Let me start by saying I didn't even want to give this company even one star but you have to in order to write your review. I had an appt for 11/5 between 12-4pm window. I made the appt a week ahead of time. 11/5 at 4:30 and there was still no plumber at my door. I called the office and reached the most unhelpful person ever!!!! She didn't apologize but said in a matter of fact voice ""we will be out tomorrow"". Not one I'm sorry. She scheduled me for the next morning between 8-12. I called at 9am on 11/6 on my rescheduled day to make sure I was on the schedule and the phone rang and then instantly disconnected. I tried for 10 minutes with no answer. I finally got thru and dealt with the same unhelpful employee/wife or whatever she is to the company, and she basically told me that there is no way to reach the crew and they don't contact the customers. So it was left with me waiting again. Both days I had to take off time from work. End of story they never showed up and never called. I finally got a plumber that came during the appt window and they showed up
and fixed my drain. DONT CONSIDER ATTABOY PLUMBING EVER

Doesn't return calls even after publicly responding to review! What's the point to responding? Oh yes that's right! To make him look like he's trying! I called and left message and never got a call back!

Worst company EVER! Waited over 8 hours with no service! Had to call myself 7 times with the response of ""we're sorry... not sure what's going on... we're behind. We'll be there soon"" then "" so sorry not my fault... dispatch should have been in contact with you. Well cancel your appointment@

5STARS for RYAN employee! He did a great job replacing the water heater. ZERO STARS FOR OWNER who who was prices were DOUBLE and OUTRAGEOUS! OVER $4000! 2nd job was canceled and given to.another local licensed plumber. RYAN employee was NOT the reason. The OWNER should be ASHAMED!

Horrible company I had a leak in my bathroom they charged me 10765 with no explanation to this price or proof wouldn't get back to my insurance company and what the technician did give my insurance was different stories and no proof when trying to call the owner he will not return your calls I emailed no reply I sent certified letter it was returned I drove to the address that is on the invoice and it is for rent the contractor license is at another address looks like a home I don't know. They take advantage of people be wary!

omg I have never had a company treat me so poorly, they have no concept of respecting a paying customers time or concerns. communication and time management are foreign concepts to these people! Id get an outhouse before calling them again. real rating ........ -5 stars

I was told a plumber would be at my house between 8:00 and noon. No show no call. I called them two times and was told they would be there at 7 pm. I cancelled my plans and again no show no call. This company does not appreciate the customer. They are horrible at customer service. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would this company is absolutely ridiculous and has the worst customer service I've experience ever. I had them come out for a septic pumping and was quoted a price by the tech. They called me back and asked for additional funds to do the pumping, other companies were charging 500-800. After several phone calls, I was told that the rep would call me on Monday and he didn't call, I was told the owner Mike would call me on Tuesday and he didn't call. When he finally called me on Wednesday, he was rude and hung up the phone. BEWARE OF RHIS COMPANY----they are shitty.....pun intended!
