Scammers.... Charge you a show up fee but cant give you any idea of rate over the phone.... Tell you it will cost something to fix it than it doesnt fix the clog than try to charge for a unfixed job

I continually asked when I called how much did it call to swap out a toilet. The lady said the servicemen would tell me. I asked is it a set price? She said I don't know. I asked if she could give me a ball park figure? No she said she had no idea. When the technician showed up. I asked again, is swaping out a toilet a set price? He said yes. I then asked how much since I have everything he would need. He said $787.00 I said forget it! I said if the lady answering the phone should have told me that and saved us both the trouble. . I then asked about the $79 show up fee. I said if the lady had given me some information. She could has saves us both a lot of trouble. I refused to pay it as I figured it was just a scam to get you to be stuck in the situation. 10 minutes later I got a call from a very rude man saying the lady on the phone dosen't know anything. I said that's ridiculous! If swaping out a toilet is a set price? She should know that and should have told me. He kept saying I'm writing up your bill right now and if you don't oay it! It will go to collections. I said I'm not paying it and he got mad and started raising his voice. I hung up! Since then I have posted this all over social media and have gotten over 45 other people messaging me about how Atta boy plumbing is a lousy plumbing company and how they got ripped off by them and ended up having to hire another pluming company to do the job they were supposed to do and for a whole lot less! They also have an F rating on the BBB website! Look it up before you call them! I wish I had!!! I'm now over 50 people that say don't use Atta boy plumbing!!! This is all in the last 8 hours!

This company will only quote you once they arrive. Then they have the nerve to charge you for a quote which will be greatly overinflated. They are crooks and taking advantage of people. Shame on them!!!!

Unreasonably overpriced. Wanted to charge $359 to tighten and silicone a kitchen faucets what a rip off.

I understand that plumbing isn't cheap and if there was an actual repair but this is ridiculous!

All these recent 1 star reviews are right in line with what I experienced as well. Maybe the owner Michael should take the hint that he can't keep scamming people without it catching up to him. Hopefully more and more people take a look at these reviews before they become the next scam victims of Attaboy plumbing.

This company gouged me for a small job that should have been around $100. I needed one flex hose on my water heater replaced and was told they could only do both, I was quoted $600! I was on a deadline (as we are selling our home) and felt pressured by the $80 I was already spending just to have them assess it. I felt it was too expensive but don't have a plumbing background and figured others would've charged similar. After calling around I quickly realized I was being overcharged. The owner, Mike, gave me a small discount, yet I was still way overcharged at $485. That night we then noticed a leak and realized the pressure valve was damaged. After multiple requests to talk to the owner, he finally called me and told me I needed to replace my water heater because it was so old and that they wouldn't be fixing the pressure valve they broke. I have never had any issues with my water heater the 6+ years I've lived here. I 100% regret going with this company. All they did was try and persuade me into spending more money. They may come off as professional on the web, but steer clear, this company is not honest and nothing but a total rip off!

Waste of $79. I understood the truck roll fee of $79 and it would be waived if you decide to purchase services with them, but I wasn't expecting them to come and quote a $5,000 job. Technician did give me several options but they all ranged from $2,700-$5,000 to replace 3 toilets. Told the technician thanks but no thanks and he called his manager who ""magically"" dropped the price $2,000 down to make it $3,000 to replace 3 toilets. I called another local plumbing company and they quoted me less than half of what Attaboy Plumbing quoted me at AFTER the $2,000 discount. Disgrace of a company trying to take advantage of people knowing damn well they are either going to get an easy $79 fee or a way overpriced job. I'll make sure to let everyone else know to stay away from Attaboy Plumbing

My wife asked them to look at a drain leak. They came out and quoted $2,300 if it was in the wall and $550 if it wasn't. My wife got me in the phone to talk to the guy. Turns out he hadn't even looked under the sink. we won't be calling Att a Boy any time soon
