Dave is one of the ""good guys""! He was responsive and extremely helpful, going out of his way to service our problematic water heater. This was the easiest 5 stars I've ever given:) Dave is not only on-time and professional in his relationship with his customers, but he is a genius plumber! I've had a hot water pressure problem for 10 years since I've bought my home and the previous owners had it for at least 10 years and we've both exhausted every plumber, solar hot water system tech and drain experts w/o any results.....Well, Dave took about 2 minutes to look things over and came up with 2 possiblilities and w/in 2.5 hours my hot water line was fixed and I was able to enjoy my first hot shower in 10 years:)) Thanks Dave.....:)

I was very impressed with Dave for the following reasons:

1. Availability - Called him late on a Saturday afternoon and he called back the next morning to say he could come by and look at the problem. He was there by 11 after working on another job before mine.
2. Skills - This guy KNOWS what he's doing. I had really serious sewer problems and he methodically worked through diagnosing and then fixing all of the issues.
3. Technology - Dave has invested in the equipment he needs to EFFECTIVELY and EFFICIENTLY handle sewer problems.
4. Attitude - Let's face it, working on sewer problems isn't the most glamorous job, but Dave took care of business with a smile on his face and a very pleasant demeanor.

I had called thinking all I had was a clogged toilet. I took him under the house and showed him the drain pipe for the toilet in question. In 5 seconds he tapped the pipe and said ""you're full"" meaning the sewer was completely backed up into the house. He then located the outside cleanout and determined that it was actually flowing so slow that the sewage was seeping out of the cleanout and into my garden (yikes). He then snaked down into the sewer and found a funky connection into the main sewer and roots upon roots clogging the pipes. Next he put a hydrojet into the pipe and blasted most of the roots out so he could run his camera down the pipe and actually see what was going on. He called me over the look as he pushed the camera down the pipe. He showed me every issue with the system. When he determined there were still more roots that needed to be cleared out, he put the 'root ranger' nozzle on the hose and blasted down the sewer with that device, which completely cleaned out the pipe. Afterward, he put the camera down again and showed me. It was completely clear and the water was flowing perfectly! After clearing everything out, he recommended putting root killer into the pipe to delay the recurrence of the roots, which I had him do.

He even has a detection system that enables him to push the camera down the pipe and, when he locates a problem, he can use a metal-detector-like unit to determine exactly where and how far down the problem is under the ground.

This guy is good. You won't be sorry if you call Dave.

I used Auburn Plumbing about a year ago for a water heater problem. They responded the same day and got the water heater manufacturer to send out replacement parts under warranty, even though the warranty had expired. They gave great service at very reasonable rates.

Today, I was having another problem with the water heater and called Dave and he diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. Took me a half hour to fix and his instructions were right on. There was no charge. What great friendly customer service.

I had a plugged up drain pipe problem which caused my bathtubs and toilets to back up, what a mess that was. I called Auburn plumbing and got help very quickly. Dave came out to the house exactly when he said he would be there and fixed the problem for me. I was very happy with his work and his reasonable rates because I had the same problem a few months ago and I was charged twice as much by a different company for the same work. Thanks Dave!. I will be calling Auburn plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

They are our favorite flavor of ""Life Savers"" !!
With a really stressfull/damaged job not completed by a home warranty plumber that was sent out, Dave and his ""tonto"" assistant Jay immediately came to the rescue and within an hour had the clog in the toilet/tub removed, had all our plumbing needs met and will be on the top of our list for ALL plumbing needs. I have and will continue to recommend them to all who will listen. Thank you Gents, reasonable prices for an emergency. they certainly deserve more $ than I can afford and much more than they requested for payment of a job superbly done.

Dave and his Sidekick were amazing. They showed up within a hour as promised and were Very professional. The two man team got straight to work and did not leave until the problem was fixed. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done, in the amount of time they were here. They will be our first call from now on. Great work!!

Seriously! AS GOOD AS IT GETS! My Hubby and I just purchased a house back in September. This Saturday we ran into a major plumping issue. Our kitchen, shower, tub, and toilet backed up. No flow what so ever. We called our home shield people and they sent over a plumber from their list. He showed stayed for about 30mins and left without fixing the problem and after leaving a huge wet mess in my bathroom. And gave me the worst news ever root damage with no way of clearing it unless I called in a specialist. GREAT! Money I cant afford!
So I called (almost in tears) Auburn Plumbing Co., Dave answered and says ""I'll see you in 30mins."" He showed up with a smile on his face. He put me at ease and said that he was pretty determined to fix any problem. He tried and tried to snake the line and eventually said to his assistant. ""Get the big box."" He busted through the clog and stuck a camera down the line to see what was going on. I now know EXACTLY what is wrong with my plumbing and what we need to do to fix it. I now know where any potential problems may arise later on with our line. Dave and his trusty assistant were professional, funny, put me at ease, fabulous! I promise I will NEVER EVER use anyone else for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future! Thanks Mr. Dave for putting my mind at ease and for being so determined to get the job done!
You have made a lifelong client out of me and if anyone ever asks, I would recommend you every time!
