Dave and his crew are great, Ive used them more than once and he always comes thru with excellent customer service and follow up to ensure the job was done correctly. Solid company, and in my cases same day service even when I called late in the morning.

Absolutely perfect service. I called at 9am about a non-functioning sewer pump - after checking their schedule they said Dave would be here between 2 and 3pm. They came a bit before 3 after calling first that they were on the way). Got down to work, replaced a non-functional switch, cleaned everything up and were done by 4pm. Friendly, fast, on-time and competent execution - i could not have asked for more.

Dave is THE MAN. We had a hot water heater die (it was over 20 years old) and he went over and above to find a new heater when suppliers were closing early for the holiday, and then squeeze through a not-big enough hole to and fix the problem well into the evening on the night before Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving will be a little warmer in our house thanks to you, Dave!

I feel extremely lucky to have Dave cross my path last week. We had sewage backing up into our home and gurgly pipes. After some investigation the pump in our lift station had stopped working (I didn't even know I had a lift station or what one even was!). I called a septic company and scheduled them to come suck out the sewage that had backed up. I then called Auburn Pipe to arrange them to look at my pump. They too were gracious, but overbooked for the day, so they recommended Dave @ Auburn Plumbing and that is when the magic happened. Dave took the time to ask me a ton of questions up front, he actually came by my house ahead of the septic company to check out the situation because he felt possibly I didn't need the septic cleaning and wanted to save me some money if he could. He confirmed that yes I needed it and he coordinated his arrival time around it. He showed up with all the right tools and parts. He was incredibly genuine, kind and funny. He was patient as well. He let me stand there and watch the entire process and ask him a million questions. I felt like an inquisitive 6 year old, but he didn't seem to mind. I truly felt he had my pocketbook in mind and was doing what was best for me, not trying to make money off my crappy misfortune (pun intended).
This is a genuine man who is very good at what he does. His phone was ringing off the hook when he finished my job. He was extraordinarily gracious to each person he spoke to trying to troubleshoot over the phone and making arrangements to take care of their needs. I cannot recommend this man or his company enough to anyone having plumbing issues in the greater Auburn area. He is a true gem and I am lucky he was able to come help me with my issue.

I am impressed! I contacted Dave at Auburn Plumbing based off his reviews because I thought I had a plumbing issue. He stayed on the phone and asked many questions as to what I had going on. He was very patient listening to my information. He educated me and seemed to really understand what I was saying. He referred me to Sierra Pipe since he believed we were having an issue with our water and not a plumbing issue. What a great guy! Thanks Dave for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

Discovered we had a sewer blockage 5 minutes before leaving for work at 7 am. Found via Yelp and called Dave. He worked me into the schedule and had Luis and Zak at the house by 11 as promised. They found redwood tree roots in the line, cleaned them out, and marked the path of the line in the backyard. Prior owners planted a redwood tree, which is now about 30 feet tall within 1-2 feet from the line. Now a simple reroute should take care of the persistent problem. Thanks ABC!

I am adding my 5 stars to an already stellar review history for this company. I called them because of their reviews here, and I was not disappointed. Dave and his assistant came out and diagnosed our problem, which was not trivial by any means. He then came up with a fix that avoided breaking up the concrete, which would have cost us a fortune. Now we're back online, the water pressure is better than before, and the bill was very reasonable.

This is a grade A company.

Dave and his guys have helped me several times now with rental properties when plumbing issues crop up. Most recently they unclogged a basement drain that seemed to defy logic. After removing tennis balls, t-posts, and all kinds of other detrius, they finally got it cleared. I applaud their tenacity, great communication, and problem solving. While no one ever likes to pay for plumbing repairs, after all the best case scenario after they fix it is it works like it should anyway, Auburn Plumbing is honest and their rates are as reasonable as they get. They are now my go-to guys for emergency repairs. Thanks!

I had a shower that only sprayed cold water. I thought the problem might be adjustment of the shower valve. After looking at it, I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called Dave of Auburn Plumbing (because of the good reviews on Yelp). I asked him if I could explain the problem and maybe he could point the way if the solution was easy so that I wouldn't actually have to call out a plumber.
Dave went above and beyond that. After my description of the valve and the problem he ask a couple of quick questions then identified the valve as a Moen Posi-Temp. He said that they can fail and I only needed to replace the cartridge which I could get locally. He had me send a photo of the valve with the cover off so that he could verify which cartridge it was and tell me how to disassemble and reassemble it. I got the valve cartridge and followed Dave's excellent instructions. The shower works perfectly.
I asked Dave if I could pay for his time and he declined.
Dave even called me back in the evening to ask how it went!
