ever. We called our home shield people and they sent over a plumber from their list. He showed stayed for about 30mins and left without fixing the problem and after leaving a huge wet mess in my bathroom. And gave me the worst news ever root damage with no way of clearing it unless I called in a specialist. GREAT! Money I cant afford!
So I called (almost in tears) Auburn Plumbing Co., Dave answered and says ""I'll see you in 30mins."" He showed up with a smile on his face. He put me at ease and said that he was pretty determined to fix any problem. He tried and tried to snake the line and eventually said to his assistant. ""Get the big box."" He busted through the clog and stuck a camera down the line to see what was going on. I now know EXACTLY what is wrong with my plumbing and what we need to do to fix it. I now know where any potential problems may arise later on with our line. Dave and his trusty assistant were professional, funny, put me at ease, fabulous! I promise I will NEVER EVER use anyone else for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future! Thanks Mr. Dave for putting my mind at ease and for being so determined to get the job done!
You have made a lifelong client out of me and if anyone ever asks, I would recommend you every time!

Dave came right over when I called and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Came back to do the work when he said he would, did the work more quickly than he thought, didn't over-charge - cost was same as his estimate, and was jovial and happy worker!
What a nice guy to work with - Dave's our new go-to plumber!

Angels of the plumbing world!! Auburn plumbing co., Dave Shaw and assistant, did a complicated repair of the totally not-flowing-at all kitchen and bathroom plumbing in a deteriorated ancient home for No Charge At All. Today an elderly gentleman just home from hospital can use toilet and shower and kitchen sink again after a long time of ""making do"" without as he has outlived his family and friends and savings. Thank You Dave, for your skill and generosity, and for the inspiration of your example.

I called Auburn Plumbilg yesterday for a water heater leak. I would recomend Dave to anyone!! He was helpful, honest and afordable. Dave gave me options and explained what happened and why. When he came out I remembered that he had repaired my septic tank 5 years ago and I've never had a problem with it since! Dave and Auburn Plumbing will be the only plumber I will ever call.

We called Dave at Auburn Plumbing today 2/27/11. Being Sunday, I thought it would be a while before getting someone here to help with our clogged bathroom drain. Dave was at our door in less than 30 minutes! I've use the big plumbing services before and let me tell you - they don't hold a candle to Dave. Dave was so nice to work with - a real pleasant guy who really knows his trade. He got the job done fast and the cost was most reasonable. We will use Dave in the future for ANY plumbing issue.

Well, if you read this you will find that I recommend that you use Dave and Auburn Plumbing if you need a plumber. Kind of funny since I have never used his services.
I played a music gig way up in the foothills. I stupidly left some equipment there. It would have been about a 3 hour round trip for me to get my stuff. In desperation I started calling random businesses in that area to see if anyone was coming my way. I happened to reach Dave. Just out of kindness, he offered to go out of his way, grab my stuff, and take it to a place that would be easy for me to get to. When I called to thank him afterward I could just tell by talking to him that he is a guy that genuinely does his best.
You have to put a lot of trust in a plumber. Their work is hidden inside walls and under houses where no normal person ever goes. You need to trust that, when your plumber is crawling around under there and is very uncomfortable, that he cares enough about his work and his reputation and his customer that he does the best job that he is capable of. You need a guy with the integrity to do the job right no matter what. There are probably other good guys in the Auburn area. But I know Dave is one and I know how rare that really is.
So yeah, I suggest you use Auburn Plumbing if you need a plumber. If he would treat me this way, a guy that will never be his customer, how will he treat you?
